Adventure Dad - Educational Videos for Kids

Hey kids, it's Adventure Dad  here and it's Story Time! Today, we're going to read The Very Hungry Caterpillar - here we go. In the light of the Moon,  a little egg lay on a leaf. On Sunday morning, the warm sun  came up and pop: out of the egg came a tiny, very hungry caterpillar. Wow, look at that big beautiful warm sun! He started to look look for some food. On Monday, he ate through one apple - but he was still hungry! Wow look at that, he nibbled little holes into the fruit. On Tuesday, he
ate through two pears - but he was still hungry! On Wednesday, he ate through three plums - but he was still hungry! On Thursday, he ate through four strawberries - but he was still hungry! Strawberries are my favourit. On Friday, he ate through five  oranges - but he was still hungry! Wow, five oranges is a lot... On Saturday, he ate through one piece of chocolate cake, one ice cream cone, one pickle,  one slice of Swiss cheese, one slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of of cherry pie, one
sausage, one cupcake and one slice of watermelon. That night, he had a stomach ache! Have you ever had a tummy ache from eating too much? That's how this caterpillar's feeling. The next day was Sunday again. The caterpillar ate through one nice green leaf and after that, he felt much better! He's obviously feeling a lot better, now he's had caterpillar food. Now, he wasn't hungry anymore. And he wasn't a little caterpillar anymore. He was a big fat caterpillar! He built a small house (called
a cocoon) around himself and he stayed inside for more than 2 weeks. Then, he nibbled a hole in the Cocoon, pushed his way out and: He was a beautiful butterfly! Oh that's right, caterpillars  turn into butterflies. I hope you enjoyed the story. Reading  stories is lots of fun and educational. Hey, after you watch this you should  go and read a story of your own! Thank you for joining me for story  time. I'll see you next time!
