Fulton County Judge has ruled District Attorney Fani Willis can continue to prosecute the 2020 election interference case, but only if she removes special prosecutor Nathan Wade, whom she had a relationship with. Trump's team alleged that Willis and Wade's relationship was a conflict of interest and Willis financially benefited from hiring Wade. Trump and his Co defendants wanted the judge to disqualify Willis's team from the case or throw out the charges because of that possible conflict of int
erest.
