ed in um for  domestic flights and everyone is getting us breakfast I'm so hungry and when I get hungry  like I I get acidity so I'm not feeling great great but I can see our plane is already ready  we're flying with jumo jet I already got my Bing pass I already got my boarding P here but the  thing is I am okay you guys I'm holding this camera at this angle because I just want to to  respect everyone's you know like privacy I don't want to take anybody's face or anything and if  I do I'll make

e the rooms they look a bit like Cottages I think that's nice we got a garden  View room couldn't get a SE view room that's okay can just walk to the beach front if you want to  it's a very massive property with the it's so so big and I think this is the off off peek season  there's not many people in the resort right now guys it's so hot let me get to the room and show  you guys a room tour give you guys a room tour oh this is so cool there's like a little swimming  pool here a little pool here

for deeping your feet maybe or it's a baby pool I don't know but  it's near the rooms I think that's so good you can go for a quick Di and then come back to the  room cuz it's so [Music] hot guys we are here we are here this is our room and obviously I'm  going to give you guys a room tour so first off let me open this window open you help me sorry  oh it feels so nice to be in the airor because oh my God it's boiling outside anyway that's  the entrance to be duck back yeah yeah that's better t

hat's the entrance it's so hot it is too  hot actually the Air's already cold down in here but mov it in here this is actually this felt  light and Airy in the city and this feels stuck to me it is it's so humid and salty and you know  what you guys at least aan is happy because his hair loves the humidity it's going to get cly  in no time C all those ball patches there's no ball patches I don't see any anyway guys that's  the entrance oh I want to see you looks nice all we have a big hum it's s

o humid I don't think  we'll have to iron any of our clothing I don't think all the are going to fall out they are and  that's our um what you call this tea coffee safe fridge yeah what do you call them in in uh that's  that's a safe you kble yeah but like you see like they are white like utensils so what you call  them in groups oh I suppose it's like a it's Cutlery um babe what are you saying what do you  mean cutlery well that's that's a spoon you're asking me what to collectively call collec

tively  two cups and these all these not just the two cups in the in the kettle I don't know the collective  uh now for a fridge a a safe and a kettle anyone knows the collective name for for that please  let me know I don't think there is one but some of them will know I don't know either but anyway  that's that's where all that is put yeah I think I like because it's Marble it's Marble it's  really marble yeah it's nice then then that's the window and more drawer storage space that's  the cent

erpiece of the room that's the bed it's big it's beautiful it's clean nice it's nice it's  squeaky is it squeaky no it's no it's not squeaky mattress is nice good nice yeah it's good I like  a good mattress and you love the nice mosquito n oh we the we need the mosquito Nets because the  cost is known for malaria don't want to get that and the mosquito NS don't really have a post so  I think it's really cool and we used to have a B Window bab babe I'm still on this side and  those are the two la

mp shades and that's the phone and this is actually my favorite part of  the room that it's okay babe you can be in the short that's that's like my favorite part of the  room look at that bay window we used to have a bay window in kilimani and it was so comfy this is a  bit lower and a bit smaller but it's so beautiful you like it it's nice yeah I'm going to take a  lot more photos there it's a good reading spot for dinner did you carry any books no nope came  on vacation but look at that spot g

uys that's so nice and there's a little table here and  there's another reading table over there baby keep I keep walking the shot I know I'm terrible  no you're not terrible you just don't know okay so I'm just going to do that again there's a  little table over there that's our luggage and on this side is the walking or reading table and  we have a very small TV in that corner and that that's the bathroom over there but apparently you  can open up the windows in the bathroom it's kind of weird

yeah interesting nice yeah what'll it be  misses um I would like um a hair dryer please hair dryer this thing for you how much do you charge  for the service 250 Shillings an hour it's too much I got 50 okay uh for you special price 75 50  I I'm a little broke 50 50 you don't tell the buy that you're a little broke pleas anyway guys this  is the bathroom it's huge I like that I like that sink bowl sink yeah and that's me and that's him  curling up as we speak yeah your hair is your hair loves t

I don't know because we  have airor in the room I didn't show you guys that's the airor when you step out of the room  it's like you step out into a desert yeah it's it's a bit too much it's fine though we have a  little balcony out here but I don't think I'll ever be using that with all this hotness I  don't to stay inside in the humidity sorry in the air cor hey guys um so I just showed  you guys the room tour and if you guys were Keen I just I kind of just rushed over the  bathroom and the to

ilet area and I want to tell you guys why before I tell you guys  what exactly we are going to [Applause] do so all we have for the  toilet and the bathroom here is this a very tiny bathroom and a very tiny toilet  as well and that's it that's all we get for the bathroom now whatever whatever we saw on the  website when we were booking for this place isn't exactly what we got I think they have  different rooms and all that of course each resort and hotel has that with different rats  but the rat

s that they put for this particular room the pictures sorry the pictures that they put  for this particular room are not what we expected especially for the bathroom and toilet area and  then we went and looked at all the options they had available I didn't I personally didn't like  it anyone is okay cuz like it's okay but I didn't like it at all and we're going to be here for  7 days and I felt like um we deserved something better but I'm not talking bad about the place  I think the place looks

amazing in general and I said that earlier on in the video I just didn't  like that what was put on the Internet isn't what really isn't really what we got and so we decided  to move hotels and we're going to get a refund babe come on yeah why are you smiling behind  camera is my hair gone curly yes it's getting there it's getting there I need to move to the  coast no you don't I well uh what's his name Dan Dan's taxis is coming to pick us up he's on the  way and we're going to go back to a pla

ce we've been before which is we're going back to lagon  Reef we looked at lagon Lagoon Reef you guys and said oh let's go to Lagoon reef and then then we  decided we've been there before so we don't want to go back there for our anniversary yeah well not  big mistake this place this place is nice and the staff were lovely about chap about refund they  show us other rooms to try and help us to settle into the place and I just decided now we're going  to we'll be going down not really 100% happy

with the place so we'll go and get our refund go to  another place and uh yeah we know Lagoon Reef uh Pilon lagon Hotel it's right on the beach same  as this place this place I think it's a little bit further down maybe it's for an older clientele  cuz yeah you don't seem it's actually right on the beach which is really cool whereas Pilon has  like a grassy area and a wall and you've got to walk down to get to the full beach with this  is actually on the beach which is a really cool thing but we

're going to go back to the place we  know and it's actually it's all inclusive as well yeah oh that's the other thing guys so this  place was it's about the same price actually Pilon is cheaper for it was about the same price  for half Bard that means breakfast and dinner uh so that means that you buy a separate lunch but  for papilon it's all inclusive for less than the money and I liked the rooms at papilon I loveed  the stuff I loved everything about it as well so tip get yourself a Kenyon t

o make a phone call  for the booking you sa save a lot of money I think you you save calling anyway so you don't have to  have a Kenyon accent but you can um it'll save more it's always says always says that on the  things like oh call Direct for a better price it is it's better guys cuz because on um on some  of the websites which I'm not going to mention so I'm not sued but some of the websites websites  were like for 7 days at papilon 195,000 and then we called directly and we got how much le

ss 40 or  50,000 less 50,000 less you guys can you believe that and it's not just papilon even here when  we looked when we checked on the website it was about 60,000 less 60,000 less a billion yeah gosh  that's a lot of money that's like that's huge but 700 dollar yeah it's a lot of money so just  make sure that you call you Call directly if you can of course sometimes you can't if you're  out of the country right babe if it's a Kenyan number probably give it a go anyway get a Skype  stage afte

r happening just call just call if you call it'll be you'll get you'll definitely get  better rates um so from now on we're not using any booking uh booking what apps third yeah third  party third party booking because of course they have to get their you know they're making the work  easier for you so they have to get their cut but I feel like it's a little too much sometimes  anyway that being said we decided we're moving to papilon we've already booked we're waiting  for the guy who dropped u

s here Dan Dan Dan's taxis yeah be here in less than 5 minutes Dan is  bringing us here oh the other thing is again I'm not trying to run the results out of business  but I took b word for it if you're going to go to a resort make sure you book your own taxi  because when we asked for the shuttle from here we were told from from the airport from diani  Beach Airport to here would be 8,000 8,000 and then we called Dan we got him off the internet  I don't know him person man don't for a grand so y

eah D Dan did it for 1,000 Shillings 7,500  Shillings saved so you guys can imagine so just just make sure you call St you you know before  you decide that oh before you decide to be lazy and let somebody do all the work for you and then  rip you off your money just try all right we're waiting for Dan let's go let's go meet let's go  to a new place and try not be too awkward as we walk past reception with our bags let's go guys  guys I was to I know the lady at the reception knows that it's I di

what's the matter yeah  just because you feel but doesn't mean that you deserve to stay there just because you booked  it and paid for it doesn't mean that you have to stay there even if it's half-heartedly 7even  days is a long time and it's a very important uh vacation for us it's our anniversary yeah second  anniversary guys we've been here for 2 years so we wanted something that is memorable all right  so let's come it down and I will hide behind you at the walk past reception let's go no no
