Frank Olson was a U.S army biological weapons  researcher who worked at Fort Dietrich in Maryland in the early 1950s Olsen began working for the  CIA on a top secret program known as project MK Ultra which aimed to develop mind control  techniques through the use of pharma and hypnosis in November 1953 Olson attended a meeting with  other CIA officials at a retreat in rural Maryland a few days later Olsen fell from the  window of a hotel room in New York initially the incident was ruled self-inf

licted  but in 1975 after Watergate the Rockefeller commission began investigating CIA  activities including project MK Ultra as a result of these investigations it  was revealed that Olson's fate was likely a result of LSD that he was given during  the CIA retreat why would the CIA do this
