our country is in Decline this decline is not inevitable it's a choice we need to send Joe Biden back to his basement and reverse American decline you all signed a pledge to support the eventual Republican nominee if former president Trump is convicted in a court of law would you still support him as your party's Choice please raise your hand if you would thank you I mean look Joe Biden has weakened this country at home and abroad now is not the time for on-the-job training we don't need to brin
g in a rookie we don't need to bring in people without experience do you believe in human behavior is causing climate change raise your hand if you do but look we're not school children let's have the debate I mean I'm happy to take it to start Alexander as somebody that's handled disasters in Florida you got to be activated you've got to be there you've got to be present I've had enough already tonight of a guy who sounds like Chachi BT standing up here this is exactly why Margaret Thatcher sai
d if you want something said ask a man if you want something done ask a woman can't we have a minimum standard in every state in the nation that says when a baby is capable of feeling pain and abortion cannot be allowed don't make women feel like they have to decide on this issue when you know we don't have 60 Senate votes in the house 70 percent of the American people support legislation but 70. in your future career on the boards of Lockheed and Raytheon but the fact of the matter Boeing came
off of it but you've been pushing this live you've been pushing this live all week to go and defund Israel you want to okay let me address that I'm glad you brought that up I'm going to address each of those right now you have no foreign policy experience the most pressing need of the American people from a national security standpoint is our Southern border it has led to the death of 70 000 Americans because of fentanyl when after 9 11 we had the global war on terror and guess what we protected
the border at the same time you can do both but the American people deserve to know that the president asked me in his request that I reject or return votes unilaterally power that no vice president in American history had ever exercised or taken he asked me to put him over the Constitution and I chose the Constitution and I always will

I love the peer pressure to say you'll support convicted Trump if he gets the nomination. Those reluctant hands say it all.

@deoxi3207

I like how the first person raised their hand people started cheering, which prompted every else to raise their hand. Yeah these politicions are for the people and not in it to gain support to advance their careers. 😂

@Obie1sand2s

That chatGPT joke sounded like it was written by chatGPT 😂

@BingusChug1929

I could tell a lot of these candidates are legitimately worried about Ramiswamy

@Fortnite87463

“We are not school children”, that is the most insanely ironic quote considering the debate was just them acting like school children

@SykoTuna

They really need to ensure that the crowd stays quiet during debates. It needs to be like a court room so that instead of getting cheers while hurling insults, they'll really have to stick to their guns and talk about policy.

@squinkygordon1322

When Vivek got cheers for raising his hand, Desantis belatedly jumped on the bandwagon. 😂

@sydneyleite6553

Can we just appreciate the "raise your hand" questions from the moderators? Definitely want to see more of this. I can appreciate how it doesn't always capture the nuance in answers because it's often not the case that complex questions can be answered with "yes" or "no" but at the same time, politicians skirt around the questions so often that they end up not answering anything at all.

@gbeepee9995

the older I get...the more performative it all feels. im not even 30 yet and I cant imagine how ill feel at 40

@ECHOXMIKE

That cute little hand raise DeSantis did after he looked to his left was hilarious

@mrgobbleton

As soon as vivek brought up Nikkis board positions she immediately wouldn't let him speak 😂

@boo2731

I am 100% convinced these debates need to be held over a much longer time, and (theoretically) unbiased moderators step in to allow direct challenges to be defended with no interruptions. Mic goes mute for everyone until a subject has been addressed. It would be a loooooong debate, but much more informative and productive for the citizens to make better decisions. Just my personal idea/opinion. Please let me know what you think 👍🏼 I try to stay open minded

@Lance-fk1eb

DeSantis just looked around and raised his hand at last second when asked if they will support Trump. No backbone

@618Hellbilly

It's like tryouts to see which clown will say the most ridiculous thing.

@HealingWord_Psalm107-20

Notice how they can only insult Vivek and not actually debate him. That says everything to me.

@Anonymous-uu8fw

Hutchinson was the only one who didn't raise his hand but at least he doesn't bend to peer pressure like the rest of these idiots..

@JokersUnited

Vivek was the clear winner last night and the deceptive editing in this video is borderline scary.

@Jermbot15

They went after each other pretty hard, Trump not at all. That's about what I expected.

@GregCarbo

Vivek absolutely killed that debate, the others were just puppets. It was cool seeing Vivek so fired up, on all the podcasts Ive watched he's usually softer spoken and cordial. On stage he went for the shock factor. I think that was a good political move

@DylanSnider

Vivek didn't hesitate to raise his hand or wait to hear the audience's approval. I believe him over the other six who followed him. At least the guy on the left wasn't a suck up. He didn't raise his hand even if it could have gave him praise.
