South Florida's rainy weather could impact big weekend events

Morgan you know the rain hasn't moved in just yet but you know it's coming so this means a lot of big events are going to be affected by this rain yeah good morning guys so on top of ultra starting here at bayr Park this afternoon there's also a Heat game tonight happening right next to it so even though the arena is indoors between both events happening at the same time and the incoming storms it could be a nightmare getting to and from the games this weekend is a huge weekend for events here i
n Miami you have the Ultra Music Festival which is the main event of the annual Miami Music Week at Bayfront Park it begins at 400 p.m. until midnight and runs through the rest of the weekend in 2023 Ultra had 163,000 attendees that venue is of course Outdoors here with multiple stages set up the Miami open is going on right now too those tennis matches are played on outdoor courts and the rain will impact the matches and attendance last the tournament had record attendance at Hard Rock stadium
