we are less than 2 weeks away from a total solar eclipse Over Texas and the Federal Aviation Administration is warning that it could impact air travel across States including here in Austin now the FAA says airports are likely to be busier that day for special flights for the eclipse the FAA is warning airports to prepare for more traffic and possibly delays or reroutes anyone traveling on April 8th should keep an eye on their flight status and if you still need glasses to look up at the eclipse
in a couple weeks well there are a couple free options out there Austin Community College will be offering free eclipse glasses the school has ordered more than 50,000 but to make sure there's enough the limit is three per person the glasses are available at all campuses so stop by and grab a pair well the Austin libraries will also be handing out free glasses all branches will start giving them away the week of the eclipse several APL branches will also host Eclipse watch parties
