Maybe the participating subjects of a documentary does require sort of self reflectiveness if that's actually a word. Uh Were there any sort of epiphanies or revelations that you guys came to on your own? From having to talk about some of the great and not so great of your friendship and working relationship over the years. I think, I think, you know, there was a lot of, uh there's a lot of moments watching it that were, that were, you know, very interesting to watch. Uh years later. You know, I
think, I think, you know, I think when you have a 20 year career, like, you know, go back and look at moments and, and kind of try to feel like what I try to remember what you felt like. You know, it's, it's just, it's all, it's gonna be my takeaway is just like how positive trying to feel to be, you know, where we are now and just, you know, we work through a lot of shit. Yeah. What was the question again? I'm sorry. Uh Sort of a self reflectiveness that comes into being the subject of a docum
entary. Any epiphanies or revelations which you came to from talking about the good and the bad. Mostly that is uncomfortable at times like Gray Squirm worthy. I, I like to focus on the future and the present and being creative and I'm glad I don't have to make another. Why are you optimistic about the future? Because I feel like we're kind of locked up with where we're at Creative Day. Always so excited about. Yeah, same thing. I mean, II, I differ from D on that where I feel like it's good for
me to kind of, to, to, to pay attention to what's happened. So I think it, it puts our music in, in a, in a deeper context you have? Yeah. Hi, Malia. You nice to meet you guys. Good. Um What about the Austin music industry? You guys have performed here before? What do you think about the energy here in Austin? I mean, one of a kind of a kind city. When was the last time we worked out? We haven't been here since 2010. It's a long time. A lot has changed. Yeah. Yeah. A big change. Um What do y'al
l think of, you know, I was watching an interview of you guys a long 1010 years ago or so, what do you think about watching? Seeing the difference of you guys from back then to now you're on red carpets. You're doing an interview in bed? Just chilling, talking as buddies now to this. What do you think of that? I was gonna say earlier, it's like watching the old footage and watching the interviews. Like, it's always hard for us to watch ourselves even on stage. It's just like, you know, I mean, i
f there's a pretty well documented, like an hour long conversation between Dan and I an interviewer, like, we probably disagree with, like, 30% of what we're saying. Sorry. But it's cool. That's, but I think it's important for me to see it right now. Last question from you guys. Uh, all, I've been at this for what's going on three decades now. Uh, lots of good, lots of bad. And that's the case if any friendship, relationship, working relationship, certainly. What's the key to maintaining? Well,
I think, uh, there's a lot of luck involved. We were lucky to make you a private and we have this magical thing and it's the thing that's really powered us through everything. Like, especially it's like we won the lottery being placed a block from each. I think that's, that's, that's what you see in the, in the, yeah, I mean, that's like the most, it's always gonna be the most important thing for us, you know, very blessed really. I mean, I agree with that. That's, uh, I think, you know, the fac
t that I think finding the person to go on the events with, to do the projects with, that's the hardest part. Most people never find out where does Bojack Horseman theme rank amongst your all time favorite creations. But I mean, it was just something I did for fun. But, um, you know, I, I, uh, I'm glad I'm glad it, it worked out because I got to make out with my Uncle Ralph. You know, and it's cool because like, the only piece of music we ever finished and it's like, that's, it just do that one.
Thank you so much for the time, guys. Congratulations.

"Tighten Up" will always be one of my favorite songs by them. I was happy when they reunited and even happier to see them still going strong! These guys are truly awesome and I wish them a successful musical journey! 🙏🏽 I'll surely be there to see it! 🤗🥰
