My bad, neglected some not-so-random biology class back in 1980. Hence, had to catch up on Britannica. This was one of the coolest biology lessons I learned in my entire life.

I always found it amazing how the biggest creatures in the sea lives because of (and off of) the smallest creatures in the oceans. It's just mind boggling to me their influence on everything (and everyone's) existence on this planet.❤❤

@Consider_Blue

Plankton is so underrated! Everyone loves marine mammals and sharks, I’m here for the plankton! 😍

@terramater

Such an important topic! Our team also raised awareness about krill, which we never think about, but they're eating phytoplankton and consuming the carbon they absorb. Then they poop it out, transporting almost 12 billion tonnes of carbon early to the depths of our oceans.

@KingViserys

Crazy they can get some of the visual shots they do, but then can't get something simple like stereo audio right on their post prod.

@jacksugden8190

Incredible in their watery world to watch from our land-based locations the true wonders of the seas.
