He was scheduled to appear in court. It's now been postponed in. This is the second time that it's being postponed. Tell us more about what's at
stake here for now. Is facing as much potential trouble as the former president. >> Well, he's facing as much trouble the charges against him and his actions revolve around instruction. Ultimately if he's convicted, he would go to jail. That would be a a jail sentence imposed based upon the seriousness of the crime. So he's he's facing some severe trouble and possibly lengthy time in jail. And that's exactly what the prosecutors wanted to do here because what they've done is charged a co-conspi
rator, someone at a lower level than former President Trump and they get the angle. Is they who would love him to flip on Trump right now it looks like with the rain being postponed. He's having trouble getting longer. Not sure what the reasons that is, he definitely is in a box that that the prosecutor wants and they're going to try and force him to cooperate against former President Trump. That's what looks like is going on. >> Yeah, I mean, he was. Trump's long-time valet for for years. Happy
think this is going to play out. Paul, what outcomes do see for nurse? >> Well, again, remember, there only really 3 outcomes. The first that he's acquitted at trial. The second is that he's convicted at trial. 3rd is that he please you with with the government in their case against and seems to be a likely outcome if he believes he's going to be convicted and go to jail. And the reason why that's a fairly likely up. Come is because it's a lot of cooperate allows the judge to reduce his sentenc
e based upon his cooperation. So if he feels like that is an insurance of a conviction and then usher in some jail based upon the strength in the quality of the government's evidence was just wrong. Then the likelihood likelihood of incorporating is much greater. And that's that's the game the prosecutors playing here. >> I want to move on to some of the evidence now. How could this? >> Newly obtained newly aired audio recording in which >> The former president is discussing a classified documen
t on Iran that he was holding on to. >> Impact the case. >> Well, we saw from the original indictment that was a transcript of that. So the prosecutors had and the obviously played before the grand jury. The difference now is we've heard it and now that we've heard it to shows to us or anyone who's heard that the president hasn't been telling the truth about that event Magellan. The before Brett there on Fox News and he has been telling that to American public about what what that was. What we a
lso know you have to consider is one of a jury gets to hear someone in their own words, in essence, confessed to the crime. And when sure is, can be the prosecutors will call eyewitnesses to that event. People who were at that missed that minister who will say those were classified. See top secret documents that he was showing us. And then you hear own words he could unclassified them because he wasn't president anymore. That's about as damning evidence as you can get your prosecutor and now tha
t we can short it is such a good take. Puts you in the room with them and it is frightening to former president treating this top secret information so cavalierly. So I think it's it's very incriminating. And I think it's very Paul. >> So are you saying that this will be the smoking gun in the case? >> It is one of the smoking I'm sure that the prosecutor Jack Smith has kept over things and we don't we don't know. All the witnesses are going to say. And the reality is there are going to be a lot
of eyewitnesses to the events that are set forth in the indictment and that eyewitness testimony along with smoking gun is going to be critical to a setting for the scenario of which president cavalierly treated confidential and top-secret information and literally laughed about it and said, boy, this is cool. Things like that. That is that is extraordinarily compelling in minutes. >> So, it's going to be really critical here. Paul, as is jury selection and this case, I want to ask you more abo
ut jury selection, how that could impact this. And also this idea about his attorneys moving to see anonymous jury. What does that mean? Exactly? >> On this tour is a jury. >> In which the trash. So the public doesn't have the information as to cool the makeup of the jury is, in other words, they don't know who they are and what their occupations are and they don't know where they live. And the reason why defense attorneys sometimes ask for that is so that they can be influenced by either the pr
ess or other things. They don't want people bothering them. And as as we all know, the Magna has a tendency to try do you if you will, what the evidence is against of former President Trump. So not a missing. The jury keep the public and anybody from sort of contacting finding out these people. That's number Number jury selection. You know, as a former federal prosecutor, it was very very clear, particularly white collar cases or financial crime cases the makeup of the jury was essential to maki
ng sure that you could that both the defendant and the government could get a fair trial depending where the trial is held, it could be held in storage where the judge sits West Palm Beach where the case was effectively indicted. be that college grads are always urge to go to the coast, right? There are more jobs in New York or L a O. Why are why are these cities not ranking as high anymore? >> Absolutely. Cities that have traditionally been popular post graduate destinations are just destinations for young workers such as New York, D C L a really not the most market friendly or livable actions because of the high cost of living. And on top of that, we've been battling with record-high inflation last year's. So so inste

What are you seeing right now in the labor market? >> So despite high interest rates and talk of a recession and even inflation still being it is a great time to get a job right now. The job market overall is still really tight and it's broadly viewed as strong. We saw a little bit of a cool down in May. But historically speaking, the unemployment rate is still at multi-decade lows the n

So you're saying that they added 300,000 jobs, but what about wages? Would you wages look like right now for recent college grads? >> So we do know wage growth has been elevated. We see that wages are high and that's why it's been so hard to get inflation down And we do know you know, wages are still again high. So we're goin
g to see those young workers still getting being able to have the negotiating power and ask for those higher wages at this time because employers still hiring and they need talent. >> You know something, I've I've witness myself with the younger workers is they do have a tendency to to jump from job to job. How often are you finding that? That's the case? And how often are you finding that people want to relocate for work? >> Now we are seeing that young professionals a lot of negotiating power
right now and employers need them more than they the employer at the end of the day, at least right now on the market. We're in so, you know, workers are job popping air hopping jobs a lot right now ultimately and yeah, do see that they have that negotiating power. >> That was Alex Kaylee.
