What's good everyone OJ here welcome back to  another top 25 best of list I wanted to switch things up a little bit throw you guys a curveball  and do the top 25 best AAA Western Nintendo switch RPGs and more I know that's a little bit of a  mouthful when it comes down to it but overall there are a number of Western titles that I  play I just don't cover them as much so for this video I went back and looked through some of  my favorite ones that I've played on the Nintendo switch so this list is
a combination of games that  I played and I thought that were good in addition to how impressive they are the impossible Port  so it's a combination of that and that's how I came up with the best 25 now there are going to  be some games that are probably left off of this that you do like so for example I personally don't  want to put the Mario plus Rabbids games on here just because they have the Nintendo license and I  wanted this to be about the big AAA games that are not affiliated when it c
omes to Nintendo IP but  before we get into that please make sure you hit that like button subscribe if you're someone new  click that notification Bell to get all of my top 10's best 25 list top 10 to buy now before rare  list and more now let's go ahead and jump right into it starting off that number 25 we have  Burnout Paradise this is a game that I played originally on the PlayStation 3 back in the day  that I picked up the remastered collection for a cool $9 and it's still just just as good
just as  smooth just as fast and has all the content in there it's just an older game there's really  nothing wrong with it in particular it's not necessarily super crazy Innovative or anything  but at the time it was but now it's the Nintendo switch here so definitely got a few points knocked  down for that plus I'm not the biggest racing fan but this game does enough to excite you with  different type of things that are happening and all of that so we have Forza now that's pretty  much the st
andard like arcade SL cool different type of RPG racer thing and Burnout Paradise isn't  quite like that but it kind of reminds me of that a little bit and it's actually the only racing  game that's going to be on this list so racing fans you got your time in the sun right there on  the Nintendo switch with Burnout Paradise fast fun cool runs at a good frame rate lot of content it's  all there for you number 25 on the list number 24 we have a big collection Borderlands Legendary  Collection this
comes with Borderlands Game of the Year Edition Borderlands 2 Game of the Year  Edition and Borderlands the Pre-Sequel Ultimate Edition all the DLC included all the content  included and you don't get the 60 frames that you might get on PlayStation and Xbox but you do  get a lot of content here anywhere that you want that's better when it comes to how it runs and the  performance the Borderlands on the V so you do get that nice portable version of the games it's got  a lot of content a lot of c
ool different guns a lot of crazy scenarios and the Borderlands games  are just really cool like firstperson Shooters where you run around shoot people People level up  get different skills have different abilities you got Vehicles you got boss fights you got all this  cool stuff in there and there's so much content in here it's definitely going to take you hundreds  of hours to kind of get through everything if you want it to 100% it because there's just so  much stuff to do once again not the
best ports not the most impressive but definitely not bad  when it comes to Nintendo switch so Borderlands is one of my guilty pleasures almost that I had  back then not quite as big on the games anymore but when I played it on the Nintendo switch I  had a ton of fun so it makes it the number 24 on the list number 23 Dark Souls remastered and  yes this is not a western game I'm well aware of it but I have to find a way to talk about Dark  Souls on this channel because it's just something that it
's such a great franchise and I want to  talk about it so yes it's not a western game but obviously this does the best when it comes to  the Western Market and people that play this game it's almost taken its own thing at this point  with Elden ring and all of that so dark souls is absolutely that it's that type of game and  you've had multiple Western Studios copy the formula not quite to the success I guess outside  of lies of P but that's not a western Studio but you guys know what I mean Dar
k Souls is one of  those games that's kind of like Western focused and it's awesome on the Nintendo switch it's not  the best version of the game but I think they did a okay job of porting over that Xbox 360 version  of the game and this is kind of where they had a little bit more of a budget over what they got  with demon souls and it's a solid Port of the game with a few problems here and there I thought  that maybe they could have done a better job with some of the graphics in it make it a li
ttle bit  better make it run a little bit better here and there but overall it's not a bad game whatsoever  I think it runs well now if you absolutely need a real Western game to fill in this spart at number  23 you can go at World War Z as well so let's do a little dual thing here on the Fly World War Z  is a game that I played back when it first came out and I thought it was solid obviously not as  good as the other versions of the game but if you want a multiplayer type of Shooters survival
type of zombie type of game like this is one of the few options that are on the Nintendo switch  so World War Z Dark Souls remastered either one you want to pick whether I'm breaking my own rules  or not at number 23 number 22 Assassin's Creed the rebel collection this comes with Assassin's Creed  4 Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Rogue now I hate Assassin's Creed Rogue I don't think it's that  great of a game but Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag is good plus you get that extra game in there  and i
t was also really cheap so to me I'm not the biggest Assassin's Creed fan but I will give  them props I'll give them credit for porting over Assassin's Creed 4 Black Flag and doing a really  good job of it this is a massive huge game with lots of systems mechanics lots of content in there  and it's all in there and it all runs decently on the Nintendo switch there was some issues with  the Wii U version of the game wasn't terrible but wasn't great but they actually improved things  with the Nint
endo switch version version of the game and once again not a huge Assassin's Creed  fan but I am impressed with the scope and volume they were able to put on the switch and how they  got it to run and the content in the game plus this pack here you do get like the pseudo sequel  or prequel or whatever I don't like Assassin's Creed Rog so you do get that included in the  package so I had to put this at number 22 on my list number 21 dark ciders 2 now this is a game  that I actually like I played
it back in the day on PC when it first came out and I thought it was  solid I thought it was pretty good didn't like it more than another game that we're going to talk  about later but I felt that there was a lot of cool Powers I loved the main character I thought  that was cool there's a lot of different abilities that you can get as well a lot of different places  you can go to little pseudo open world action as well and the story kind of goes along at a pretty  good clip and Pace there's a fe
w hitches here and there when it comes to some of the combat options  and some of the things in the game and some of the dialogue and just the story overall but I do think  that Darksiders too was a successful port to the Nintendo switch with a few flaws here and there  but it's absolutely playable it's still fun to play to this day and I think that for some people  it might be cool to kind of go to a throwback of the seventh generation and how developers made  games at this point because you se
e a lot of influences from different places like DMC or even  like other open World Games other adventure games maybe even like Zelda so it's nice it's a nice  little mix of that and a little bit of a throwback to kind of go back to so Darksiders 2 makes the  number 21 on my list number 20 South Park the fractured butthole and it's a pretty cool RPG it's  got all the voices that you know from the show it's got all of the sound effects and different  things and it's just ridiculous this one takes
place in them in terms of like Halloween and some  of the stuff that happens I actually enjoyed my time playing it I'm not the biggest fan of South  Park or this probably would have been higher because there's a lot of inside jokes and little  other things so if you've been watching the South Park series series for a decade Plus or whatever  you're absolutely going to love all the different things in this game I like the RPG mechanics it's  a turn-based RPG with a lot of cool abilities and skil
ls and leveling up and grinding and side  quests and stuff and it looks beautiful on the Nintendo switch whether you're playing portable  or docked so South Park the fractured but hole on the Nintendo switch makes it the number 20 on the  list number 19 Doom Eternal another one of those big impossible ports big first person shooter  on the Nintendo switch and this would have been higher if I don't get motion sickness all the  time while playing it but it's mainly this High because of how impress
ive it is that impossible  Port stuff I mean if you look at Doom Eternal on Xbox and PlayStation and PC this game is insane  right running at super fast frame rate you got all sorts of monsters and enemies all over and they  were able to take that panic button was able to take that and Port it over downsize it quite a bit  but still get it to be respectable on the Nintendo switch running decently enough looking good enough  with some flaws across the board but I still think that was very impress
ive and that's why it's on  this list not my favorite third party game out there but you have to kind of get it on the list  considering the technical pedigree and also the gameplay the game play is still fun you can still  boot this up right now and have some fun if you're willing to give those concessions considering  the platform that it's on and I think that'd be a pretty cool game to kind of take around and  play shoot some you know demons up and kind of go around portably I think that's aw
esome as well and  I feel that the music and everything in this game really Vibes for people who love this firstperson  visceral type of shooter where you're just blowing things up all the time and kind of exploring  doing a lot more exploration and a little bit of platforming stuff more than I thought that  it would be for a doom game so not bad at all and that's why it's number 19 on the list number  18 LA Noir this is an older game from the Seventh Generation eration PS3 Xbox 360 that made it
s way  over to Nintendo switch earlier in the life of the system and what I like about this game is that it  has a really cool like face reading mechanic like you actually have to look to see cues to see when  people are align and then jot down notes in your book you're a detective like in the 1920s or  30s or something like that back when you had those old school like Model T cars and stuff or at  least the evolutions of those you can't go really fast in those cars but it's still a lot of fun t
o  play I thought it was Innovative it was unique it was something different and it translates really  well on the Nintendo switch when it comes down to it little bit Jank there's some Jank across this  game but if you're looking for something different you're looking for something that honestly I don't  think has really been made since then in this type of style the game was a financial flop the studio  that made this game ended up shutting down but the technology that they Ed for facial expres
sions  and the graphics and everything was really good I think it still holds up really well and it looks  great on the Nintendo switch overall and I had a blast playing through it again I played on Xbox  360 played it again on the Nintendo switch and thought it was fun with some flaws across the  board but either way La nor makes it to number 18 on my list number 17 Immortals Phoenix Rising  now this is not like AAA AAA but it's not quite like double A it's kind of like in between there  you kn
ow we're picking our batteries when it comes down to it but I'm going to go Ahad and give it  the nod and there might be a few other games that are like this but I really like Immortals Phoenix  ryzen I think that it's a really cool take on the breath of the wild or post breath of the wild  developers trying to make games that are kind of like that but different put their own spin on  it and I think it does a great job especially in the combat front the combat is a lot of fun it's  a nice little
mix kind of like of Zelda or like Devil May Cry and other action games to create a  really fun open world puzzle SL action game with a very comical tone to it which the story story  it's serious but then it's also kind of comical in terms of how the narration is and how it plays out  but I think that it's good enough on the Nintendo switch it runs just good enough it looks just good  enough at times for the most part and it has a lot of fun upgrades and abilities and different things  to do in
the game the gameplay gets varied up it's not just the same thing it still has some of that  Ubisoft IFI gameplay mechanics which you guys know when it comes to going up to the towers and  finding the map stuff and the things that Ubisoft always does but overall I think it handles it all  pretty well on the Nintendo switch which this game with a few different tweaks probably could have  been higher but it makes it right here at number 17 on the list number 16 Red Faction gorilla  re marser which
probably has the worst name and I was thinking about just dropping this lower  because of the name but this is another of these big games that was from the PlayStation 3 Xbox  360 era and brought over and surprisingly well has a performance mode on the Nintendo switch  runs really good this is an open world third person shooter SL action game where there's a lot  of Destruction going on the destruction in this game is actually better than many of the games  that came out in today's day or many
of the games that come out in today's day so I really enjoyed  that because you can go to a building completely knock it down shoot up stuff it's a lot of fun  and it's got a light RPG stuff here and there with upgrading and all that but honestly I was  surprised when I first played play this game back on the PlayStation 3 and I was even more surprised  when I played it on the Nintendo switch how well it ran and it looked it's just a game that I've  played before and it's just as good as it's ev
er been like it was on the previous systems and like  I said it does run really good too on the Nintendo switch in the performance mode there's a lot of  different vehicles that you can pick up a lot of different missions that you have different types  of missions that you can go to when it comes to Demolition and other things are just beating up  on enemies few repetition here and there when it comes to different enemy types and all that but  over overall I had a good time with the game I thoug
ht it was a lot of fun so it makes it the  number 16 on my list number 15 Assassin's Creed 2 now Assassin's Creed 2 I have like this crazy  LoveHate relationship with because when it first came out on the Xbox 360 I actually liked the game  I thought it was good but it was also like the last time that I wanted to play that style of game  it was like good but I was done and I think that was the last time that I actually truly like went  through and was excited bought an Assassin's Creed game day
one and all that when it came over to  Nintendo switch I was skeptical of course but then I played it on stream and I was like this is a  good part of the game like this is actually a good part of the game Assassin's Creed games are fairly  large for the most part have a lot of dialogue have a lot of audio and options and different  things to do and side quests and stuff and I felt that they handled it well on the Nintendo  switch or at least well enough I didn't run into a lot of bugs or glitch
es or problems which was  a huge thing with the Assassin's Creed franchise back then but when they ped it over to switch it  ran flawlessly for the most part in terms of what you would expect and I played it portable thought  it looked good thought it played good for the most part still Assassin's Creed still the Ubisoft  formula still all the things that I dislike when it comes down to it but I have to give it  props one for being a great part of the game two for actually being solid out of all
the Assassin's  Creed games a lot of people think that Assassin's Creed 2 is the best game or in the like top three  top four or so so I have to give Assassin's Creed 2 some major props I think the story is good I  think that the pacing was fantastic the combat is fun and there's a lot of cool things in the  game there was a big upgrade over the original game so Assassin's Creed 2 makes it to number 15  on the list number 14 Mortal Combat 11 and this was interesting because people were thinking
what  is Mortal Kombat going to be like on the switch right obviously Mortal Kombat one of the best  looking fighting games out there has this crazy single player CP type of mode where you're going  around and everything and there's mixed results but at the end of the day if you look at Mortal  Kombat 11 and how that game launched compared to Mortal Kombat 1 yeah Mortal Kombat 11 definitely  did a better job I think that with the gameplay with the loading times with many of the things  in the g
ame it ran better it felt better to play overall and you could get a good experience even  online playing on there it's not like they didn't have like roll back net Cod or they didn't have  certain things that supports it and if you look at the Nintendo switch overall with the online  plan what you can do I think Mortal Kombat 11 becomes a interesting and fun proposition for  many people that like to play on the Nintendo switch or like to have a portable Mortal Kombat  experience I think that Mo
rtal Kombat 11 more is adequate for that and back when it came out I  had a lot of fun with it played the single player thought it was great played a little bit online  thought that was fun ran smooth for the most part you can see people's connections and everything  so I thought it was one of the best impossible or big AAA thirdparty games on the platform  and I think that it still holds true to this day at number 14 number 13 vinity original sin 2  Definitive Edition now this pick is mainly ba
sed off of the studio that makes it what they had to  do and how impressive it is and I've tried to play their games when it comes like to The Dungeons  and Dragons and the laran style and honestly I just don't know about these type of games but you  have to be impressed with the content in here and I will add that this game this port of divinity  original sin is easily one of the best rated games people love this game on the Nintendo switch  was successful on the platform it just doesn't necess
arily speak to me as much I tried it out  but I can see the potential have you ever played a game and you're like man I can see why people  love this I can see why there's so many cool different things it just doesn't click and that's  kind of how it was for me but I'm putting it this High because of it's very impressive because of  the content because of how good the game is there is a makings of an incredible experience here it's  just not necessarily my favorite game to play but in terms of b
est or impressive games you can't sit  here and have have a top 25 list without Divinity original sin 2 next up at number 12 is The Witcher  3 wild Hunt complete edition once again just like divinity original sin I played this one actually  longer I played it originally on the Xbox one I played it on I think the PlayStation 5 I've  played it on the PC and now I've played it on the Nintendo switch and every single time I'm just  like you know what this is just not for me with varying levels of pl
aythroughs I think I put like  20 30 hours into the switch version here and once again I see the potential I see why people like  it I see all these different things and mainly it gets up this High considering how impressive it  is nobody felt when it comes to The Witcher nobody felt that this game was even possible on the  Nintendo switch platform and when I played it I was like wow it works now it doesn't look as good  as the other versions of the game but it works well enough and you have a n
ice little PC transfer  save over so I was able to transfer over the PC safe file to my Nintendo switch and back and forth  so for the functionality of the game for what they were able to do for even how they're able to  get it to run and stuff there's some developers that have games nowhere near as demanding as The  Witcher 3 wild Hunt and it runs worse than what this game runs and looks worse so the fact that  they're able to get this game the way that it was and I even took 20 hours or 30 hou
rs to play  this definitely gets it higher up on my list here because of how impressive it is so I think that  number 12 is a good spot for The Witcher 3 wild Hunt but I know a lot of you guys will probably  have it higher for those who love your Western RPGs next up at number 11 is Doom 2016 now this  game is super interesting because back when Doom 2016 first came out it's actually one of my best  viewed videos on the channel I first just booted up the game and played I'm not a huge Doom fan
I'd played some of them in the past but not really much but I decided to give it a shot and I was  just starting up you know getting really serious with my channel here and it did really well people  were interested in Doom 2016 and how it was going to translate over to the Nintendo switch a year  later when it came out and I think that they did a really good job this put panic button on  the map and I feel that Doom 2016 has a lot of cool features I actually played a number of the  multiplayer
and the multiplayer is not bad it was a lot of fun you blow some people up in there you  shoot people up you just do what you need to do in like Doom right and it was a lot of fun I think  that the controls were good enough you have a lot of variety of the different weapons there you  do Doom guys stuff where you're just blowing up demons down there and just doing crazy things so  for me Doom 2016 was one of those games that said all right the Nintendo switch despite it not being  as powerful as
the other systems you're going to be able to punch well above your weight because  there's no way that this game Doom I guess if you look at it on paper should be able to run and  look as good as it does on the Nintendo switch but it does so once again it's one of those to where  yes good gameplay maybe not my favorite but the impressive nature of the game and what happened  has to make make it into one of the higher echelons of Nintendo switch Western AAA titles  next up at number 10 is Tony H
awks Pro Skater one plus two this is a phenomenal collection of the  games some of the best Tony Hawk games out there remade or remastered really well done and the  only problem with this collection is that it's at 30 frames per second if they were able to get that  at 60 or have a 60 frames per second mode it might have been higher on my list but unfortunately it's  at the 30 but that doesn't mean it's bad it's not like oh my God it makes it terrible or anything  you still have all the cool stu
ff in the game you have the online play that's really cool added in  there a lot of fun variety of different skaters to use different levels to go through all the cool  collect the skate and collect the vide tapes and like the cool levels The Hanger all that stuff  is there the customization different clothing and items that you can do there's so much content  in this game for a great price and it plays really well and honestly this is probably one of those  games to where a lot of people especi
ally if like you're a skater you might want to go to the skate  park you skate you do whatever and then you play the game for fun right cuz I remember back when  I skated like I would have loved to have like a real portable version of Tony Hawk back then  because I skated a long time ago decades ago I think it'd be pretty cool to have that so I  think that that's what makes it higher up on the list you have the functionality runs really  good the content's all there still a lot of fun and pretty
much the only portable version of the  newer release unless you have some type of like steam deck or something like that the switch  obviously is much easier cheaper in order to play something like this portably so Tony Haw Pro  Skater one and two makes it the number 10 on the list number nine Crash Bandicoot 4 it's about time  once again one of those tweener games triaa double A in between who knows who cares I'm just going to  count it as a big franchise or Triple A and Crash Bandicoot 4 it's
about time really good on the  Nintendo switch a lot of fun to play very hard I like the difficulty in this game I've always been  a big fan of Crash Bandicoot that was actually one of the franchises that made me really want a  PlayStation when I first played Crash Bandicoot 1 on the PS1 I was blown away by its visuals by  its gameplay by the design I thought it was super Innovative and I think that Crash Bandicoot 4  it's about time brings back a lot of that but not the same game a new title a
new title with cool  new characters and fun different levels and the challenge and everything there so the only problem  30 frames not quite the six that you get on other platforms but you still get a great portable  experience it's still a lot of fun it's rock solid in its performance it's not like it's going  to lag or dip or do crazy things to it affects the gameplay too much after it's locked in there so I  really enjoyed my time with Crash Bandicoot 4 and I think it deserves its top 10 sta
tus at number  nine next up at number eight XCOM 2 collection this is one of those underrated Nintendo switch  ports it's not the most graphically intensive port or anything like that but it's got so much content  in here when it says collection you don't get the first XCOM game which would have been nice if they  actually made the first XCOM game I think that it probably would have put the package even higher  if you get XCOM one and you get XCOM 2 but you get XCOM 2 and you get all the DLC and
everything  surrounding that and this is a strategy tactical RPG where you use different types of weaponry and  alien stuff and all sorts of cool things it's got a great story it's got a lot of branching options  that you can do a lot of different variety within the maps that you play through so kind of like  fire emblem with guns for those who don't know about this and it's really good I highly recommend  XCOM 2 collection you can get it for pretty cheap it's pretty large file size you got to
do a  download if you buy the game physical but overall I had a ton of fun with it just so much custom  ability with your characters and your different classes and the weapons that you can get and the  difficulty in there like you'll be scratching your head at some of the stuff when it comes to  the maps but of course if you want to have more of an easier experience you can do that as well  so for all my tactical RPG fans out there if you love Mario plus Rabbids for example you definitely  need
to check out XCOM because Mario plus Rabbids was kind of based off of what XCOM did all right  next up at number seven is Darksiders warmastered Edition we talked about Darksiders too but I  think the warmastered Edition is actually the better game this is a very interesting blend of  Zelda and other action and adventure games and this one's probably the most Zelda out of all of  the Darksiders games there's really cool dungeons or are and stuff that you have to go back to get a  certain item co
me back to it be able to traversal in that area runs really good too performance mode  as well looks good I think that dark ciders warm Edition does everything that they needed to do as  a new IP everything that you would want to see in terms of the style and the gameplay and stuff  it's just really cool in terms of what it was based off of more like it so I really enjoyed  it I thought that it was smooth I thought that the story was really good love the main character  he's still my favorite ou
t of the Four Horsemen of the apocalypse still my favorite when it comes  to the original Darksiders so yes it's a great game people kind of forget about it because it  was a number of years ago but if you're looking for a Zelda style action RPG Adventure type of  game you can't really go wrong with dark ciders warmastered Edition next up at number six Diablo  I Eternal collection this is the complete Diablo I experience with a Nintendo switch twist  being able to use G gondorf but I thought tha
t was pretty cool but even if you don't want  to use gondorf you want to just use the regular characters in the game the regular classes it's  got everything I played Diablo II back when it first came out in 2012 on the PC beat it on there  thought it was good but there was so many other things that I didn't like with it when it comes  to like the real auction store when it comes to some of the limitations with the story when it  comes to some of the combat options and ever since then since 2012
all the way up until the  most recent Diablo but it was a bit before that they improved the experience experence they added  different things they tweaked it they patched they did so many different things so if you played the  game before and you played on the Nintendo switch it's a completely different experience completely  different experience adding in a Dodge button other things that wasn't there or from the Xbox  and Playstation which those had it and they just brought it over and it runs
good it runs good for  the most part there's a lot of enemies on screen so that can cause problems sometimes for some of  these AAA ports from Xbox and Playstation but I was impressed with how good it ran I was impressed  with all the different options and the content on there you don't have to worry about spending a  bunch of money on microtransactions or any of this nonsense there's enough content on there to  keep you happy for hundreds of hours so I had to give Diablo II Eternal collection
high up on the  list at number six number five Red Dead Redemption an undead nightmare a newer AAA port and people  are kind of skeptical about this we didn't know exactly how well it would do but to be honest  it's a really good Port it completely cleans up so many things from the Xbox 360 version  of the game the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions are nowhere near as good as this version of the  game especially with the undead nightmare with all the different zombies and everything it runs  Rock Solid
for the most part 1080p 30 frames per second not as good as the Xbox series backwards  compatible or the PlayStation 4 update that came out at the 60 frames but if you want a portable  open world Red Dead Rockstar experience this is it this is the to pick up and it's not like it's  going to be blurry or hard to see or any of the nonsense that we've seen with some of these AAA  big titles they did a great job with the port they did not skimp out when it comes down to they  did not cut Corners the
re they actually improved it upon the base of the Xbox 360 version which  is how it's supposed to be done we shouldn't be getting stuff that's on par or just barely better  it should be considerably better when it comes to the performance when it comes to how it looks  and everything and that's what you're getting here with Red Dead Redemption an undead nightmare  it's a really good Port of the game that improves upon the base game and adds in some nice stuff  to where you're like okay that's be
tter than what I had before some people had issue with the  price I get that but you know there's always price drops and discounts and things like that so you  can get it then and there's a lot of content in here as well I mean this is like 100 hours plus  or something like that when you include Red Dead Redemption and the Undead Nightmare next up at  number four Crash Bandicoot and sane Trilogy this Trilogy of games is still one of my favorites to  sometimes kind of go back to back when it firs
t came out on the Nintendo switch every year I'd  actually go back and just play through the games I talked about Crash Bandicoot before with Crash  Bandicoot 4 it's about time and how I love the Crash Bandicoot series that was the series that  made me on to PlayStation say oh my gosh this is incredible and this is the game like it's right  here but it's completely overhauled when it comes to the graphics when it comes to the sound when  it comes to the levels they Faithfully recreated it but at
the same same time didn't lose its  physics its Spirit its momentum so the way that you played the game back then it's the same  but it's just better right all of it's just there and it brought back to me those good old times so  this is one part Nostalgia when it comes down to it second part incredible gameplay but third part  amazing value you get three of the games the first second and third game that are all phenomenal  games you get them all in the same package for a great price you can ge
t it even cheaper now but  I think when it launched it was like 4 bucks right so you get a great value you get great games  overhauled visuals better sound anywhere that you want I mean you couldn't ask for more than  that when it comes to one of the big AAA games coming over to the Nintendo switch so that's why  I made it to number four on my list number three the Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim you don't have a list  when it comes to RPGs or when it comes to games and you don't have Skyrim on the list
it's on  every list it's on everything and yes Skyrim is is great on the Nintendo switch I was blown away  when I first saw it and I'm thinking oh my gosh we got Skyrim finally we got an Elder Scrolls game  on Nintendo platform I was thinking what's this game going to be like people were saying it's the  360 version it's not the PS4 Xbox One remastered version and I'm like no it kind of looks like the  remastered version from what they showed us but people didn't believe it and then we got the g
ame  and then we saw it and we saw it on our Nintendo switch we like wow this runs and looks good I  think it's like 900p 30 frames at run like the PlayStation 4 version of the game there isn't a  lot of frame rate drops all over the place you have all the content in there dlc's all included  anywhere that you want at the time that the switch came out and the fact that it was one of the few  big third party games and people were looking for long experiences to play on the go Skyrim was the  perf
ect game and I think that's what resulted in the game doing really well there was just a lack  of other games on top of it being one of the best third party games ever made when it comes down to  it so Skyrim was pretty much the perfect storm and it's awesome on the Nintendo switch you can still  go out there and pick it up right now and play it and have a lot of fun despite it not being the 60  frames like other platforms but it's still really good plenty of content lot of fun and some extra  N
intendo content in there as well you got like Link's outfit and like the master sword and shield  and everything so that's pretty cool too all right next up at number two guys we're getting down to  it Warframe and man Warframe would probably be number one and it's not number one because it's  a live service type of game and the live service stuff for me at least like I just don't like it  it's hard for me Warframe is so good and does so many things well you can play offline you can play  a bunc
h of single player content you don't need to connect like they make it as seamless and as easy  as possible to get into it if you're not into the live service thing so I will give them props  for that but the problem is that when you go to upgrade the problem is that when you go to  get get new weapons or abilities or different things it's got the DNA it's got the framework  of that but it's such a good game such a good port with so many different options and abilities  and classes and weapons a
nd so much fun fluidity of the movement and the port I had to get it up  to number two I think I spent like a 100 hours plus in this game and that's someone who doesn't  like the live service games now you can do the co-op you can go around like I said you can do so  many things to make it like a normal multiplayer game and not really be caught up in all the live  service stuff but unfortunately it catches up to you at some point once again this could have been  number one for me that's how much
I like this game but if you also look at it from an impressive or  impossible Port scale Warframe is absolutely up there at the top of the list with The Witcher  and with divinity and with some of these other games that people just didn't feel was possible  considering where it came from but it is possible and it's really good on the platform not as good  as other platforms but still good enough on the platform especially for the time that it came out  and at number one Batman Arkham collection
with an asterisk now this is the asterisk because as  of the time that I'm recording this video Batman Arkham collection is not out on the platform and  I have not played it either I have not played it it's coming out in December okay but Batman Arkham  City Batman Arkham Asylum and a little bit when it comes to Batman Arkham Knight but those two first  games are still the best superhero games ever made in my opinion I have never played another  superhero game that I had more fun with that I fe
lt that was better to the source material that  I felt that was as good with the gameplay with the content with everything included than Batman  Arkham City Batman Arkham Asylum was a great first step when it comes to rock Cady the classic  rock steady The Rock Steady that we all knew and loved and seems to be gone with Suicide Squad but  the classic CL Rock Steady he make an incredible true to life Batman experience for people to go  through and play the combat system kind of took everything th
at we like with Assassin's Creed  but made it way better when it comes to what Batman can do with his toolkit with his set with  his weapons and the open world goodness gracious the open world of Batman Arkham City you really  felt like you were just this lone Warrior this lone Knight really Against All Odds in a crazy  episode or a crazy movie of the Batman show so I loved it I think that the story is incredible I  love the extra gameplay modes like where you can fight in like those Arenas and
everything and  have leaderboards so what I'm saying with this collection if Batman Arkham collection is as good  as I remember on the Xbox 360 if everything is up to Snuff because remember it got delayed a little  bit it got delayed if everything is up to Snuff if everything is solid heck even if Batman Arkham  Knight is not quite that great of a port if the first two games are set in solid as good or better  probably should be better yes better than what I remembered or better in terms of perf
ormance and  how it runs and everything like that then this is the best AAA Western game on the Nintendo switch  these two games are still incredible to go through and play you can pick them up on the 360 and play  through them and they're great so if we get that same experience but better on the Nintendo switch  I have to give it to Batman Arkham collection in at number one so what are your top 25 best AAA  Western Nintendo switch games what games do you love on the platform not made from the b

@islandboy7271

Always looking forward to your vids. Just stopping to share the love bro❤️💪🏽🔥✌🏽☮️🕊️

@Joker-yu5kp

The problem i have with most of these games on switch is the price, it's always much cheaper on other platform, even on sale the price is still too high on Nintendo switch

@McSmurfy

Immortals fenyx rising is such fun game and I never played a zelda game, but this combat is fun and the abilities you have are cool.

@PoPo-qp8zq

Batman Arkham is still the best superhero game, the atmosphere is unmatched

@jonmiller4575

You forgot Metro Redux. Playing both games on the go natively….especially with the OLED screen brings a different perspective that you won’t find on Xbox, PlayStation and or Steam.

@PloysMaw

Solid list though I'm surprised that Disco Elysium Final Cut and Kingdoms of Amalur Re-reckoning didn't get some spotlight.

@akaimizu1

Diablo 3 is definitely placed well, in my opinion. Being a bit late to the party paid off well for the Switch. Not only did they do a fantastic job, due to the state of the game by the time they made it on the Switch, it makes for the best possible (out of the box) physical version of the game. If you take out all the patches, cross platform, that is. Still, here’s hoping that people can hold onto their patches, regardless of platform, because D3 ended in a great state now that I believe it’s been in its final fully-patched form.

@Cobaltios

Most of the id shooters were ported by Panic Button, but it was WarFrame that put them on the map. It says something when the optimized code from the Switch port was used for other versions of the game.

@beaumcgee6501

Couldn't agree with you MORE!! batman arkam asylum and arkam city.. Are the best on nintendo so far.. by far..

@lorneross49

And no mention of Kingdoms Of Amalur ReReckoning... one of the best and most addictive games I've ever played and hardly anyone knows about it. Ya'll really need to look into this one.

@AnotherWatchChannel

Hell yes for the Batman trilogy #1!!! I have it, and it f*cking rocks.

@jumpmon3563

I would also add Spyro Reignited Trilogy to the list

@krishna3945

Great advice and great playlist

@Elvenlijk

I recently picked ACIV on Switch and was so surprised how fun was to play an AC game on the go and it looked pristine too. I also picked Divinity OSII and damn never expected such an amazing game, I think it has become my favorite Western RPG of all time, it has some resolution issues but nothing that breaks the experience, being portable the best mode. Both completely recommended.

@akaimizu1

As for placement of best 3rd party ports, I’m surprised Alien Isolation didn’t get a top spot. That wasn’t only the best of the impossible ports, it was THE switch game in which, for many aspects, looked better than it did on other consoles, at the time. Yeah, over the PS4 port. All because it took advantage of being a late port, and they used newer graphical tech on the Switch version. The newer tech allowed the Switch version to punch way above its weight. Also, the Crysis games on the Switch are on my list. While Crysis 1 initially launched with some definite issues, they later patched it up well. But Crysis 2 and 3, at launch, not only runs at a higher resolution and smooth 30fps over the original versions of those games, it also adds a whole new improved lighting engine and other tweaks to be a true better performing remaster of those games. Something we’d expect from a Gen 6 upgrade to the Switch, but surprisingly not done anywhere as often as we wish. I do hope the Batman collection (at least for the first two games) does the same. With today’s middleware on the Switch, they could do the Crysis/Alien Isolation-style upgrade to those games. Arkham Knight I do worry about, as a good port would require a bit more effort given the performance issues of the original release.

@themangomanjuice

Great list OJ.

@georgeluciano6136

I think spryro the reignited trilogy deserve a spot as high as Crash bandicoot
