Love the Doors
RIP the two members of The Doors Ray Manzarek (February 12, 1939 – May 20, 2013), aged 74 Jim Morrison (December 8, 1943 – July 3, 1971), aged 27 You both will be remembered as legends.
His hair, eyes, hands and voice...Damn!He is like a poem.
I used to own that VHS back in the 1990s in New Jersey. I can't imagine dying at 27. Man, so much life left unlived. So many experiences never experienced. The Doors definitely had a unique sound. Kudos to them.
RIP Jim. 50 years to this day.
Gawd I'm so in love with this man 😩 I love his poetry, his intelligence, his voice and his unapologetic expression of who he was. I've been drawn to him for a while now, and find him endlessly fascinating. He wanted to change the world with The Doors music. It was all about expression. He was such a complex person.
He took his art very seriously, it's obvious when he closes his eyes and concentrates on the music. The quality of this performance is something unique.
49 years old. Just discovered The Doors and totally dig their music. Greetings from South Africa 🇿🇦
Can we talk though about this amazing sax? Like hell yeah!
His beauty is a peace for mind❤
What an amazing artist .......The best front man of all time.....his voice is like whipped cream.....And nobody has got close to his act......Jim what an amazing man you were ...... Far Out 🌞
Incredible : the Doors, that harpsichord, those beautiful violins, that mean brass, Sax and blistering climax with justifiable sax solo. Like they say, a masterpiece. Hands up if you are Touched.
Come on, come on, come on, come on Now touch me, baby Can't you see that I am not afraid? What was that promise that you made? Why won't you tell me what she said? What was that promise that you made? I'm gonna love you 'Till the heavens stop the rain I'm gonna love you 'Till the stars fall from the sky For you and I Yeah! Touch me, baby Can't you see that I am not afraid? What was that promise that you made? Why won't you tell me what she said? What was that promise that you made? I'm gonna love you 'Till the heavens stop the rain I'm gonna love you 'Till the stars fall from the sky For you and I I'm gonna love you 'Till the heavens stop the rain I'm gonna love you 'Till the stars fall from the sky For you and I!
The "what was the promise that you made" it's ridiculously catchy, not to mention the trumpets, without a doubt my favorite song from The Doors.
Rhythm with. Black eye, Jim not taking the lyrics seriously, and the episode at the end. Perfect Doors !
For those wondering on how Robby Krieger (guitarist) got his black eye: He had been in a car accident days earlier, because of that he almost missed this performance. He wasn't hit by Jim or anything like that. The complete story is his book "Set the Night on Fire".
Ladies and gentlemen, "The Doors."❤️🔥
0:58 Manzarek playing keyboards and organ, and directing the band at the same time. Genius
назад I heard about the doors but i’ve never seen them before. This Jim Morrison was so much amazing young man. What a face, what a hair, what a voice. A wonderful band. A nice keyboard line
Every second I look at him and listen to him is magical, we don't get much of this. We all need to enjoy Jim, this is once in a million performance.
