Subpoenas are totally optional until Jim answers his and then the clock starts. It’s looking like she can answer hers anytime after 3 years.

As with previous attempts by Jordan, Congress has no jurisdiction over State prosecutors. The request is itself unconstitutional. This could find its way to SCOTUS as a jurisdictional dispute. The conservative lean will end Jordan's attempts.
