ound to lighten it up a little bit we use this we use this holiday as a cuss between brazing items for the for the fall for the for the former fall and winter menu and bringing in some new ingredients like our suckatash which would be a spring vegetables to kind of Advent the um the the new season coming up this in particular could be incorporated into an omelet can we do that we'll do that in five 15 minutes all right it's good we'll go to the entree right after weather okay thank thank you Che
f all right all we're in a beautiful of course glass room here Tavern on the graen Valentine celebration coming up Thursday got a little time for gifts is is such a beautiful room got the original backpack crystal chandeliers absolutely beautiful and a really great setting Valentine's state two seatings on Thursday at 5 and 11 all right let's go ahead and give you your forecast our temperatures are starting the day on the mild side believe it or not our typical daytime High our temperatures righ
t now lower 40s let's go over to the weather M basically we're clouding over at this point we're going to take a flight into a storm that's over Chicago right now and let's look at that storm number one you can see it's 41 in Chicago right now the storm is basically over this is a position that we're going to be in probably about 7:00 a.m. tomorrow morning look at the heavy snow that's going on in Wisconsin then to the north and west and if you can look at the upper leftand corner of your screen
you see it's 10 degrees in Winnipeg so there's a lot of cold air behind this and our temperatures will drop not to those levels but certainly drop as we go through the day tomorrow all right let's head over to the Northeast you see we got some high clouds that are strolling in right now we're several hours away from any rainfall if there's any spotty drizzle north and west after about 1:00 probably in the city and often on shower after 4 but the steady rain really holding off until after dark s
o it's getting a little damp this afternoon but certainly not a wash out until later tonight so the forecast map damp by dark we're up to about 50 with a a freshening souly wind that comes through and tomorrow morning's interesting because we could end as rain or snow showers Inland as we go through the morning hours then we clear out quickly in the big story will be that wintry wind gusting up to 40 tomorrow that high of 40 it's a little bit little bit misleading because that's early in the day
and then we drop through the 30s cold wind couple of snow showers then just turning sunny but the wind is the big story here's my forecast for today hi t temperature up to about 50° we'll look for some rain developing as we go through late that entree looks good we'll get through the forecast quickly thickening clouds Breezy late rain coming in 50 tonight the rain gets steadier and I really think we have an opportunity for a heavy period from about let's say 9 or 10 o'clock till about 4 in the
morning then a cold wind takes over with any luck we get about a half an inch to an inch of rainfall and maybe right along the reservoirs that would be great so we're Gusty and colder tomorrow we clear out we're only through the 30s most of the day we'll bump back up to seasonable levels still windy though for a lot of the week all right CHF Gary on tree time where do we get going okay Lee well what we're trying to do at Valentine's is a series of Duos so we have four main courses one this is be
ing one of them it's a stuffed breast of chicken with mozzarella spinach and some roasted tomatoes and a Panka which is a Japanese breadcrumb mixture with some basil inside here so it gives an opportunity to have a little bit of melted cheese on the inside that's on a bed of um excuse me it's on a bed of escarole and white beans and we have a brochette of shrimp and scallops on as I was saying before some uh suckes this is some spring suckes with corn and peas and fava beans all right good stuff
all the meals are in Duets and what sauce are you putting on before I this a this is a roasted red roasted red pepper and tomato and this one is a Chipotle Centro cream for the both Lisa will you join me for this you have your own Valentine don't you very tempting yeah I do have a valentine at home you two of them husband and son right thanks Lee we'll see you a little bit later well thanks for staying with us for most women getting pregnant is one of the happiest times of their lives but that
