anybody's money I'm using my own money I'm not using the lobbyists I'm not using donors I don't care I'm really rich maybe he's not as rich as people think not that it matters but I'm much richer it turned out much richer much stronger very little debt tremendous Cas I wouldn't be running unless I was really rich I put in my financials which showed that I'm much richer the company is phenomenal all that money talking we are joined by by legal eagle and former acting sessor General Neil kachel yo
ur thoughts on all the developments today well I think AR the most significant thing is that finally we have a trial date uh against Donald Trump in New York with a case brought by district attorney Alvin Bragg that is the first time in our nation's history that a former president is facing a criminal trial and will be bought brought to a criminal trial now to be sure these charges are not of the same gravity as the January 6th trials that are now on hold in both Georgia and in Washington DC at
the federal level but there are significant charges against them their campaign Finance related charges and we can talk about just how serious they are but I don't think that these are minor these are things that ordinarily carry jail time with them up to four years for each count of falsifying business records um and so it's a serious significant event other countries like France and South Korea um have faced this but the United States has not up until this point yeah um and the judge basically
didn't have a lot of patience for the lawyers trying to throw other stuff in the mix today explain that to us yeah so the Trump lawyers had tried to say look we got all of these new documents just right before the trial we need more time to look through them and so on and the judge said well how many of these documents talking about and the lawyer for Trump couldn't give him a straight answer getting the judge really really frustrated it turned out also during the hearing that it was revealed t
hat Trump's lawyers were the ones who sat on the request for a long time and didn't bring it up to the judge at the pre-trial conference back in February and so there was a lot of anger I think from reading these accounts uh toward the Trump team and the ultimate you know the ultimate result of this is Donald Trump is going to trial on April 15 you know there's the possibility as you said that maybe he will try and file some sort of appeal to stop it but that is going nowhere fast uh Joyce is ab

@cactustree505

NBC just reversed their decision to hire RONNA MCDANIEL!

@NastyLittleBagginses

I'll believe it when it actually happens, and not until.

@johnnylafayette

This sets the foundation too for future lawsuits from prior rnc!. Every dollar spent was spent under fraudulent discretion to all Donners. So real Republicans should sue rnc for fraud

@darletteknox7147

The ketchup gonna hit the fan

@greenm0bsta889

Lol, he's not going to spend a single second in prison.

@denniscolley152

Someone should start a pool on what will end up delaying this court case until after the election. A lot of predicting the world is ending for Trump only to watch the legal system bog down and give him a pass in all the other cases, most of which leave the common man wondering what's up with that

@jameskilleen7120

You are about to loose a long time viewer because of the constant commercial about your great new app! Show it once at the end of the segment not 3-4-5 times during the different cuts! VERY irritating !!!!!

@ursirius4878

His sentence should be the same as Micheal Cohens.

@maryabreu8956

How much more are the american people to go theoguh watching this complete evasion of justice happen

@inksday

"we got him this time!" says the person who said we got him this time 9999999999999999 times before. Lol

@swimminginthoughts

As a Democrat I think it's important that this happens before the election for maximum election interference!

@sysbm4life923

Here we go again. The walls are closing in. It's been like what, nine years?😅😂😅😂

@donaldsanders4161

Trump's lying again 😅..

@pmetham

That ad converning a new app is really, really annoying, especially being at the end of every MSNBC video at the moment. It is loud and obnoxious.

@markyarkoff

And now you've got a gag order, it's past your JAIL TIME

@user-oc7rg8lc5d

Can not believe you are soliciting your App after hiring the former RMC Chair!!!!

@trump45and2zig-zags

😂 BS! Not a chance!

@michaelpieseeno8076

That man is not worried about anything. In fact, the tables seem to be turning in HIS favor. Can only imagine the meltdown when all of this is rejected. 💀

@marklasky3555

What crime exactly? none of theses dopes can tell you the statute

@murderface15g13

We all know this is going nowhere! See you on November 5th.
