Sea Monster Crisis Event Preview! Building A Water Resort!

hey guys my name is Kad Roth and today we're going to be talking to you about the upcoming sea monster crisis AKA Water Crisis event that's going to be happening here on na on Friday so sea monster crisis is coming to us about a week earlier than it did on JP it's pretty much anyone's guess as to why they're trying to stay maybe a little bit ahead of schedule uh based off our best sort of analysis of kind of the anniversary for an which is usually at a different date than it is for JP it looks l

ike they can just easily flipflop two events to try and make it work um with no real impact so they shouldn't really have to do too much schedule shifting this year but they're still seemingly giving themselves a little bit of a buffer so it is interesting to say the least and again sea monster crisis is uh basically coming to us right here off the back end of the lotto a lot of people are going to be tired out by that but I have good news for you if you're somebody that is really just burnt out

after doing a whole ton of grinding over the past 6 months all these lotos all these raids you are now in an era where na is going to slow down a little bit again that's maybe not good news for people that want more content and more to do but at least for those of you guys that have maybe gone through quite the SLO here you're going to get a little bit of a relaxation and what better way to spend it than on a beach in Vietnam because that's basically what the sea moner crisis is going to be abo

ut this is going to be the era now kind of moving forward on na where pretty much every event going forward with a few exceptions namely lotos are going to be 3w we events from now on so this going to give you more time to complete the events it doesn't really always translate into that because they start putting more things in the shop so it's still going to take you a while but it's still going to be clearable on that AP even if you don't roll and you're just going to have again and a just lon

ger more uh protracted experience basically with your events but that's kind of what we can expect going forward and you can actually see that we will probably also get the learning with manga collaboration which is going to be our our actual collab event our golden week collab event on na this year probably right after again this was supposed to start on the 27th on JP which is uh the date that the event ended on JP but again like I said we're about a week early so expect everything to kind of

shift forward by somewhere between 7 to 9 days and that's pretty much what you can expect talking about the actual C monster crisis though it's a very interesting event and I highly urge you guys especially if you are burnt out not to miss and the reason why is because it's going to be a fairly simplistic event there's not going to be too much you have to do and it will actually be somewhat worth your while just for the welfare alone we'll talk about all of that when I start doing my unit analys

is videos but again I'm going to say that this is going to be just an easy event for a lot of you guys and it should be uh quite a bit of a load off compared to the prior event that you just got done with now the requirements for this event as again it is going to be a 3- week are going to be to clear God or dammerung that's going to be your lb2 requirement and then it is warning you that there will be spoilers for lb6 so it's kind of encouraged for you to get lb6 done with ahead of this but by

the time this video comes out and really by the time this event is upon a you're not going to really have any time to actually do it my advice is just go ahead and do it it's not going to be that spoilery most people I think uh they're just kind of putting this in here just to be safe but there will be some stuff that will kind of touch on the story lines but again uh just to let you guys understand this the whole premise to this event is basically going to be a building style of event kind of l

ike we've had in in various events like yamatai koku or again the original Summer Event where we had to actually build things using resources uh but just to give you guys an idea here it's basically going to talk about how we have to protect mysterious creatures uh they were known on JP as the cone uh KO N I don't know how they will be referred to on an a maybe they'll be translated the exact same but we will just have to see so certainly this is something to look forward to but uh basically sea

monsters are coming to attack them and we're going to try to protect them you will have different various currencies like the omnipotent Rock uh the magical sapling the sacred mysterious ivy for various Ascension items and command codes that you can get you're going to end up having basically the three different color cons the red one the blue one and the yellow one uh basically each on these and again um it's just going to basically be that your whole goal is to acquire more cones they are goi

ng to help you build the things for the uh the uh the resort that you're at and that's just going to kind of uh be the the name of the game for this event so you can see again uh basically there's going to be different craft Essences that will increase that there's going to be gotta craft Essences but you will have a shopcraft Essence that will give you better rate for for cone drops and that's going to be what you're going to want to uh really aim for in the long run so again you're just going

to have to clear free quests in order to get them and basically uh as you get production quests uh cleared then uh essentially the quest log will be confirmed and the production Quest will disappear so once you've built the the thing that you want to it's going to go away you do have choices they do like slightly impact lines but I don't really think they impact really your uh your overall dialogue and you will be able to go back and rebuild each one that you didn't on uh uh sort of at the end w

hen you have the opportunity to reclear it it's very similar to Summer one in that event I know I said like yamatai koku but it's not going to have the yamatai koku esque uh thing where you would build a node and then it would give you a free resource this is just going to be building for building sake so it's not going to be anything with timers that you'll have to really worry about if I remember correctly um but again that's just going to be kind of what you're going to go going to go do and

as you progress the island will transform and basically how it gets developed is dependent on your choice so that's what they're just trying to tell you is your whole goal collect the conses build items and then uh you can go back and for various rewards build all of the items to make sure you get everything you will still get something for building it's just not going to be the the timer like I talked about there will be various bonus events including or sorry bonus units including our two new

servants the trun sisters and our welfare uh taiu both of them are very interesting units like I said I will have the servant analysis is getting recorded on both of them but I also have to do the new JP unit one so we're going to have a whole lot of video recording that I'm going to have to do in the next two days here uh but again there are going to be some other units that are going to be involved in the event you're going to end up having ARS you're going to end up having uh melt and you're

going to end up having units like Morgan Lefay as well involved in this so it is going to be a very intriguing event that I think you guys will actually really like especially if you're partial to any of these characters you can see there is also going to be be a drop bonus basically The Meta thing to do is going to be to take as many copies of the new units as you can basically it would be to take the trun sisters and tyu and then also take a support of one of those two will get you the most co

ne drops for everything if you have a node that's dropping multiple of them that would be the best possible outcome but if you're reasonably secure and and don't really need to worry about it at minimum you can kind of just take maybe just the two of them or maybe even none of them if you just know that the node type only drops say one but again that's just going to be up to you but you can see every single unit will count at least as some portion of getting a drop bonus for the cones so definit

ely make sure you have some sort of farming guide next to you uh again usually game press puts out a really nice one as well and uh even sometimes you'll even see that fandom will have just at least a tab for it but basically you're just looking for a quick tldr cheat sheet of here are the nodes and here are what like clone type that they drop and that way you can just quickly slot in characters that you need for that comp just to make sure you get the max bonus because there's really no excuse

for not having Max col drop bonus in this event since again all of your units will count for it bit of a word of warning though you're not going to be able to really rely on the event bonus because of that like the filter for that because the event bonus filter is going to be flooded with literally every unit as every unit will have bonus drop chance so just pay attention to that be very careful uh but make sure that you're taking the right unit for the right node again you're going to have even

t se's like I said uh this one's going to be your shop C it's a very very nice melt one where she is hugging one of the Clones and it is split stats it's arts and quickup NP damage and starting charge you guys could see it MLB this will actually go to 50% starting charge and basically be 10% on each of the modifiers with 8% of P damage altogether it's not a bad craft Essence but because of the split stats you're really not going to want to level it because you just would want something probably

instead that's all attack but again in worst case scenario it is not a bad thing to use during the event and as you can see it will end up giving you increased chance uh for the cones to drop sorry not chance increased drops for the cones and then at MLB giving you even more you will also have command codes uh the starting one right here is going to be impress of the Hanging Gardens this is your five star when attacking with the engraved card increases NP damage by 10% for one turn and gains two

critical Stars this is one of our rarer command codes that can actually impact your NP uh we do see the occasional ones that give NP damage but they're not too many not uh not too many options in that regard so I highly recommend making sure you get a hold of this one it is one of the better [Music] but also the crit damage up that they might have to just keep scaling their stuff so this is an excellent counter to things like that as you're just going to hopefully maybe be in like a solo enviro

nment or someplace you can keep getting the same card over and over again and just keep removing everything that they're trying to do to you really really nice these are all good command codes your first summoning campaign is going to be available right off the bat this one's going to be the trun sisters with uh mysterious Ultra ego Lambda AKA melt Lancer and this is actually a pretty good Banner uh again just to give you a little bit of tldr on the trun sisters there's somewhat of a hybrid betw

een a single Target Arts damage dealing saber and a sort of supportive party oriented healing saber and it's actually really nice really synergistic and can work really well the damage is not going to be the best thing ever but they are a pretty quality unit and can actually trivialize certain fights and then obviously melt Lancer is just going to be a really really nice pairing with her at that point she is still to the stay very good uh High refund uh Arts looping Lancer and for that reason al

one I think she's worth but obviously a lot of people roll her just because they like the character now for your limited craft Essence here we've got goddess of the Netherworld as our five star it is split stats of course but uh at MLB it manages to be NP charge by 5% every turn NP Jin by 15% NP damage by 15% so so not a bad craft Essence If you're sort of looking at a down the stretch overtime type of hey I just need Perpetual offense uh and getting back to my NP this is actually really really

good craft Essence in that regard just again it's not uh not all attack so you probably don't want to level 100 it but hey if you're a big airish fan feel free to go for it it will definitely be a solid option I the tiger here is going to be all attack but uh this is only going to be our four star it is going to be one of the rare fourstar crit bomb CES so as you rotate the unit into the node they will provide crit Stars a little bit of a weird pairing in terms of giving it quick and crit damage

up because usually if you got someone rotating in with a crit Star Bomb it's probably because you're trying to provide someone else with the Stars so kind of an odd pairing than to have this uh give quick and and crit performance but it is what it is still uh it's useful at least just in the sense that it is a a fourstar variant of a crit Star Bomb C so that's going to make it a cheaper option if you have party cost uh considerations at play and the world Excursion here is going to be your thre

e star it's going to give HP gen up as well as quick of 3% so again definitely an interesting Banner there and then you're going to end up having the second summoning campaign basically a week into the event this is going to end up giving you Morgan Lefay and woo and obviously we can say a lot about Morgan Lefay she's still to this day a very very good Berserker she's not going to be the top damage dealing Berserker in the game by any means but she works really really well in challenge environme

nts especially in certain uh let's just say invincible comps or anything that can really allow her to kind of be protected and keep going over time she got that overcharge that's really going to help out and she can really just help be the engine for a comp like that um we've also got woo here and Woo is actually going to be receiving yet another strengthening here during this event is actually where she's going to get her party wide charge going to be the upgrade to her uh uh Imperial privilege

so it's going to be a really decent upgrade for woo as well she's still to this day one of the hardest hitting single Target assassins uh even with respect to the fact that she is a fourstar she is at least going to be somewhat RNG due to needing the Imperial privilege uh attack up in order to hit those numbers but she can still be a very very solid option for you as a single Target quick assassin and again it's going to be the same CES on this one so we don't really need to go over it and then

you've also got the D venci shop you're going to be getting uh basically the unlock permit where if you've managed to clear CCC and its main interlude uh you will end up basically getting this for free so that is really really nice that they've done that cuz again in the past uh it's certainly been a case where a lot of people don't really want to unlock costumes just because they cost rare prisms so there is ways now to get some of these for free it's just going to be her glasses costume so it

's really really nice uh again like I said you've got the strengthening it's also going to increase the party's critical damage for three turns so not a bad one uh to say the least for woo now let's go ahead and talk about the event shop here you do have the CL shop and this is going to be something that I advise you doing really uh only if you've already done all of the building in the event however there is an exception to that and that's going to be for taiu Ascension mats here I do recommend

probably getting these as quick as you can if you're going to be using taiu during the event again he is a damage bonus unit he does give bonus to dropping more cones so getting him up and online and usable will actually be to your benefit but it's totally up to you to determine how you want to do that uh again though this is just totally up to you and I say just do it probably after you've completed most of the uh most of the building for the event then we've got our magical saplings these are

going to be your gold uh your gold material for the shop you've got two copies of the welfare CE you've got the really nice uh uh semi Romus uh command code here you're going to end up having a crystallized lore 10 mirrors 20 bicorn horns 20 lb3 Bells some gold statues which again we are creeping ever closer towards ordeal call and basically class score so keep in mind if you're someone that's low on statues and you have the extra time cuz it is a 3-we event especially if you've managed to roll

the banners and have the CES so that you're extra efficient not the worst idea to go ahead and start clearing out things like the statues and monuments just so that you're starting to build up that Supply basically if you're more efficient in an event because you rolled it's a good idea to full clear the shop and again from there we've got the uh two copies each of our gold foes and then a singular Arts uh card uh command code key for the omnipotent rock this is going to be your silver material

here and basically you're going to end up getting another copy of the welfare CE your fourstar command code another crystallized lore 20 lb5 Fruits uh 20 uh Phoenix feathers here 20 seeds and then your silver statues and then a singular uh gold attack foe as well as the uh the Buster command code key and then the sacred mysterious Ivy is going to be your bronze mat here that's going to get you a fourth copy of the welfare uh CE your Three Star Command code yet another crystallized lore 20 lb6 f

airy dust and basically 30 stingers and 30 cerebral spinal fluid you're going to get one more copy of a gold HP foe you're your normal copies of these silver HP and attack foes and then basically your five star three sorry your five star four star and three star Embers uh again which is up to you as to how much of that you want to buy as well as your uh your Quick Command code key uh again I'm not going to go over the main quest I'm just going to quickly jump you guys to the bottom here just so

that you guys have an idea of what you are dealing with but basically as you guys can see it is at the end of the event is when you're going to unlock taiu so keep in mind you're not going to have the welfare right away as a result you're not going to be at the most efficient possible for cone drops if a node does drop multiple of them but again understand the event is balanced around that and so you don't really have anything to worry about just make sure you grab your copy of him make sure you

complete this events that you get him and obviously you will get another rail on top of that so it's something to really uh try for and make sure you do there are going to be various free quests like we talked about potentially even some really nice ones let me see if I can find you guys the 90 plus here real fast should be this one right here Turtle hand Island this one is going to be a 131 Lancer node it is going to drop all the materials and all the cones so again you can see how you're goin

g to want to like try to scheme things it is going to have dragon reverse scales and shells that is very nice for anyone who is newer to the game and doesn't have a horde of dragon reverse scales cuz they are somewhat harder to get over time as a lot of the early players to the game have them in hordes but a lot of the newer players haven't really had good farms for them so really really nice and then yeah again shells for the upcoming summer events this year there's going to be a lot of really

lucrative really nice summer uh units that people are going to be rolling for so if you're trying to get stockpiled ahead of that that's going to be a really really good node for you and uh I'm going to expect this is probably the 90 node right here right Harbor this one is going to end up being uh mirrors and cerebral spinal fluid it will also drop everything so really a decent set of options there for you for your uh events yeah it's it's totally not a Summer Event that's a Summer Event it's b

asically it looks smells and sounds like a summer event but it's not The Summer Event there are going to be production quests again as you build things that's what these are going to be and you will see you will get uh apples basically for building everything so uh especially for those you guys that are maybe out of apples fresh off the lotto and everything and you spent everything that you had because you just didn't go into it with a lot it's going to be a good way to sort of restock pile for

you guys so make sure you build everything that you possibly can because it is all going to end up giving you the apples just keep in mind if you reset everything and try to build a different way to get different buildings if you rebuild the same building you built before you will not get another Apple again so it's only for the first time that you build things will you get an Apple but still really really a uh a nice way and you can see there's quite a few apples in that uh you've got extra que

sts as well these are going to be available after the epilog and again this is where you're going to get your copies of taiu so really you're going to want to make sure you do these as well just to make sure you get them to np5 again the Ascension mats are going to be in shop the coins are going to be in the shop those are going to require the con copies and then you're going to end up having a challenge quest as well that is going to end up giving you yet another crystallized lore so really a n

ice thing for you guys here sea monster crisis like I said it's going to be a 3- week long event you're going to have plenty of time to do it just relax enjoy some time on the beach and again ask yourself if you want to roll for the trun sisters or maybe save for units that are coming later in the year I hope you guys enjoy this video let me know what you guys are most looking forward to with the sea monster crisis and I will see you guys for the next one later
