He turns back to say that for a while he forgot that she was different that he almost expected something out of her but that’s no longer the case. As he walks off, Ko Moon-young ca
lls out “I love you” to him thinking it’ll lure him back. He stopped momentarily, before walking away again ignoring her screaming “I love you”s over and over again. As he leaves, Ko Moon-Young is left feeling confused and gutted, as they were just starting to get along in the course of the story. Yep. - This actually was in episode 4.
