why do I keep coming back to Indonesia I've  been all over the world well a lot of places but Indonesia is somewhere I keep coming back  to beautiful beaches friendly people incredible scenery yeah Indonesia has them all but one  thing I've missed so much is the incredible street food and one dish in particular today I  returned to Jakarta with an empty belly ready to take on one of my favorite cities in the world  while searching all right let's find this tobac Manish and searching for my favor

ite dessert  in the world I oh my head no there you go it was lck like okay so we are back in Indonesia we  are in Jakarta one of both of our favorite cities now while I'm not a Food Channel I think we all  know I love my food and one of the best things about Jakarta for us in the past was the food and  the street food here so to ease back into trouble for the year and to get you guys some videos I've  taken a little bit of time off and I might address that later on let's have some street food h

ere  in Chic but first I need a coffee what it just wasn't 16 mil anyway it's good to be back so that  place is called philosophy I've gone there every morning it is awesome um and we're in the Block  M part and I think the locals call it Jael Jael that's south Jakarta south Jakarta so that's  where we are right now and um we just really like it last time we were here we stayed in a  different area which we also liked but uh here is it's cool I really like it you're close to all  of these um the

ichael stopped at is this CLE K inar and he gets  this hot dog from here which I think is like super popular online to me it looks honestly so gross  that a lot of people just come and sit and eat from the food here so we decided to just kind of  do that now this is the thing that looks really really cross well if you're an American you won't  think it's gross it's just a chili Conn con hot dog no it's not it's like it's ch going the thing  that is gross is the source that gave me extra p oh I d

on't know just the look of hot dogs you know  like it just looks not like something I should eat it's like totally Norm 7 in it's like okay but  it's totally normal in Indonesia just to sit here buy some food or buy a drink there's charging  ports everyone's charging their phones as well and you just kind of like watch the like you just let  things happen and I've come here at night time and there's are people here at 10: p.m. doing the same  thing but I don't know why I got a hot dog hot dog wh

s usually like super thick and they put like the um things  on the inside if you can see they like cook it just uh in between these bits see it's got  like a lid on and you've got different flavors so there's like Oreo chocolate um all of that  there red velvet so while I'm here waiting for my mother back man I just want to like let you  know a little bit earlier I said why I took so much time off and basically like over the past 2  years of content I don't think I took more than like a week off
