Number 1: NEVER leave your drink out of your sight. Even if your drink is non-alcoholic. Any drink can be messed with. Number 2: NEVER be alone without someone to check in on you. This is for any outing or date. Now days, both men and women need to be careful. I have heard that someone invented something where you can test your drink to see if it has been messed with.
