Thanks for tuning in my name is Joe Bougher. I'm
with Transwest Trailers here in Brighton Colorado wanted to do a quick video today about our rental
program for renting any of our trailers we can rent trailers from one month to as many months
as you want to rent it and we can rent any of our trailers uh that we have on the ground uh
in our inventory uh we have eight different manufacturers we sell for and we're a full line
dealer for them so we have everything that they make uh available at
our dealership um behind me
I have three different trailers that are more of our popular trailers belly dumps grain Hoppers
and flatbeds and I just wanted to go through real briefly on how the process works to rent a trailer
cuz it's super quick uh first thing is you call me up say you want to rent a trailer I'll send you
a credit app it's one page you fill it out send it back to me I'll send it to translease they will
give me the yay or nay on whether that's going to go through and if it
comes back and positive and
we're going to rent a trailer for you I'll get a rental agreement put together for you and let's
say you're going to do it for 30 days I'll have the whole all the numbers put together for you
and when you come to pick up the trailer I'll have a couple signatures on that rental agreement
we'll need a $500 deposit your first month's rent up front and then you take that trailer away
and start working with it so it's a super quick painless process on our trailers if
it's in our
rental Fleet I can rent it for 30 days one month if you come and you want to rent a trailer that
I have and and it's brand new and it's not in my rental fleet to move It from a brand new trailer
at our dealership to our rental Fleet I would need a minimum of 3 month rent 3 months rent on it
and that's just because we have to pay FET and Licensing and all that kind of stuff um I guess
I did forget to one one other thing you do have to put insurance on the trailer so uh it's prett
y
self-explanatory though so you pick up the trailer you have insurance on it you use it if you're
going to have it for 3 months we would have a a uh which is basically is pulling the funds out
of your account automatically at the beginning of the month um so I have three different examples
here I just parked them out here so you can see on our belly dump right here the price per month
is going to be about $1685 the state of Colorado gets a little bit of tax so it's going to be $1685
plus
tax plus that $500 deposit uh I have a Armor Lite steel grain hopper behind me uh on that
trailer you're looking at about $1585 and there there would be taxes on top of that $500 deposit
and then on a flatbed back here this is a combo flatbed so it's a little bit lighter than an all
steel one and if you were to rent that per month you're looking around $1385 so our pricing is set
up so it's a flat fee you don't have to pay miles or anything like that on top of it uh per month
whatever the r
ate is that's the only thing you pay uh in the end if you come back and there's
a big tear in the trailer obviously we need to talk about that but we're pretty lenient on wear
normal wear and tear on the trailers when you take it um I have eight different manufacturers uh my
list of Manufacturers I have Armor Lite, Dorsey, Galyean, Scona, Tempte, Towmaster and Trail
King are our eight different Manufacturers so if you see a trailer that they make on
their website or if you know of a trailer
that they make there's a strong possibility
we're going to carry it here and we can rent it the other nice thing about our rental program
let's say you keep it for 5 months we will give you half of your rent back towards the purchase
of that trailer so that RPO or Rental Purchase option is a super popular one it kind of
almost makes you save up or it helps you save up for a down payment on the trailer
and it gets you into a piece of equipment we can then transfer that rental into a track
lease or traditional loan through trans lease and we sell a lot of trailers doing it that
