erything’s fine. My character is just trigger-happy around human men, for in-character reasons that make complete sense in-universe but I will not explain at the moment, and that are completely unrelated to any real-world phone calls I’ve had in the past 24 hours. Yeah, okay, sure. Can I heal the guy that June just blasted? Yeah, go ahead. I Eldritch Blast him again. June! Oh, come on! Who’s “disappointed that you’re wasting your talent” NOW, DAD?

At a certain point, actually role playing appropriately requires PVP, because the real evil-doer is probably the person who eldritch based 4 random people that day.

About 6 years ago the session ran like this, I called a break and at the end ran a session rewind and introduced a new villian, an appropriate target for the players frustration.
