2023 we're already past January February March and now April we're now in the month of May [Music] thank you hello everyone welcome back in this video instead of landmarks an unboxing or a movie review video we are going to cover top five movies that I'm excited to see this year one of the movies that a friend of mine is sure excited to see he cannot wait and don't worry I know everyone wants me to cover another movie review video but I need more time to complete the script and have it make sens
e I'll keep you posted on it and I'll announce it on Facebook for you so with that aside let's go right on ahead and jump in on what movies I'm excited to see this year thank you number five Haunted Mansion now I might not have seen the 2023 movie with Eddie Murphy or been incited at Disneyland in California but I have been incited at the Magic Kingdom park in Florida with my family when we went to Disney World in 2008 as a family vacation it's a fun time there the movie that they were making fo
r its July release features a cast that I know that being Owen Wilson Danny DeVito Tiffany haddish and Jamie Lee Curtis but they're not the means here the story is that Rosario Dawson and Chase W Dylan play a mother and a son where they start a new life they move into this Mansion in New Orleans which they discovered that the place is more than they thought of and it is of course haunted I saw the teaser trailer for the movie and it looks interesting the 2003 one I will watch it first before thi
s remake arrives in theaters and I can't see that on its streaming platform but a local library I can drive to and check it out for its bonus features on DVD the Blu-ray I can put on hold and who knows if it's the same as the DVD so for the Remake I'm very interested in this direction that Disney is taking just hope it's good then the original film and perform successfully as well number four Ruby Gilman teenage Creighton another DreamWorks animated movie we have coming out after Puss in Boots 2
. Ruby Gilman and trolls 3 are coming out the same year but different months and dates this feels like a similarity to The Little Mermaid from my friend Dylan but the characters have different talents here and yes I've seen the trailer Dylan looks good the story is about a 16 year old Craig and girl voiced by to all the boys voice actress Lana Condor learns that she's the next SEA Craig in line but she's desperate to fit in at her school called Oceanside High she lives with her overbearing mothe
r who forbids her for going to the beach to be with friends unfortunately Ruby disobeys her mother's rules and goes for a race against a battle of mermaids who are ruling the oceans of time the mermaid character Chelsea voiced by Annie Murphy is a similarity to Ariel from the Disney film but she's very snobby from what Dylan and I are thinking could be the villain for the movie but the actress voicing her does a solid job she's not bad and very pretty so overall it looks good and I'm sure intere
sted to see it who knows how well this will turn out for dreamworks's release date Library number three white bird it's directed by Christopher Robin and a man called Auto filmmaker Mark Forrester the movie is based on a book by the author RJ Palacio and I'll need to read this before the film's official release date but the story on the other hand tells right after the events of wonder where Julian gets expelled from breacher prep for good serves you right for treating Auggie very poorly so he v
isits his grandmother in Paris played by Helen Mirren and she tells him her story about her childhood Life as a young Jewish girl and the Nazi occupied France during World War II this is a very heartwarming story about a grandmother telling her grandson her past and the trailer looks wonderful even though I would not be friends with this character when I did my presentation in English back in high school I would like to see where he goes in the direction of the movie but it's good to see Bryce g
azar back as Julian Helen mirian and Ariella Glazer as the older and younger versions of Sarah albanes does a pretty good job Mark Forrester did a good job directing the film based from the author of wonder I also can't wait for his next movie which is Thompson friends unfortunately we have nothing to know about this quite yet which I'm really excited for this as well let's hope it's not in the direction of all engines ghost style I wanted to be in the original show style all in all white bird i

in the top five and not put it against white bird but the more I thought about it a lot of people will have different opinions for this Movie remake also this is for you Dylan we all know the story of this remake but I'm sure this will be different if none of the directions will change but I think things will be all right even if it's in live action the films directed by Rob Marshall who directed the fourth of Pirates of the Caribbean movie Andy also directed three other movies for Disney two be
ing theatrical films and the other being a TV movie this is screenplay writer David McGee's second film working with Rob lastly we got Alan Menken back as our music composer for the movie as he composed the score of the original film alongside Menken is lin-manuel Miranda the co-composer for the movie and one of the producers with Marshall Mark Platt and John DeLuca Miranda has worked on other Disney films and he worked on in the Heights which I wish it didn't fail at the box office I thought it
performed very good he has new songs that he wrote for the film and I can't wait to hear what they are when they get released the actress is Ariel Hallie Bailey I was pretty amazed even though she is black which I'm not too upset by but shouldn't someone as this character be white I can't be mad that they cast Alias Ariel her voice singing and acting is very good also Judy Atkinson Liz's mother said she also wished Queen Latifah was cast as Ursula but she was the villain character in the live T
V special and we will see how Melissa McCarthy plays out in the movie there's other actors playing the humans and sea characters I could mention but I'll talk about it in a movie review video when I see it two of The Voice casts I have to say are good Jacob Tremblay as flounder is perfect [Music] and Davey Diggs as Sebastian I'm sure will sound very funny for Scuttle Aquafina will be voicing the character but instead of being a male seagull Scuttle will be betrayed as a female diving bird I'm pr
etty sure people will have some issues with him or for this remake her so yeah I'm putting this in the number two list of the top five I'm absolutely excited to see it with Dylan and sure our friends from Camp creatability will want to see it which they'll have different opinions on the film too that's all right then I'm all here for that alrighty here we go for the last movie that I'm excited to see this year what's it going to be number one the movie that I'm excited to see in 2023 is Elementa
l yes Pixar's 27th movie to be released next after light year and of course Peter's son is back directing this movie along with Denise Reen producing him since the good dinosaur didn't perform successfully at the box office for them let's hope this one performs greatly the premise is that in a city where fire water land and air residents like together a fiery young woman and a go with the flow guy are about to discover something Elemental how much they actually have in common from a guy that sai
d to me and my mom who works at Marcus Point Cinema it's in the animation style of zootopia but for those four elements they do not mix because if they get next water will put out fires and fires will start burning some things there's more elements to talk about but I'll have to review this movie whenever I see this with my friends the characters in the movie Amber Lumen voiced by Nancy Drew actress Leah Lewis a tough quick-witted Fire Element who loves working at her family's convenience store
in firetown but she has trouble controlling her explosive temper Mamadou ithy voices Wayne Ripple a fun sappy Water Element who is making his own choices and works as an inspector living in element City when he met with Ember after being summoned by a plumbing accident he became ember's love interest by getting to know each other it's very nice to hear Lewis voice a character in an animated movie and also Home Alone actress Catherine O'Hara is also in the movie too as Wayne's mother Brooke Rippl
e I mean she has worked on Disney films and other animated films before but this is the first to hear her voice for Pixar now I'll keep this brief because I think this is a good film for any Pixar fans to go see and hope it performs well I'll definitely go see this with my friends because Pixar is my favorite animation company and I can't wait to see where this story goes so there we have it those are my top five movies that I am excited to see in 2023 do you have a top five or ten list of movie
