That should be Goliad as Princess Bubblegum's successor to the throne, not Peppermint Butler. PB should have fixed Goliad so she can be a good ruler instead of leaving her stuck in that stupid "eternal" staring contest with Stormo. If PB really is highly smart, she should be smart enough to fixed Goliad. And it was all Jake's fault that Goliad went besurk.
