Proud to share this documentary about the process behind my album 'Renaissance'. Creating this album was life changing for me. It took months to finish and I couldn't be happier to have shared parts of this experience with my friend Adrian Villagomez who shot everything and brought this documentary to life.

[Music] [Applause] [Music] the album is really about epic classical music mix with heavy bass lines hip-hop where I call majestic John had like a pretty good idea of where you wanted to take it for this I needed the real thing I needed a real Orchestra so he actually did his own composition and then he flew to Prague and recorded a 69 piece Orchestra that was something that he had never done before I was so stressed because I feel like it's such a big organization such a big project what if now
it's gonna sound like [ __ ] [Music] and then the people next to me in the studio they stopped the recording and they were saying are can we change this and that and I was feeling relieved and I didn't feel like like I messed up [Music] being in the room in that case the Dvorak hall and Prag and hearing the orchestra playing your compositions it was something that I've never felt it just went beyond beats [Music] [Music] [Music] gals coming farmers up favor [ __ ] [Music] and [Music] [Music] [Ap
plause] [Music] the overall mood of the album has definitely something quite cinematic and I got extremely lucky to be able to have shot a music video in in Russia as well as one we we shot him in Japan it's always nice to work with friends I think it's the best way to travel have fun but actually get some work done [Music] once you put something on the internet you never really know who's gonna listen to it through the years it went beyond the bass music scene and now I feel like I have a lot o
f people that are completely out of that scene that enjoy my music I like to think that every song that I make is danceable I wake up in the morning and the first thing I do is I I watched what people sent me and and it always like brings a little smile on my face like ah these people that's on that song or these people on that one [Music]

In a chair surrounded by no one sits a legend in the making, Apashe was his name, your Majesty is what they called him!
I just wanted to say, I spent years trying to find an artist who could mix these two genres to any decent degree. I knew they went well together, but nobody had really done it justice, and I couldn't even find many that tried. Apashe's music sends chills down my spine with its utter perfection. Thank you, Apashe, for existing and being fucking brilliant.
The most underrated "orchestronic" artist so far. The talent is here, I can feel it... and it's strong.
This is how a great video is made. Amazing job on the album.
It's been almost 3 years, yet Renaissance is one of the most magnificent musical creations i have ever encountered. Artistic, danceable, happy, sad, hopeful, epic and many more emotions and words come to mind when im listening to it. Thank you so much.
I really can't describe how this album has already helped me with allot of things. Mental blocks, cramps, issues and turmoil. In the same way it's made me feel alive, I am haunted by the fact that your seemingly the only artist with such a ground breaking "sound." All I can ask if Apashe or who ever runs this page and works with him is that you guys keep it up. This isn't brush away 'edm' or generic electronic. Trap. Whatever you want to call it. This is seriously art.
Can we take a moment to see that a producer composed his music then got an orchestra to play it to breakthrough. As a fan of both electronic music and as a classical fan and musician it is some what incredible to see the tow genres I've taken part in to actually collide together and fit perfectly.
Amazing artist !
My dude I take my hat off to you for taking the extra step and including a real life orchestra in your new album.Taking the bass music to a different level
I want to see a two hour long version of this
I’m a musician and you created the sounds I have in my head! So thank you for kicking in the door and creating the blueprint for us other musicians! The album is absolutely incredible!
Man, this is absolutely awesome! I'm from The Czech republic and it is so exciting to know, that there is a part of our little country in this masterpiece. I hope we will see you live here soon!
When that solo violinist hit, immediate goosebumps.
this is insane. the album is insane.
I'm so surprised, that the orchestral part of your songs were recorded in Prague. Just absolutely awesome, keep going with this type of music. Greeting from Czechia.
Ça doit faire la 20e fois que je regarde ce mini documentaire et j'ai toujours autant de frissons en voyant l'orchestre symphonique ! Ça c'est le travail d'une légende de la musique ! 🤘🏻🎻🤘🏻
Wow this took me away, this is the age of technology and chaos. Apashe has captured the spirit of the times.
"what if it's gonna sound like shit" 2 seconds later, one of the most beautiful arrangement I ever heard
IT'S A MOVIIIIIIE!! #Legend
No idea why this was recommended to me but I listen to the album straight after this doc and I loved it! Don't really listen electronic music but this album is on repeat atm
