really penetrate it into the skin my face was clearing up I'm like just currently on my time
of the month thankfully it came though because I'm going o
n vacation so obviously I didn't
want it while I was on vacation cuz I always get hormonal acne and it drives me nuts you
guys I try my best not to touch my skin I'm always breaking out so I don't know know
there's really any sort of solution I've kind of just learned to live with it I know
some people have very beautiful clear skin I'm going to go ahead and use these whitening
strips on my teeth and then I'm going to put an eye mask and while that's working
I'm going to go ahead and wash
of my [Music] face [Music] now I'm just going to
relax uh check my phone watch TV and stuff and have my morning coffee oh I can't have coffee
oh no I was thinking I could do this all with coffee I'm actually going to put this foot
mask as well because my feet are dry and I think I'm want to go for a pedicure
and I don't want to have crusty feet when I go for my pedicure I don't know
where I got this this I think I think I got this from Walmart I can't remember
but I've had it a nice little
self-care morning oh I try to put this
around it this can see my hairy [Music] legs [Music] I ended up watching my show for quite a bit
so it's been longer than an hour I'm going to go in with my PE this is from Nera this is
going to help renew your skin and help with [Music] wrinkles what is up you guys so today we're doing
a self-care maintenance type of Vlog I've been needing to do some self-care so I need to restock
on some products and I'm actually going to Target right now so I actua
lly have some things to take
back cuz I got a cardigan and then I have to take back like some sort of decoration so I might
well I do want to actually look at their products there because I'm Canadian so we don't have Target
here we used to and it's just across the border it like obviously the Border it takes time sometimes
today it's like super quick there's like only two cars ahead of me I just got to Target there's
an Ulta in this mall as well so I'm going to go to Ulta grab some supplie
s cuz I was going to
go to Sephora but I'm pretty sure Ulta has like literally everything that I need I'm sure you
guys already know like I love getting self-care products I didn't really get to look last time
I was here like I mean I kind of looked but I was so focused on my living room redecoration

like relaxing tonight and doing my skin care so we're just going to focus on that today I want to
get some like products and reup and then tomorrow I'll probably have like my shower I want to get
my nails done oh I need to book the appointment I don't know if I'm going to get a pedicure I
don't know we'll see but I'm going to for sure get my nails done cuz I want to do something
more summery cuz I'm going on vacation anyways I have the fall Vibes going I actually got this
cardigan from T
arget um when I came here last and I'm taking the other one back the gray one that I
got I just didn't like it I've been feeling a bit not emotional but just like during that time of
the month is just like the worst for my emotions I just feel like I'm a crybaby about everything
so I just felt so sensitive like I don't know I mean obviously I know what it is it's my period my
time of the month especially when my mood starts to go down and I start to not think of myself in
a positive way so
then when I start to do that I kind of know like okay my period's probably
coming because now I'm like I'm not feeling as confident as I usually am and we all go through
that you guys like I don't always feel confident I don't always feel like 100% motivated all that
it's honestly about taking care of yourself and once you do these things for yourself hydrate
your body get the products that you want to really nourish yourself give yourself that
extra care and attention you'll feel so much b
etter honestly sometimes I don't even want to
shower and it sounds crazy but when you're in those moods and stuff you like avoid doing things
like that once I really take care of myself and I add some sort of extraness to it like a face mask
um a lip mask hair mask whatever it is you will feel so much better you guys if you're feeling
down about anything light up some candles if you don't have candles just put on some relaxing
music I suggest you guys take a shower take a bath that's really
what my channel is kind of
based on I always want you guys to feel good about yourselves when you guys watch my videos
but anyways we're going to head inside I love doing retail therapy I know it's like annoying
because sometimes things are expensive too so I always love going to Walmart especially because
they're like the cheapest I don't know if it's the same with you guys in the states or wherever
you're from Walmart seems to be like the cheapest spot or like the most budget friendly pl
ace to get
products and stuff so I always like going [Music] there only days feel [Music] like what I want you what have any
of you guys used this brand body volume is that the brand Andrew
Pitt have you guys tried [Music] that I cont [Music] have you guys ever tried Odell I've
never tried this but it's a volumizing shampoo so I want to give it a try there's this brand
as well which is rhyme and reason I've never tried it eco friendly and good also volume
boost refin and flat hair which is
my hair I should try that as well I'll stick to Odell
and then I'll try that next time these are my two favorite lashes number ones and number 11s
I think I'm going to get number 11s cuz I have so many number ones they're just a shorter
version I don't know if you guys can [Music] tell [Music] lady I put this comfy pink outfit on this Lounge

take my makeup off first cuz it's going to just start coming off and I think

the same but in the fall and winter time like as soon as it starts to get cold and
crisp outside my face starts to get really dry so my lips are like my lips are always
drying but I just feel like I need a mask [Music] now let your out ice you be

it leaves my feet so soft so definitely try this out I gotes and I don't want to tell you

nice and smooth I think I'm going to go for a pedicure today I was thinking of just nails
but now I'm also like should I just get my toes done as well I love getting my feet done
I tried calling the nail salon this morning to book and my nail tick that normally does like my
nails is on vacation so I'm going to a new nail tick I'm kind of nervous cuz she only had one
spot left and I couldn't do the design that I wanted I really wanted to do this one I'll show
you guys something like that
or like that with a lot of 3D gel detail to it I just love that look
right now so I really wanted to do that but um she said those Nails would take longer than
the time slot she has open and she's going on vacation right after today as well so so I ended
up choosing this this which I think is what I'm going to do cuz I really want like a colorful set
I don't know we will see but I'm going to go back to squared cuz I really don't think these nails
suit me or maybe it's just the design but I
'm not going to use the new shampoo and conditioner um
on my hair right now because after the sell tan and everything I'm already going to feel gross
so I have to shower tomorrow and I don't want to like shampoo every day I will do that in the
morning when I rinse off my tan and then that's pretty much it these are all the products that
I'll be using new body wash intimate wash I got two scrubs I didn't even realize I got two scrubs
and then a shampoo and conditioner that I haven't used bef
ore so so I'm excited to try those
and then I'm going to do self tanner um not right after my nails I'm probably going to do it
later on tonight when I like to do my shaving and exfoliating I also like to do my facial shaving
and exfoliating as well so that we can have a nice even tan and I'm just going to put a shave oil
on this is going to help Glide the razor while we go ahead and shave our [Music] face I get

off my makeup and stuff and then we can do the tan but yeah love the nails you guys they're so
so cute all right guys so I was just watching my show but I have my night gown on that I will be
wearing when I'm done with my self tanner I like using the Coco and Eve the ultra dark it has like

he best undertone and then I'm going to get help with my back because obviously the back is like
the hardest but what I normally do when I do it by myself is I'll um use like one of these I'll
do this and then I'll go to the back and then you have to work look under it's really annoying but
I'm first going to moisturize my body this is the firming body milk by Nivea like this I'm literally
almost out and I really like this one cuz I think I used like a different Nivea one and I feel
like I
was patchy that time from what I [Music] [Music] remember I your hands up high hands up high

like basically packing for my vacation today and getting my place cleaned cuz I hate leaving it

me and her are just going to have like a girls trip and just like enjoy it so I don't want to
like also Focus too much on vlogging I want to like enjoy a vacation with her so that's
