rigue and it's not for everybody that's for sure Prices range from 1.5 to $2.5 million the preo bus shell chassis alone cost a mighty half million bucks basically what you would see in a in a major travel coach that travels across the United States something that's real hardy made to go for miles and miles and miles 24 hours a day and then we converted into an RV their newest project is called the 1210 because it's their 1210 customization it's being built for a family of seven from Oklahoma whi
ch is a challenge as most RVs are built for families of four or five so we have five children you know trying to fit seven people inside of a small living space you realize the space really needs to be unique we said we have to have this this and this we made this list everything that you can dream up they'll build for you they wanted to bring their toys with them so they have purchased a triple axle trailer that's got a cargo lift in it they'll be painted to match this extreme RV is 45 ft long
and when you add the triple axle trailer it's 75 ft long for the design team the extensive client wish list feels like it's 75 ft long plans call for this Mega coach and trailer tandem unit to be tricked out with an assortment of high-tech Innovations a queen-sized Murphy bed that folds up to reveal a 50-in HD tv as one example a bunk bed that turns into a desk is another he has five bunks in this coach he wants the lower bunk to turn into a desk so he can work kind of a little office area or th
e kids can do homework another cool custom feature will be led RGB lighting throughout the cabin he is adding this cracked glass it's laminated in acrylic it'll be on all the window Styles in the shower walls all illuminated in the shower yes despite its overall size providing the required living space for the owners and their five kids is logistically complex our biggest challenge has been accomodating a lot of the uh larger objects in the coach and making sure that we get all of our Electronic
s moved to make room for it but before a single hand even touches the interior they dedicated more than a month to painting the exterior coach 1210 just got out of paint so right now what they're doing is masking off everything the guys really want to protect it and make sure that it makes it through to the end of the production cycle without a scratch during the month that the coach is in the spray booth the custom ceiling is being concurrently constructed so this one already has all of its duc
ting in place insulation all the wiring so basically now the coach has just arrived on the floor they're going to take this apart and start assembling it at the top of the bus since each coach is a one of kind every part has to fit like a puzzle piece uh in an order to where it all lines up and turns out the quality product that we make coming up get ready for an incredible light show there's over 20 different panels that are lit this way they will all change color together when RV Nation contin

shell chassis into a 75 ft long custom trailer coach combo unit for a family of seven Nomads normally we'll send photos about every 3 to 4 days to the customer so he's been following it kind of seeing what's happening with the exterior now completely painted and the construction of the ceiling complet it this extreme RV is now ready for wiring it's a daunting task the layout of the floor plan put us in a position of having to be more creative on where we put the electronics and wiring the comple
x LED RGB lighting system is a major contributor to the extensive run of electrical wiring that's nearly 40% longer than most of their other luxury coaches there's so much much Electronics in this and so many things that can light up our Norm is maybe 5 miles of wiring this one's going to have closer to seven what you're seeing here is a custom illuminated cracked glass lighting panel that we have throughout the coach they're very low power consumption every single light in the coach and outside
our LED lights and they're just a lot lower power draw we're talking I think 80% of what our incandescent style lighting was and the bulb life a lot of the bulbs will last you know over 40,000 hours we've got over 300 ft of this this RGB Lighting in it so we've taken it to extremes using a state-of-the-art CNC routing machine lightings are forged from designer's original computer renderings right now we're cutting out the last mirror panels for the ceiling for 1210 we love to be unique so uh we
're going to push it no matter no matter what our customers come up with we're going to continue to push it pushing the envelope even further is this one-of aind Murphy bed this is the framework for the Murphy bed this is going to be in the slide out portion of the bedroom push of a button all electrically operated and this section will fold up on some actuators and when it folds up the underside shows a super siiz surprise when the main bed isn't being used it flips up as the Murphy bed underne
ath that bed is a large screen TV this will be the first time mounting a 55 in TV on the bottom of a of a bed an electric sofa provides a neat complement that nicely completes the package this is a electrically operated articulated sofa bed it's motivated with an electric actuator and pushing the button up and down customer has nothing to do but just hit a button as if that isn't cool enough each of the five bunk beds will have a personalized entertainment system for the kids all five bunks are
equipped with their own personal audio video system so they have little flip down TVs they have their own personal headset so they can each be watching something different as they want purchasing an extreme RV like this isn't for the faint of heart so it can cost you close to a grand to fill up the gas tank no surprise there this colossal 75- ft long coach is being built on a grand scale both inside and out it's a long way from finished but when it is this Mega RV is guaranteed to stop traffic c

a touring vehicle vehicle for a race team this vehicle was made for entertaining and this Party Palace took its job so seriously it also pulled a trailer with a full-sized kitchen able to feed 125 people talk about a tailgate party everything still works uh the bulbs still work uh the laminate still looks gorgeous they were built to last the current model is called the 1210 it's the 120th custom coach Comm IED by an inventor from Oklahoma for his wife and five kids the family of seven requires
a lot of storage space and the custom Cabinet Shop is set to build everything they need and then some just when you thought you've seen it all this coach is equipped with a fireplace going to go up in the front Salon of the coach these are becoming more popular now that the electric fireplaces are looking more and more realistic every piece is complet completely custom made on site one of our major concerns was storage for five kids and husband and wife so instead of doing balance treatments we
added some storage cabinets over the overhead what really sets the 1210 apart from the pack is the matching 30ft long three axle trailer with a mini garage inside when connected to the coach the combined rig will measure a colossal 75 ft how's that for extreme it's got an air compressor all the lines already fed it's got sound system it's got workbenches a huge tool chest then on top of that you can pull in your car and then lift it up into the air and of course Park a second one underneath it b
y the time we're done with it it's going to be an absolute star to match it's parent coach a team of Highly skilled technicians and Craftsmen is conducting the state of-the-art combo unit for the Long Haul it's an epic package with an extra surprise rise a purpose-built golf cart with some pretty cool features our client gave us a fund request he wanted a golf cart that would fit in the bay so we went on a search and there are some companies that do make golf carts specifically to go into motor
coach Bays we're designing it in a way so that he can actually hook a cable up to it press a button and it will actually pull it right into the bay for him then he just puts the ramps away and to boot it will actually be painted to match both the Traer and the coach with the coach and trailer already painted attention shifts to the golf cart pinstripe has already been put down it's actually the first color that goes on and then they'll go ahead and actually line out the pin striping which is all
the blue tape right now that way when they paint the rest of it that pinstripe color will actually show through our Norm for doing a coach is around five or 600 hours this one was approaching 12200 hours that doesn't include what they're doing now that doesn't include the trailer that's just the coach this was probably one of the most intense jobs that the guys have worked on intensive and expensive if you come in off the street to buy one of these coaches you'll probably have to Shell out some

lied to the fabric so wine spills or spaghetti sauce would clean up very easily clever built-ins effectively integrate the cabin's deceptively ample storage space on the driver's side right behind the sofa again we have an intable uh for the top for the sofa but also we have more Pantry storage the dinette this is in but it also pulls out to sit many more people the top is solid surface and it has a reclaimed glass that is sandwiched between acrylic in the kitchen we have a solid surface counter
top this a material that's the color is all the way through so it can actually be sanded down if there was a scratch or whatever on it the fixtures you have a pullout faucet and an insta hot and cool water all seven family members can bunk quite comfortably aboard the 1210 we have five bunks uh three on the driver's side we have two on the curb side also the lower bunk uh raises up into a desk each bunk area has their own monitors and controls for the coach in the rear of the coach we have the m
aster bedroom and uh it's a queen-sized bed what's special about this bed it flips up has a 50-in monitor on the bottom side and you can play video games or watch a movie back here so the kids actually can use this as a a wck room in the rear of the master bedroom we we also have a bathroom uh we have lit vanity sink and a ultr lit shower there are more than 8,000 multicolored LED lights installed throughout the mega coach low power consumption is easy on the wallet while the aesthetic beauty is
