This is the 3rd generation Range Rover Sport and here is the key to it. Here you get lock, unlock, headlight, boot open and if you press the headlight, it turns on. And here is your hazard light option. So, did you know that the first generation Range Rover Sport was not actually made on the Range Rover platform? I am going to share many such facts with you in this video. Check the whole video. If you look at the new Range Rover Sport, you will notice that the Range Rover looks are visible here.
But there is a lot of difference which I will show you as we move on in detail. Now, the first thing you will notice are the grilles. It is very sleek. The previous generation Range Rover Sport had a bigger grille and now it is smaller compared to before. If you look at the headlamps, they are sleek and complete LEDs. And the Range Rover look continues in its design and styling. By the way, did you notice the indicator that actually looks like an eyebrow. If you look at the lower elements, you
will not find many elements. What you get is a camera in the centre and 2 or 3 sensors. Plus, you also have fog lamps which are not visible unless you go close to the car or it is switched on. Like, if I have to say that G63 is something like a very rugged and tough sort of a car. Urus is super fast and luxurious. So, in te
rms of performance, this sits somewhere in between the two. So, I feel Urus will be a lot more involving than this. But this is where I feel the correct balance sits in. Now, why am I talking about all of this? Because I am not taking you right into the city where I will show you that it is not convenient to drive this car in the city. If I talk about overtaking, you get a six-cylinder engine. You don't have to even think about whether you can overtake or not. You can easily overtake on the city
or highway at any speed. That will never be a stress point for you. However, generally, our worry point is that in the city, there will be a problem in driving the car. Is it a big SUV? Is it going to be tough? Is it going to be difficult? Now, it is morning, so there is not so much traffic. But I will still show you the judgment of how to drive this car in city traffic. I booked the XUV700 on June of 2023 and took delivery of the car on December. I bought the diesel manual AX7L varient. I have noticed that the clutch pedal has some vibration. And the vibration is very high when I press the clutch to shift the gear at 3000rpm. I went to the service center many times and they said that it's a normal thing in every diesel manual XUV700.
