After watching this, I feel that I am to old for the modern Touhou fandom, as I lack the requisite ADHD / Nightcore attention span. This felt like a cross between old Newgrounds animations, 3am telenovela, a baby sensory video, and a traumatic brain injury. I can't tell exactly what kind of drugs are needed to fully appreciate this work, but I can tell some are definitely needed.
