Between work, family, and that ever growing Netflix queue, fitting in a workout can feel impossible. But guess what? You don't need hours at the gym to see results. Today, we're unveiling the most efficient 1 minute abs workout you've ever seen. Why one minute matters? Now some of you might be skeptical. Can one mi
nute make a difference? Absolutely. Here's why. High intensity interval training. This workout uses short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief rest periods. Studies show hiit can be just as effective if not more so than longer. Traditional workouts for burning fat and building muscle linked to hit study on a credible source. Muscle confusion. By changing up your exercises frequently, you keep your core guessing and prevent plateaus. Consistency is key. Even a minute a day can make a diff
erence if you're consistent. Think of it as adding a little of love to your daily routine. The workout. Alright. Let's get down to business. Here's what you'll need. Yourself and maybe a mat for comfort. A timer. Your phone works great. The exercises. 1, Plank. The classic for a reason. Start in a push up position with your forearms on the ground. Keep your core tight, back straight, and form a straight line from head to toe. Hold for 20 seconds. 2, high knees. Get your heart rate up with some h
igh knees. Run in place, bringing your knees as high as you can towards your chest. Engage your abs on each lift for 20 seconds. 3, Russian twist. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat. Lean back slightly, engaging your core to keep your spine straight. Twist your upper body from side to side, reaching for the ground with each twist. Do 10 twists on each side. 20 seconds total. 4. mountain climbers. Get ready to feel the burn. Start in a high plank position. Alternate bringing each
knee towards your chest in a running motion. Keep your core tight and don't let your hips sag. Work for 20 seconds. 5. Hollow hold. Life flat on your back with your arms and legs extended. Engage your core to lift your shoulder blades and legs slightly off the ground, creating a c shape with your body. Hold for 20 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit three times. Quick tip. If you have a little extra time, add a thirty second rest period after each exercise for a slightly less intense workout. Ni
