Swedish icy time, River to lake SUP Paddle boarding adventure.

we took the car up to Högbo and going to  do a paddle here in the dam up to the lake if we look on the map we live here and  now we are here we are lucky to have open water at home and if we look further up  in the river it looked like this yesterday so not all water is open yet and we we'll  see how much Open Water we have here today in Sweden we have something for the kids that  they have vacation for from the school for a whole week and you have winter bath here the  whole day and the vacatio

n is called sportlov and a funny thing here is that they say that  they have winter bath all day and here they save warning for bath strong currents so it is  on our own risk we take the boards down here now it is a lot of skiing in winter here in  Högbo and I thought it should almost be empty here because today it is a really  big ski competition in Sweden called Vasaloppet uh it's I think it's around 90  km they go by skis but we paddle instead how about you was you going by ski  today maybe i

n Vasaloppet or did you paddle or did you do something  outdoor drop a comment and tell us it looks like it it's blocked in the  middle but seems free on the left so here we have the end of the paddle and  where the lake begins you can still walk on the ice and the ice skate on the  ice but it is not so fun to ice skate now the IES are not so good but what is  good is that now it is time for our fika it is a completely gray day today but that  doesn't matter at all it is what you do it too and w

e had an amazing time here on  the board with our listen to the birge the wind and um now it's time to paddle  home and I have a new rule for myself to enjoy paddling and not film and that is if  I paddle the same way home I will not film
