✪👉🏼 Who am I?
Hii Star! 🌟 I am no-one, but a common middle class student amongst you people only, who has struggled a lot in my life and has achieved seemingly impossible dreams in my young age!
A national level topper (AIR 2) in many entrance exams with many academic and non-academic achievements, I have recently passed out as M.S. General Surgeon from one of the India's reputed medical institute - AIIMS J.
A son of a farmer, coming from a poor family of small village, my father is still running a small chocolate shop in village. My family of 4 persons was running on a minimal earnings of 2500rs./month since past 30 years and I literally used to think multiple times before asking parents for even a single penny and usually used to avoid that until it’s extremely needed. Studying by borrowing books from his seniors, I also suffered depression, negativity, bullying and many ups downs during my journey.
Despite of so much difficulties, he never excused about his problems. No, I am neither inborn talented, nor I have some special senses. I have worked by my own ways and created many out of the box, smart ways that helped me to gain very high amount of success in very less amount of time and energy.
Although I am a doctor, I am also very passionate about guiding my younger brothers and sisters! I believe that if you have something more than others, you should give it to those in need! And for that, what is a more better option than knowledge!
I along with my fiancee Dr. Anjali know and have experienced many untouched secrets of subconscious mind, mental peace and psychology, positivity, spirituality, meditation and other vital aspects of life, based on which we progressed in our life together!
Thank you so much for your time reading this. I respect your efforts and energy.

According to the
latest survey done, more than 75K Indian trained doctors, are
working in various developed countries. That means, such doctors, who
studied and trained in India, but settled in foreign. Out of them, 45k
plus, are in the US, 19K are in UK, 5K in Australia, and
rest in other countries. The trend of Indian doctors settling in
foreign countries are increasing every year. Some doctors, even after
studying super-specialist, they give foreign exams
again, to settle ther
e. despite the fact that they have
to do the residency there as well. I am sure, that every Indian medical student in
his/her 8-10 years of long and tough journey, may think sometimes, that "Where
I am stuck? Day in and out, heavy studies, countless duties,
unlimited patient load, and toxic work life. It is better to go in foreign, work
peacefully and earn a lot of money there." Even I also thought
about this many times. But, due to some circumstances,
we decided to settle in India
only. I am absolutely
happy for that. It ma happen that you have this question in
your mind till now, "Should I settle in abroad?" If yes, then how much time, energy,
and money will be required for this? Should I risk everything,
for that difficult dream? We will discuss about some important
factors which will help you take this decision. We will talk about the practical
things only, which matters in real life. The 1st factor, which compels Indian
doctors to leave India is unnecess
ary toxicity and ragging in government hospitals,
specially, during residency. This is a major drawback particularly
for state medical colleges, where resident doctors are
literally treated as a donkey. From shopping of professor's children, to
bringing breakfast of the entire department, all the responsibilities are
on the resident doctors only, over and above all the
unlimited patient load. Taking out the 100s of patient's blood
samples everyday, to arrange blood for them, or mak
ing patient's register in government
schemes, and completing all of their procedures all the responsibilities comes
under resident doctors only. Minimum, once or twice in a week, there is 36-48
hours of continuous duties are assigned to them where, they have to work continuously,
without eating, drinking, and sleeping. Even nurses and ward boys
scolds them here and there. The respect for doctors
are decreasing in society. These days, patients and doctors
conflicts keep coming forwa
rd. Even though, India's health care is the most
affordable healthcare system in the world. Contrary to this, foreign health care
systems are very well organized for doctors. There is no unnecessary toxicity and
useless works are not practiced. You will be treated
very respectfully, by all the staff, colleagues,
seniors, and patients. You have to work
for fixed duty hours, which is 40-70 hours per week,
varies according to country. That means, maximum 8-10 hours per
day. After th
at, your are completely free. Unlike India, 36-48 hours of
duties are not worked there. You can very well maintain your personal
and profession work life balance. No. 2: There is too much hierarchy,
in working level, in Indian hospitals. A resident doctors cannot talk while
making eye contact, to his unit's professor. There is so much
of fear for them. Even if he/she wants to talk to is/her seniors,
then he/she needs to think a lot before talking. Even by mistake, if he points
mist
ake of that senior, or if he suggested something,
which he(senior) didn't know, then their(senior's) ego
gets hurt instantly. Because of it, they(resident doctors)
suffer for a long time, by seniors. There is very minimal hierarchy,
in foreign, comparison to this. Both seniors and junior's
work are divided. All are treated equally in team, and then
decision are made for patient's management. Even you can give your views and
suggestions directly to your HOD as well. They accept it
politely, if your
suggestions are relevant. Here, I am not at all, promoting you to go to
foreign, or there is nothing remaining in India. You can live a very quality life after
getting finished that hectic residential period. But, these are the facts, by which
every Indian doctor suffers. If IIT passed out most
talented engineers of India, earns in Crores, by settling in foreign,
become CEOs of great companies, they get respected, then if doctors also do the
same, then there shoul
d be nothing wrong in it. Life is given only once, and everyone
has the right to make their dream life. If you are also an Indian medical student,
and want to settle in foreign in future, then you have to clear USMLE for USA,
PLAB for UK, and AMC for Australia. ACADEMICALLY will
help you for this. It is specially designed
to crack foreign exams. It is all-in-1 platform. Here, not only coaching, but from
visa to placement assistance, everything is covered
under 1 group. They have cr
ash courses too,
for last moment rescue guidance. Not only doctors, but nursing,
pharmacists, dentists, and physiotherapist, like healthcare workers, if
want to settle in foreign, So, their respective exams like, NCLEX,
KAPS, ADC, APC, from clearing them to their placement assistance, all
the support is given to them as well. The link is given in the description, and
you can click on it and check it out today. No. 3: Exam toughness
and expenses. This particular factor is comparativ
ely
better in India, in NEET PG. NEET PG is an exam, which you have to give
after your MBBS to get admission in residency. It is a single step MCQ based
exam without any interviews. You just have to prepare very well,
and if you give a strong attempt, then there are good chances that
you will pass in the 1st attempt only, then you can get directly a PG
seat, without wasting a single month. After that, your residency gets
started, which varies, from 3-6 years, according to your bran
ch. Exam
fees, are max to max 4k-5k. Compare to that, foreign
entrance exams, like USMLE, PLAB, or AMC, are
much more, tougher and expensive. There are 2-3 levels of exams, and
you have to crack interviews as well. Again, there is a risk of bias always. Apart from that, your
CV should be very strong. Observership, Paper publication,
Connections, recommendations, and what not, and it can take from 1.5 years to
4 years just to crack these exams. After that, your residency is left,
which varies from 6-12 years, according to your
country and branch, But, if you take decisions timely, and start
early preparations, then it is worth to take, this risk. Once your exam is cracked
and your residency is matched there, then after that, your life becomes
very easy comparatively. No. 4: Quality of life. We all know, that quality of life is very
much better in developed countries as compared to India. From Hospitals, to road
infrastructure, clean air to ease of taking gove
rnment
approvals, and policies, there is fun definitely in living there. That is the major benefit,
because of which, not just doctors but many other Indians,
are also moving out of the country. I am not here to preach down India. These are
just facts, which you can find online everywhere. However, India is also rapidly progressing
towards becoming a developed countries. According to Modi ji, India will become
developed countries, by the 2047. No 5: Last but not the least, the most i
mportant
factor to settle in foreign, is good money. But, I would like to tell
here, it's not what it seems. Because you cannot make direct comparisons,
that if your are making 1lakh dollars in USA, then in India, it will be
same as Rs 1 Lakh No. Here, comes the purchasing
power's parity concept. That means in the
1st go, even though, the dollars value may seem more strong and
powerful in comparison to the Indian Rupees. The USA's lifestyle an spending
are also of the same leve
l as its earnings. Currently, if we match the PPT,
at this point of time, then, if you are earning, Rs 1 Lakh, and Rs 3.5
Lakhs, in Us, then that is absolutely same. Meaning, whatever you can
buy in India for ₹ 100,000, if you want to buy the same thing
in the US, it will cost you ₹ 3,50,000 lakh. That means, ₹ 3,50,000 lakh
equal to American dollars. If we talk about doctors, so the number
of years of your residency in USA or India, then the salary are same
in both the country. Th
ere is no
big difference. Obviously, you have to work
thrice to get the same salary. That is a different thing. But, according to the
PPT, there is no difference seen in salaries. But, after completing your residency, after 5-7
years, when you become consultant doctor, then comparison to Indian consultant doctor,
foreign consultant doctor's salaries are more. You can do good
amount of saving. If you invest the same saving in
India, then it looks much more bigger. So, money is defi
nitely better in
the long term in foreign countries. This factor should be in your mind,
if you want to make any decision. The only drawback that I have seen,
foreign medical students expressing is, they miss India, and
their family members. That particular drawback
haunts you much more, than all the other above
factors that we have discussed. No matter wherever
you go in the world, you will not find anywhere else as warm
and homely a feeling as that of India. That thing, haunts
throughout the life. Specially, during the initial
few years, when you are alone. When gradually, spouse and family members
shift to that place, then that feeling vanishes. Then you slowly integrate
into the culture there. You may ask, "Sir, you told us so
many benefits. Why you didn't go there?" I belong to a non-medical background, and
I didn't found anyone to guide me like this. After coming into
the internship, I felt, if I would have moved to foreign,
then I would have lived
a better life. But, till then, according to my
personal goals, it became a bit late. I already belong to
a general category. I have done so much of struggles
since the birth, to reach here. Due to poorness, if I will study for more 2-3
years , exam fees, its observership expenses, all of that makes,
Rs 15-20 lakhs. I had not that much of money. If, you are in 2nd or 3rd year of MBBS,
and want to crack the USMLE exam, and if you will work hard and
prepare dedicatedly for it, then y
ou can easily finish the 1st 2
steps for USMLE by the ending of MBBS. After that, you can match the residency by
completing all the formalities in 1 year, and can start the
residency easily over there. Then, that much time and
money is not wasted. So, early decision making, is very
important to crack, foreign entrance exams. If you make late decisions, then you may
need to prepare for 3-4 years, by taking drops, your few years will be taken here, and there you
have to start your e
ntire residency again. Although many of my friends have
done this, and still they are happy. These things should
be in your mind. If you are in India, and preparing
for Indian medical entrances, then for NEET PG, INI-CET, and other
exams, your brother is here to guide you. Videos comes here regularly. You

For me personal growth and mental peace comes before country. Yes, I love to be in India, but if I have to choose between exceeding in my career or staying in my home country in a toxic environment, I'll choose the former everytime!
