Friends, during exams I study at night. There's no disturbance. There's no call. Aayu is sleeping. There's no noise from outside. And the most important thing. Mom doesn't nag. You can take a break anytime. You cam listen to songs. There's no one to nag. You can eat snacks when you're hungry. No one says anything. You just have to be quiet. What are you doing in the middle of the night? Don't you have to sleep? I am going to sleep. Go to sleep.

Phone is the biggest distraction during night studies I guess many people got offended becoz i said "best" so I changed it

But as per Vedas , bramha muhurat is perfect time for studying, at that time ur brain is completely active,bramha muhurat is from 3:30am - 7am And I follow this time table and trust me this is really effective

absolutely.......mai raat mae 2-3 bje tak padh k subah 11-12 baj uthta hoon.....phir raat me 8-9 bje se padhta hoon......raat me ekdam shaanti hoti hai.....no disturbance at all....
