e some cheeses that upset my stomach  but milk really upsets my stomach and it's soy don't go there I think I've got a real allergy  to Soy I don't do it makes me very sick um so I use almond milk and then specific almond  milk that just froths up so well it's like super designed for um like cafes and frothers and  stuff like that so actually order it from one of the cafes I get like the box of like eight  like milks and yeah I just prop up milk in that and I just have like a little espresso sho
