enjoyed playing 1% what's the thing you miss the most about the cricket phase of your life do you miss anything H good question really what is your equation with Ms why are you asking me that question me and Mahi are not close friends see Cricket is something which is uh mental health [Music] effect stories on TRS series through Legend sing I prise [Music] stories on TRS with [Music] Singh [Music] Mountain finally I get to talk to you okay mixed mixed I'm kidding life change uh it's a beautiful
feeling or uh actually understanding of Love is right now to when you have your own kid so I think it's a bab is a very special thing and I'm really loving it I'm retired so less stressful life more stressful when but otherwise life is very good okay like what's a day in your life like Plus I think traving mostly golf for family okay I think do you love me more ORF so now you know family so obviously family comes first but I think golf is something enjoy because uh expectation I'm in my peaceful
bubble ball striking simar uh but uh variables it's a tough game or but cricketers hand coordination to I think golf came naturally I won't say easy but naturally yes okays but you answered that question skills transfer but I think technically it's a different swing strike okay miss that strike Cricket ke ball strike I think I missed the sound more than the strike of the of the ball of the ball hitting the of the bat hitting the ball so Golf Club ball you know it reminds you of that sound so I
think similar feeling that's why maybe enjoyed more I think you enjoy that it's Adin you don't want to go through the Adin you want to be shant you want to have fun and you want your mind to be relaxed peaceful yeah okay what's the thing you miss the most about the cricket phase of your life do you miss anything H good question really yeah I've never thought about what I miss about cricket I wouldn't say I miss the game uh but what I miss is dressing room Brotherhood Brotherhood um I missed that
I missed miss the fun miss the fun in the dressing room so yeah I missed that uh because you know me viru zah you know we remember the times in the dressing room okaying rooming I think um I think domes Cricket I think friends okay are you in touch I think golers best 90% yes Co Australian cricket urban legend okaye he's a genius athlete okay so just or genius I I want to believe that I'm a good person I want to do good for people and and try and do that Punjabi spirit is alive so I believe thi
s s mostly mostly it doesn't matter whether you're Punjabi or you're from Maharashtra or wherever you are I just feel that Punjab that they are out loud and bit aggressive and uh you know we have that kind of personality but do okay experience outside the cricket field obviously you get used to a life I don't know Business Association maybey uh at a very young age I feel am I wrong in saying that after a while not initially because pattern recognition as a young age reading of people better afte
r a while I think after that experience you start knowing people just to read that to get to know that it takes time but after a while I think it comes with a little bit of experience okay have to be careful not so much selfconfidence outside the field am I right you're wrong see it's Lonely at the Top it's not a they why why they say it because when you're out there performing and you at a competitive level everybody there is out there to get you Cricket field Cricket field any field any sport
I'm just saying that top top when at the top level it's Lonely at the Top because you're competing with the next guy you were saying something people want to see a hero all always why do you think they di at 4550 a lot of people who died at 4550 and why do people at the top struggle with all these issues uh drug related issues or success stories and you know deaths like it's because because when you have to be on the top you want to do everything possible to be at the top and in that you make a
lot of mistakes you know you make sometimes don't have the right company around you but I think and they become a success story so I think for like example failures are my success stories CU I learn from them faur honestly I know I understand that you're aware of that right I aware of that and I think success story I just said yeah okay and this will make it way to thecast the no matter who it is but honestly I won't forign Min but not because of who you are I think you're a very chilled guy but
you one of the reasons I stuck to watching Cricket throughout my life okay personal Milestone like to just talk to you I think in a way I've inspired you in your journey you can say that Journey because I'm sure like when you talk about some like Scher like if if I met the guy I also would be a big fan and a fany Bo because what struggles he went through to be the great he was so you know if I've inspired you I'm happy about it and I'm sure okay I it's an outcome of their past in many ways defi
nitely Factor that's why I got introduced to you daddy issues daddy issues [Laughter] connect or I've made peace with my father but the way you handled your daddy issues in public I feel dadd character building especially but you were the reason I dealt with my own uh issues with my dad okay so that's the core of what I wanted to tell you wow that's good that means I've inspired you in more than one way yeah I think um Rel it's a love relationship because I think those times I mean times were di
fferent so I understand what you're trying to say 100% I want to be I want to do something different for them so that they don't have any when they grow up I hope they don't have any past baggages because baggage is something that you want to leave behind you want to empty your bags and move forward in life and that is what stops a lot of I feel 100% so you have to get rid of your baggage and move forward in life so yeah comic strip a father is shouting at the Son and the sun grows up the son sh
outs at his own son then that son grows up that son shouts at his own son but this son decides to not shout at his son M or bottom line think he break the chain of generational trauma 100% agree with that or is comic book sh it was the last piece of healing for my own Daddy's shes uh but at some point you realize that's the best he knew best Minds because every father wants his son to become the best version that the father could have been in another timeline yeah you agree I agree I agree but a
lso uh as you said Jo but I think we parents mistake or if they could have dealt with us better I hope we don't do that to our children so I think that should be the learning not the learning should not be just say like we should be like Arnold Schwarzenegger we should be the Terminator 2 Terminator three or four so what I'm trying to say is so I'm sure we can find other more different ways to teach our children better okay if he comes to you and says to be honest really because [Music] um the p
ressure that the kids have these days Cricket I I feel it's a lot uh I feel it's not easy on them or public media they always comparing which is wrong CU everybody has a different skill set old media New Media compare let's see but I agree with you understand huh and and like he's very young right now he's just learning things so he would hit a few balls and then he would sit down throw balls throw left say throw right Lefty I think he's idex Advantage I'm kidding I'm kidding I'm joking no it is
it is actually you are you're right he was at U my wife sister's house there was a bat over there so I think some things are just natural you can't really help them if he wants to play cricket I would definitely support him but I would definitely be a Terminator for D Arnold because I feel that genetics definitely matter my father played Cricket I was a natural became a natural hand ey coordinated player genetics do [Laughter] matter New Media New Media baby let's keep it ra I think take but I
remember a photo to I think I think say I must have figured that maybe my father would have figured that I'm going to play cricket I enjoyed playing tennis roll skating I had like no chance seriously tenis you know skating I think father 1% seriously so 100% Cricket the moment I started performing I knew that Cricket under 16 under under 16 under 16 under 19 May when I went to college iiz that I was loving it and I was eight hours 6 to 8 hours my father made practice or I was totally into it oka
y in a good way I'm saying [Music] that I don't think he was something that he didn't enjoy he was also very confused but there were different circumstances that time I [Music] think think long story okay please okay [Music] uh yeah hand coordination Talent game cricket it's a different skill set skill set you know bad flow father fast baller I broke my back when I was 14 slip disc slip dis and issues you [Music] know he was okay keeping Wicket keeping father was very against Wick keeping thank
you very much sing see Cricket is something which is uh it's been hard for me it's been hard uh uh the life's been hard so I I love what Cricket is given me but it's also giv me a lot of hardships so maybe that's why I get a bit uncomfortable okay mental health effect Cricket mental health I had cancer so that was quite mentally challenging but I'm a strong guy we know that uh the face that I got diagnosed I think I was under a lot of pressure um I was not sleeping well I was not performing well
I had a lot of injuries 2011 World Cup you were out of form I remember this yeah out of form injuries unfit lot of like broke my neck broke my back took quite a toll on my body I think that was one reason that I think that tumor developed but that's life okay I'm I'm 10 out of 10 in my fitness okay in my lifestyle I just feel that mentally very strong nothing affects me okay a can tumors you can't live a horrible Life Style and still be a top level professional athlete correct me if I'm wrong I
don't think so I agree it's related to your profession [Music] but Health said the same thing cancer patients I narrative emotional reasons mental long-term mental health reasons cancer connect so a lot of people it's important that mentally you have to find your happiness the mar so I think everything is mentally corrected if you not mentally stimulated if you're not mentally happy you will have issues in your system very simple I have since I retired I have no issues with my body I have no is
sues touchwood with my system because I don't I just don't have those stress levels anymore of trying to prove myself in international cricket specifically I know but specifically seriously okay uh thanks y to validate okay kidding uh stress perance tear down you let your teammates down that's another kind of stress factor I think more than all this you dealing with all this and that is that baggage collect and then you're dealing with yourself your mental mental side of it you if I can do that
then everything will take care of itself you owe it to yourself to perform everybody cannot be you can't expect everybody to like you and you also don't like everybody so it it it sh F you're close it oh it okay yeah focus on yourself up focus on yourself and rest everything will take care of okay I wish we could have that moment again I'm trying to say make you say that word okay uh as compared to other Industries for sure obviously Cricket scrutinized industry is it of course not not politics
orwood politics Cricket but politicians Robo you need to be a very specific kind of human to do well in politics emal emal but uh somewhere you need to be a little emotionless to be a politician not in other Industries not complaining I love Cricket like I love meeting you guys getting to know your hearts and Minds uh they don't ask you guys the right questions B boring broadcasts uh yeah they broadcast can I get some water please yeah yeah yeah sure we can keep talking but yeah yeah keep talkin
g I'm enjoying this yeah there are very less interviews and podcast that I enjoy so I'm enjoying this it's a very candid chat it's like you're talking to a friend it's good expect expect the unexpected okay expectations yeah expectations okay we are too normal human beings just talking to each other discussing life you know what I've noticed about famous people generally this is exactly what famous people crave just normal conversation correct exactly but people around you like they start treati
ng like like Gods it's okay I understand if I was with somebody who I was look up to and I saw on the big screen I would also probably be excited but after a while I would be normal normal conversations not to me but in life what kind of conversations do you normal this is a normal conversation it's not only just Cricket it's also about life and be better in life okay otherwise what's the reason of me being here yes I can talk to you but if this if somebody is not going to take this and put it i
n perspective and lead a better life then there's no point me talking to you I'm aous guy I also like I actually feel like I think 1.4 bilon I believe only 800 million 900 million 1.4 minus 9 5 500 million 2.5% I think sport but obviously right but compared to if there were 100 million people then you will have proba probably 20% out of than bling sport okay since it's a number of 1.6 billion number so I feel that sport not because of being a professional Sportsman just to be out there and havin
g fun and burning your calories and burning all the stress out of his system for example we look for people who have ideally played a sport big sports fans good okay uh 500 million I agree but also too much of social media and too much of information also spoils you I feel like I was just in America right and it's not just America it's just the Young Generation they are constantly on their Instagram whatever apps Snapchat iPhone like it's like everybody is on their phone and the Young Generation
is only and only making videos and constantly on their phone so the connect of real life is going connection of people like people going and sitting and talking or having a coffee or going out in the evening sitting the parks it's just going cuz people people are while walking around their phone you know it's just a bit sad to see but I also feel social media awareness say you can learn also good things but boils down to this Human Relationships quality decreas and I think that is not a good th
ing to be lonely in life I think you need good set of people good friends family around you like I would definitely be struggle if I was lonely at times everybody can get lonely you have times in life but you need to you need to find a way to be happy in life okay okay um lonely initially lonel I think more than loneliness I was a bit lost in between India Deb when I was 2010 yeah when I was struggling with my form and my health I think more than loneliness it was more lost feeling K what what a
m I doing where am I is my career going for a toss why is it going for a toss I don't know cuz I'm working very hard so I think that moment can be lonely and it's more of a lost moment that you don't know where you are and then obviously takes time to pick things up put them together move forward pause yeah takes time to picks things up support [Music] group see you can bounce back that is a very lonely and lost moment so I think that time you have only one choice you have to pick yourself up pi
cking the P together injy performance domes Cricket so you just trying to put yourself together I think motivation cup you have to play the World Cup you have to put yourself together and put in those kind of performances already one match and just trying to as I said put my body together and that was that's I think that was the hope that kept me alive okay you put yourself together at least in the World Cup I think that was a motivation I would say fan perspective say if I knew mental health is
sues psychologist is that the protocol if your mind is in a wrong place I think Patty was good help but P performance related performance it was more performance related chat mental CH psychologist sports psychologist psychologists performance better and I think person I think uh Zahir Khan sain and I think uh Ashish N I think these are the guys who I could I could talk to if I if I had an issue but I think senior Mentor Sachin was there uh but as I as I said [Music] [Music] you can't fix a lot
of things you just have to go deal you have to go through it like if you have when I broke my knee so what do you do you can't do you have to pick yourself up right so I'm just saying that when you're lonely or you're lost you have only you are only you can pick yourself up and you have to figure that out that's your legacy in moment moment definitely I think uh those those words were key I remember those words and uh [Music] 2011 Legacy everybody most of the guys had some really special perform
ances I think time team atmosphere I see the same atmosphere right now yeah yeah football football uned then we can definitely MC anyway we'll talk about that whole other conversation uh 2011 World Cup um Cricket podcast Argentina team World France 2011 India team 2003 Australia team many cases you can at least predict that this team will reach the finals B you can't predict they're going to reach the finals but you can predict that they're going to reach somewhere in semifinals format different
format different but austral they had won three World Cup backto back finals they beat us in 2003 and then we were facing quarterfinals against them don't remember I love this podcast uh okay let's talk about the Australia team uh fan perspective this is the only thing in cricket I know more than you fan perspective in many ways please correct me if I'm wrong in what I I will say Okay um as a spectator stadi teams Collective Consciousness as in you connected to your teammates uh consors for exa
mple okay huh sure we'll get it team I think they will have my lactose free milk I'm lactose intolerant more information for you same I've grown lactose intolerance now like randomly I got tested and I can't have milk and cheese I think you're grown up you start to have sure if you don't you can chill Beauty you can chill and talk okay and eat and eat like you enjoy food I'm a foodie okay favorite childhood always comfort food Punjab well kept secret like what so I cut down lactose and gluten fr
om my food but healthy subin okay like you eat protein with every meal I try and eat the right am protein no bu you try eating proteins every meal I try and balance my protein okay supplements like protein shakes H but when you start know if I knew knowled it would have made a huge difference in recovery in recovery injuries recovery don't know fatigue recovery so soreness injury sess recovery fatigue recovery fatigue recovery sness was SED okay but basically random or like focus on like what Ja
m toast M you need to have 20 gam of protein in the morning before you play so that you can sustain till lunch and the right amount of cars we don't know that so we didn't have knowledge about food okay but that's life International [Music] interational but the result showed sub diet like no one zah Khan Z was never food conscious you'll be surprised to see him always he was always surprised you I remember Marvo went to France for training or want to lose because we want to get out of India okay
to go in a quiet environment to train okay to live like a normal human no just to go in a quiet environment to train re set our bodies around 13 okay okay go on bro so I had just return from cancer obviously I was recing for it from it and Zach got dropped from the team actually I'm weiz that Fitness ISS we have to go and train harder so we did okay canc di CH I think you can predict the question which is that team make Fitness culture start diet culture start does the captain have that effect
on the team captain performance number one Fitness number one thank you team follow okay but so I felt for people who are fitter could manage that n I'll keep it but you can't do it for everyone cuz everybody body is different okay but a version of that at least discipline in diet y discipline in exercise it was required definitely for the younger generation definitely not for the older generation three format uh game like there was more games no we wanted to just get fitter as a team but you ca
n't give the same Target to a 36 year old and the same Target to a 26 year old that's not fair okay but otherwise I felt the the fitness really improved when he became the captain of the team okay um Australia what Fitness conscious I think Australia has always been the guys been fit South African team has been fit kiwi guys very fit I think champ pakist that Pakistani team was very fit yeah so okay coffee there so that's 7 foot Bower right one team though all Lefty there but M Lefty but junas K
han no not then I don't remember the I think he was in the squad anyways doesn't matter so yeah definitely Fitness became definitely better and died okay [Music] clean so then I learned clean joke and I was easily able to do clean and joke which really helped my fitness helped your game little bit but it was not something which was I wish I started cleaning Jer earlier it would have helped your game definitely would have helped in terms of power power already I was a strong guy strength timing m
uch more than strength but D was not a very strong guy but D timing was very Superior so he could hit the ball Miles because of his timing so I feel timing yes but strength always helps you to bat for longer periods endurance yeah okay strength from a fan perspective obviously physically I am strong and Factor because because of my physical strength and my bat flow I could hit the ball Fair distance even under 16 under 19 also I think so I think that's how got picked for the under 19 tour as wel
l uh but um physically endurance was also very good before I got diagnosed to physical or Fitness cancer okay it terms of passing tests or achieving any Targets one sorry nothing phone launch you remember that you're wearing something black you looking cool uh not now now okay must are you're looking really sexying so sexy I'm so uh emotionally turned on today uh but I don't know what to say carry on uh do you by any chance remember was then do you remember meeting I remember meeting you but I d
on't remember what you said to me honestly obviously I'm childhood hero childh hero I'm kidding uh I felt an open conversation with you I'm like okay this is why I like meeting Sportsmen normal on some very core level uh to you asked me why do you like me I said something to you I'm a big fan bigan but I told you to go through my teenage to go through college to go through even early career like all this is definitely built because of aggression on some level I'm again I'm not saying it as a fan
I'm just giving you my actual life's perspective yeah uh actually I want to talk as a fan a little bit you don't you don't think that's true uh initially not initially but ini also once we got to a stage where we could deliver but I remember net with fin I think and I remember walking back with him on the Wicket and I remember the stadium just went half empty man only the English people were there I think Flow State no I think I was in the state where there was no thought actually which was the
best thing H there was no thought it was just like play just watch the ball and play because mentally you're saying you lost the game but okay me and KF we can run well together let's see what we can do and Ron I hope you enjoyed the England tour was fun for you let's try and do something here it just happened okay yeah I think I probably could say that I think either he makes it either it helps you to perform better on the field either it backfires you you play a stupid shot to show something
else and he get out so I think that day every time England said something to me it backf them 100% [Laughter] 100% seriously though every time the english team said something to me it was just just make made me perform better focus better were you thinking about the next two sixes T20 World Cup I was uh no no not till the last one six I was really focused because I was just ready for thatall so I knew where he's going to bow batsman basically in some form one-onone Cricket becomes a one-on-one s
port in some situations in that situation Stuart broad energy after my second six I kind of knew what he was bowling predict because offield longer I'll over this that's where I felt he's made a mistake because because fifth ball I remember I didn't get elevation I hit the toe of my bat boundary I was ready fourth fifth ball was he asked how many balls to go so he said one more and he just smiled and I remember one of the guys came to him and he was saying something to him and he was not registe
ring to work semi-final Australia St broad father Chris broad he was the match referee you've tried to spoil my son's career aggressive yes I know how it feels I need you to sign the Jersey first word to Jersey I've been hit for five sixes and I know how it feels and I hope that you become from this you become the legend for England cricket which he did yeah so it is almost next to impossible so hats off to him what from where he started and where he finished think because test Cricket we need t
o acknowledge that I think I think they come to India match so I could see the guy is like very focused and he wants to do well in India so he went back very disciplined guy but do you all talk about that moment no we actually didn't talk about that moment because but it'll be really fun to actually engage that kind of conversation maybe on some TRS podcast in the future perhaps okay yeah I like to party even now now not so much I mind is there but the legs or not party dancing socializing no I
I used to like dancing I actually really enjoy dancing now also huh right dancing dancing I used to love to dance when I was young guy and dancing was kind of my way of loving myself feeling myself [Music] um so even if I was not drinking I would still dance I was young kid I never was not drinking didn't drink alcohol but I used to dance a lot so I think uh part so I think I used to love dancing I still do withun once a while so you just have to be very careful but I just like to move to music
simple yeah can we have some music please copyright strike but anyway people take videos is it does it feel like choking in some ways it does definitely even now yeah now more with social media Lily uh I mean we went out when there was there was no match [Music] or but we were made to scene [Music] as and I would never do that in my professional career the only time I went out before a match to party one was before Air India game which it was a club game and once me and ashin went out in Sydney
I think we had a 2:30 1:30 afternoon game we went at 11:00 and we came back at 11:30 and we came back yeah so people can say whatever they want to but that's the honest story okay uh one of the reasons I liked watching you okay coffee and continue okay but continue telling okay reason for liking sing but you are a good-looking guy straight right I'm very straight bro the most straight guy you'll meet I'm too [Laughter] straight just putting it out there then I'm comfortable are you straight [Lau
ghter] fully he's a very goodl looking guy cricket video games shout out to e Sports Cricket 07 e Sports Cricket 07 e Sports cricket games okay okay uh anyway shout out to esort cricket7 I would model it on you aggressive batsman spining in the video game and hairstyle you know big hair you had a look uh have you played EA Sports uh cricket 07 yeah Cricket they signed me and Aki Kumar for the campaign cricket video game yeah okay there a Microsoft EA sport Microsoft EA sport Microsoft superb ad
they shot a great great ad um and great campaign enjoyed enjoyed shooting with a had a lot of fun okay brand de is cancelled yeah it got cancelled because of how we played in the World Cup sorry Aki [Laughter] Kumar legendary or just the atmosphere sain delar our best player was batting at number four so lot of mistakes okay experience actually like I really got to know some good stuff about batting approach to batting he had a problem with our seniors so he wanted our seniors to be out of the t
eam and that ego clashes ego clashes okay definitely e clashes there has to be Youth and experience that's how the team does well so that didn't go down well negative performance be on point perance you have to be one unit okay and under him we were we were not one unit okay we won the 2007 World Cup the seniors were rested we didn't have international coach Lan rajput was our coach Wades prad was our bowling coach just young guys just being expressive out there won the tournament okay are you i
n touch with jinda Sharma I am working with the harana police yeah okay I didn't know why msbar did that but thank you mbba for doing that so there was actually a decision where baji was supposed to Bow the last over to me and doni went up to baji and said that with experience you only have to bowl so baji said that IED to B him y butani to let's go with a fast baller which I felt now you feel that was the right decision so I think baji gave us the advice to do that and obviously Mahi took that
advice and uh Jinder won US uh the World Cup I guess as a out okay he was he used to B genuine quick okay and uh he was a handy allrounder so did the trick for us 2007 T20 World Cup team team cool it's very cool team just completely young interesting team to watch uh I don't know what right word to put we were very Fearless Fearless nothing to lose also not really I can't say we were not really smart smart we were not out there to John like 201 World Cup our attitude was more we senior I think a
nd obviously then okay came 2007 okay batting I think at number six or number seven I can't remember I think was actually a confused player in the middle order batting order but once he start opening he was like this is my batting order he he started becoming very confident of opening but I think once he got that confidence with the new ball that's when he knew k this is my slot unpredictable to predict a young prospect's career unpredictable but when you see the talent you know this this guy's
got talent and uh you know if he's on the right path he's going to make it big I think Rohit had that okay uh but Talent attitude SP dressing room Behavior I think attitude is the most important thing attitude was not right attitude was not discipline andet L you get better as an athlete is it true to say impr the game will like make you slip out attitude has to be disciplined in the team always looking to be with the team so I think once you start shifting from the team then it'll fade you out
[Music] individualism no I'm just saying the attitude indid it's fine okay okay ground if you're there for the team then you can be individual outside no problem have you always been this guy like the person I'm talking to right now this guy this guy this guy is um I an evolved person after a lot of years much mature much more calmer sometimes learn somebody's learned from his mistakes [Music] and hopefully didn't do them again and uh just yeah I'm 42 years old and I started my career when playe
d for India when I was 18 so it's been 24 years so I'm sure if I not gotten better then there's no point but I don't know watching you on TV I always felt you this guy chilled team player brotherly I was already Chiller yeah I'm not a even I'm not a early morning person okay I get up I'm say I need my time I'm very chilled arant man arrogance I don't think I was arrogant arrogant there because there might be arrogance in the game which I feel sometimes you need that but I don't think I was arrog
ant of the field because I felt right and I felt people used to lack in that department why because they were egoistic just to show their ego so I just feel taxi CE driver we all are humans right and the easiest thing is to talk to each other with love and respect [Laughter] I'm joking I'm joking I'm joking but okay I've beening see the thing is that people label you as a certain personality they don't know you they lab you because the media portrays you a that person probably but I'm just sayin
g that they will never show the reality of you towards people yeah perspective image related over the years image how often do you get asked about that a lot I don't know right you don't you would understand it everybody says that I have a swag that's just me of how I walk I remember remember them passing on the field what I remember passing them on the basketball field okay that's all I remember because I was really high on confidence I was I had scored 278 120 and I was very high on confidence
so before the final when I got 358 so and I did not go back on a motorcycle I I I think I walked back to the hotel or we took the team bus but the they just obviously it was a nice swag to it I guess the bike okay uh but yes at that age I used to ride a lot of motorbikes okay [Music] but right um but sometimes you need arrogance in the game you have to look in the opposition's eye the Bowers eye and tell them that I'm here to compete with you you know I think that arrogance is Bor okay and I'm
hesitant about asking the question because of what the media has fed my head and if you want we'll edit it out my personal opinion is I think you should talk about it g internet okay chill bro whatever I want you to be chill also no I'm chill man okay uh I have heard worse don't worry okay I'm not asking you this at all from a journalism perspective no I go ahead you're in my house I'm just using that to my advantage Advantage uh what is your equation with Ms because media has painted a very bad
picture but I'll tell you what the way you are portrayed in the movie obviously donon has had a hand in portraying you you're portrayed as a king I think that's how how we actually you and you have friends but the media's portrayed this image about you guys why are you asking me that question I want you to clear it because I'm a yuat Singh fan okay let me be politically great about it or honest about it up to you it's a free platform because if you ask Mani Mahi he'll be politically correct abo
ut it so I'll also be politically correct about it okay okay me and mahi um are not close friends okay we were friends because of cricket we played together um what my my lifestyle was very different from him right so we were never close friends we were only friends because of cricket when me and mahi went on the ground he gave more than 100% for our country together and usme he was Captain I was Vice Captain uh when I came in the team he was Junior four years Junior and uh when you're Captain V
ice Captain there will be um decision differences decision differences sometimes he made decisions I didn't like sometimes I made decisions that he didn't like to be honest each other when I was end of my career when I was not getting the right picture about my career I actually spoke to him and asked him for advice and he was the guy who told me the selection committee they are not looking at you right now picture this is like just before 2019 World Cup so that is the reality of it [Music] okay
your teammates don't have to be your best friends outside of the field they don't have to be yeah everybody has a different lifestyle everybody has a different skill set certain people hang out with certain people certain people hang out with C you don't have to be best friends with everyone to perform the field you take any team g g don't get along there's some guys who get along some guys who don't get along but when you're on the park you put your ego behind and you contribute on the field I
mean there were times when Ms was injured and he was batting against Bangladesh and I was a runner for him and I remember he was in his 0 he was in his 90s and I I was hoping you know strike is I remember diving for him for his second run cuz he was in his 90s I didn't want him to miss out on his 100 and the same way when I was batting in a World Cup match I was 48 against Netherlands and there were two runs to win Mahi blocked both the balls so that I should get 50 on the other end right so wh
en we are on the park like in the finals of the World Cup it was decided that if goti gets out I will go into bed Leander if righty vat gets out Don goes into B which is the right decision for the team because professionalism yeah so I think we were hardcore professionals and I wish him well I'm sure he wishes me well and uh someday we'll get to play golf CU he plays and I play too so pretty much because what I sense from the professionalism or positive energy equation like you know he's retired
I retired and when we meet we me meet like friends only we don't meet like I don't want to get to know you or you know we shot a ad also together we had like lot of fun talking about our past days and discussing cricket and every time we meet we always have a fun laughing conversation all the time okay yeah so you don't have to like everyone and everybody doesn't have to like you simple huh um two things headlines extra one two childhood sorry I'm saying it I know you get awkward when someone's
praising you it's fine I'm just enjoying I do get awkward when someone's praising yeah I can feel it so uh I can feel many things here anyway coming coming back [Music] uh YouTube Fame increase hor I'm and it's very random I don't know how to explain this question YouTu inre you can see the numbers I'm not being able to deal with certain things I'm sorry I'm making this a little bit about me I'm just trying to get advice H um okay is it true you can't have friends after a certain age new friend
s no I don't believe that you can create a new friendship also later in life I have a friend who I met in chandigar his name is sidat Kumar he's a lawyer and I met him after living 40 40 5 years 42 [Music] 45 and he's a very close friend of mine and one of my really good friends right now so absolutely not I do not agree with the 100% I'm trying to find my my way I'm not understanding because I didn't expect so much this early I thought this will happen in year 14 or 15 year 8 May year 8 years i
s a long time but YouTube F unpredictable or random see the thing is that once you become famous and you become influential people will always want to hang hang out with you and get stuck to you you just have to find out who are your Fairweather friends or not who is hanging out with you because people who want to hang out with you because they like you as a person or because you're in the Limelight that's why they want to hang out with you and girls girls what about girls dating life because I'
m having trouble you have trouble because there are lots of options or you don't want to commit to relationship I want to commit m not found the right person yet dated little bit but I just just feel Fame Factor it changes your experience of dating like how like many people want to be with you for who you are but the dating version of it um the second angle is what I ask you at the start of the podcast famous you start reading people because you start noticing energies very soon you get to know
who's coming for what maybe I over analyze also but the core of this is I've not met the right person I want to also ask you about hazel like how did you know she's the one what ADV what dating advice do you have for not just me but young cricketers so when I talk to my younger guys like Schuman and abishek Sharma these guys who played for Punjab shouman now playing for India and I hope abishek is soon going to play for India because he's in great form great player I tell them that right so seco
nd thing when you spoke about being somebody out there for you uh somebody might be there out there for you but it'll happen when the time is right and there is nobody out there who's 10 out of 10 for you accept it CH you date 10 girls 100 girls two girls there are things we humans we are flawed we are not perfect that partner is my soulmate I am her soulmate right you have to adjust if you want to date someone be in a relationship or married is obviously a different thing so I think everything
happens at the right time it it it should happen automatically do you feel I was not going out looking there for somebody like hazel then I made a point the person who is not interested in my lifestyle she not interested what is my bank balance which is not too much right now because of who is not interested in who am I as out there it's like I definitely very interested in this person what is our expectations in life she just wants to be the normal guy and can I be a normal guy for her let's se
e best husbands Manchester United fans cuz we have been loyal to our club we'll be loyal to the women see the thing is that with coming back to United and wives that's true so at times they have they have won won many tournaments they have won many trophies and right now it's the other Manchester team who's doing that and but see for me I have to say they are unstoppable right now without Kevin du bran which is surprising because obviously they have a great coach as well but I'm sure some stage
uh United will come back sub Cricket football most of them most of them sport a sportsman will like some other sport cricket I think comes naturally to us warm upbow okay I think you have problem in identification I'm straight as just saying I have nothing against homosexual people I love homosexual people also I just love people everybody entitled to be a person same 100% you want to talk about homosexuality if you want to I actually want talk about your fight with Rina okay go ahead let's let'
s talk about that I was thinking brother it was funny quite funny but then Gary thinking what are you guys doing you know we have a match in half an hour and it was funny then I said sorry to him okay football batsman footballer betterall forward offside position so I think but uh he thinks he's Cristiano Ronaldo but he's not he is Cristiano Ronaldo in his Cricket yes he is he he is Q football fan Bo you know details about no he's my hero christano he's my what of my sporting Idols so yeah menta
lity uh I think so in terms of fitness and uh focus on the game definitely there is a there's a personality match there okay uh not really cuz he's busy I don't disturb him much yeah okay butm young vat Koh to youngu okay fair uh okay psychological round uh I get to know your heart through this because I'm entering your mind your heart your body underly it's a sponsor issue uh I think uh your podcast is more fun it's more about uh being comfortable and it's about talking and feeling good about l
ife you make people comfortable which is the best thing you can do lot of times when you're doing an interview you always like you become tight because I just looked at the podcast I was like definitely want to do this because there is no there's no fear of doing this his interview cuz right now what's going to happen is whatever we spoke people will pick up certain lines they'll twist it and they'll start they'll start making memes of it and then unless they don't see the whole podcast they won
't understand it definitely what you're saying is correct but podcast are trending nowadays people actually go to the main episode to just get context smart great that's really good it happens because there's like a freedom of time in this Contex if I've asked anything which will be picked up that you said and it's just a human conversation yeah um uh in my eyes J comfortable it's a part of the technique uh but the actual underlying logic here is uh and if I met you without cameras and mics this
is the same conversation I would have had with you probably I'm just asking you like the real questions and then people feel a connection with those real questions as well uman element other than winning a Cricket World Cup second okay yeah okay would you believe me if I said y talking to you I have like four or five childhood heroes or teenage Heroes and you're one of them and you had a very big influence on my personality this was my second biggest sapna my biggest Su something I want to do f
or the country which I'm working towards which I'm getting training from these conversations but I'm actually getting to live out my second biggest dream nice yeah so uh that's what I'm doing I'm having fun I'm learning or uh genuinely I mentori stories that's where our countries are even geopolitically speaking which is why okay okay U are you ready now I am okay take your time think about the answers cutie okay Crick field doctor clinic doctor clinic because [Music] doct part or uh ladies freq
uency frequency tough Journey you feel like you're a dead body just walking around really you can't eat [Music] anything you can eat one meal in the day in the night and that comes out also in the morning you throw up genuine okay yes yes you get constipated because you're not eating so it was was hard I like how you made this fun I'm a fun guy but actually almost emasculated K I'm just ignoring your words it's okay BR like I've done so many podcasts um I can't imagine what a profession athlete
feels like at least you can say openly what you want we guys can't maybe you can no you can't no if you see other Sportsman like International when they come on podcast and if you see something like Last Dance they're just very open about each other and they appreciate it unfortunately we can't perspective DJ perspective I don't think people understand what uh we are trying to say they take it literally what we say they don't understand the under current of or we get personal about small small t
hings we just not open Society you know people want to see fights I don't know about that but I'm just saying that we just can't openly say something to each other we just not honest in what we want to say but that's fine we just learned to the hard way okay um body you feel like you're a dead body walking around yeah because you don't have any energy um you can't eat any food you just high on Med you just like the med Med the chemo has taken the best of you and uh so yeah it was just something
which was you most and you're zoned out and it's just hard thoughts thoughts it's a bit depressive uh you want to do something which you can't you want to um you want to look good you can't um so it's uh it's not something that basically imagine if you don't have energy in your body you have zero energy what will I be if you can't eat food if you've not slept in 48 hours yeah no sleep there's hard any sleep you always dizzy and uh yeah you just uh just got to wait for your time thoughts your tim
e is coming yeah yeah 100% when I was um I remember I was shooting for a commercial for puma and uh the next tour was Australia so the doctor called me and said 2011 12 just before I went for treatment input no I think that was a scary thought actually because I was not coming to terms with it and then I was like okay if I have to save my life I need to stop playing cricket and go for Kemo so yeah very like I I'm trying to understand your mindset from this face and I can't this is not happened t
o me but uh and I hope it doesn't uh same same but uh I had a very intense nightmare maybe a month ago where it was feeling like real nightmare I was told that I'm going to be given a death sentence it's become a theme of the show also because it opens up a conversation m chill no no I'm just joking uh but uh I had a dream like uh I was told there's a death sentence on me and they're going to kill me and I went to the president of the country I said but my only thought was my mother like my mom
will feel really bad I'm assuming it's something similar you think about your loved ones like everything boils down to loved ones yeah definitely I think once you're in that position you want to be like what what will happen to her or what will happen to your brother you know you have those thoughts which is fine which is normal but uh and that's those are the that's the reason why you want to live also you you want to fight back for your family and my motivation was once I was out of trouble ou
t of danger was to come back and play for India again I think that really motiv motivate me to get better also okay um cancer but I think first five years you have to be careful but now I'm 100% Beauty like even everyone in this room we're all big Cricket fans we really love you thank I know you don't need to be told that but we love your ring like an emotion and we love a lot of the Indian cricket team players but there some players who have affected our childhoods so just know that I don't kno
w why even felt like telling you this I want to do many things toar your it's good to hear that yeah no but just just know it like maybe I'm telling you this feel it not how you want me to feel it I don't want anything I want your heart to be filled with my honey oh okayu uh according I think source is are bringing yeah I think how you brought up the hardships you faced I mean in your in your uh Journey you see a lot of people struggling around you right childhood yeah like there were guys aroun
d me who didn't have money for spikes Cricket kit and you're like you know I would want to help them when I grow up so I think that himat comes from your upbringing from your surroundings from the courage you see you know uh when you see so many inspirational stories and when you see your parents trying to make a living for you so I think that courage comes from your upbringing you know what experiences your people around you who are always fighting for you to trying to give you a better life so
you want to grow up and have that courage to give better life to people around you you want another coffee coffee am I looking jet like though looking hot as [Laughter] the allows okay Cricket field can against wow Cricket field or cancer uh Cricket uh I don't know I have to give this a thought take your time so you're saying what was the difference in Victory in cricket and victory in cancer but victory in cricket like overall whatever you want to answer it with success on the cricket field an
d success against I think s success for the cricket on the cricket field was for my father and uh victory in cancer was was more of inner battle verus personal canc so I'm like playing for India becoming successful was more for my father for for my dad right because he couldn't do that winning the World Cup was special because we wen't do with suchin when it came to cancer it was a personal battle it had become like okay I'll see whether I eat you up you eat me or I eat you it was more of a batt
le with cancer in terms of it was more of a personal bence feel there something inside your body yeah I was feeling a lot of heaviness I felt there was lot of uh uh I don't know how to say it negativity yeah I felt there was some kind of BGE sitting on me right but I I but I felt that I was able to pull through because uh my guruji is a very powerful man and he was able to remove it from my system that's how I feel about about it uh I don't know man maybe see to put it in perspective why would s
omething like this happen to me when I haven't done anything wrong to anyone but maybe G say I did something wrong you think about these things but uh the feedback that I would say I got from my prayers or my Guru was like and I still don't know what he means by that okay so I don't really know you know it's all subjective it's what we believe in a spiritual quot God gives his toughest battles to his toughest soldiers that's what my guui said as well so yeah so to put all these things in perspec
tive is very difficult because my mother feels something else yeah no I'm just saying that when I got sick everybody had a different opinion how I felt sick somebody thought that I had the wrong food somebody thought that somebody gave it to me uh somebody thought that it was whatever everybody has a different opinion I completely think that what I went through was uh a lot of stress in the system and body breaking body not able to get together as I spoke about it I was mental and physical press
ure I think that was the reason of the body breaking down so yeah okay um are you proud of yourself very proud bro like that's can't you see it in my system I I'm asking oh I have I'm proud the way I have fought it and the way I've been vocal about it and the way I've dealt with situations through the Journey and I'm proud that what I've achieved after that because it was not easy okay it was not easy just uh bouncing back and playing international cricket again I think against englands against
England yeah my highest one day score 150 yeah I remember watching that and that's what the full country was feeling y were in uh but okay mm you bounced back from that yeah that okay I did are you more proud of overcoming cancer I'm just more proud of the way I have uh dealt with things after cancer in terms of just handling my life Cricket not giving up family friends um marriage podcast with you kids and learned a lot from that [Music] situation uh how to when you go through something like th
at you have to get better have to get better as a person you want to get better healthy but as a person how you want to Prevail in life so I think part of that Journey can I give you public perspective deeper public perspective um I've always question Sports person purpose as in why were you born the two greatest days in a man's life is the day he is born and the day he finds out why it can't can't just be for playing Cricket in my eyes I feel tolet to set an example and to spread inspiration ma
ybe this was a part of your purpose also I agree other than Dad is aggression but how to fight you've thought of this well now you put it that way I think of it now that yes I feel all the great Sportsmen have definitely been an inspiration not only with sport just with their lives how they fought it look at Maradona look at Muhammad Ali [Music] um yeah you know then there is lot of other Sportsmen that this life of Kobe Bryant someone who was you know great Sportsman and Don how he is not right
there I mean you can't answer these things but I just feel that lot of great personalities their motive in life is [Music] to live every day as today because not many of them have lived a very long life like it's a 50-50 thing you look at you know great singers or all the inspirational leaders and stuff like that so it's how you it's how you live today hit one ball at a time yeah okay okay yui uh it's round last question I can't talk about that okay fair sorry okay no problem it's all chill som
ething very personal yeah okay just context why you can't talk about it it's just too close to your heart daddy issues okay fair yeah it's just long story talk about is uh perspective aspect private H maybe some stage I'll talk about it but right now I'm not ready talk about it okay what I want to add to what I told you that at that party aggression how to fight back whether it's in childhood or in life like that's the imprint that your career has left on my eyes as a viewer but I also feel psyc
hological Ang um because of my daddy issues I had to do a lot of work in therapy in many ways I agree and I remember this from and even now like she's a very loving human it comes through uh my mom's the same and I feel dad pressure and the mom was trying to fill that darkness of the pressure with their loving light um it took me very long to sort that for myself um and at some point you just you almost give up as if they will completely understand and as if they'll completely change at least lo
ts of people have parental issues but you can you can be a different parent and that's the last stage of healing this maybe no no see therapy has helped you big time like I have done some therapy sessions but I also want to go full-time to therapy but eventually I will go into because I think I need it second thing what we just spoke about before that was we have to forgive our parents yeah okay because they did what what the best they knew at that time right whether it was wrong or right we we
we felt how we felt but we have to forgive them because that's the best in you yeah we have to learn from their experience that once when we have we are parents we will also bring out our child but we can be a Terminator for okay I'm younger than you I'm 12 years younger than you I've always thought Terminator I'll be nice to them fin St of course it's not healed but healing stage if you are not healed from inside then you can't give that to your children all right for to give that life to a chi
ldren you also need to have a healthy life if your life is broken your child will suffer from that heal I'm in the process okay yeah I'm in the process and um many healing Journey uh I think it's happening with my kids because I'm seeing him grow and I'm seeing that I'm definitely not doing the same things in the house what my father was doing whether it was wrong or right and I will not do it because that's results of that you know the Naja so yeah so that's my learning I also sense the love yo
u have for your father because I have the same love for my father now but love will always be there because you father father your father figure is your hero when you're growing up you want to be like your father because that's that's a male connect you know your look up to someone but uh yeah my father did whatever he did he thought the best was that time and uh I'm just a Terminator three right now probably I'll be Terminator 4 when my son's a bit older exactly after maybe like 20 years of fig
hting B within like three days four days of trying to be friends uh I think this was the bravest thing I did like I don't think I've needed bravery for like anything else but braver you know your father's aging you know that he may not be able to wrap his head around therapy and healing and all these things perspective generation perspective and espe stra relationship but growing up is about not getting triggered by what they're saying no you will get triggered for sure yeah that's that's just y
our triggers are there they been sitting there for a long time there it will trigger you but I think therapy really helps so but therapy is for your own self it's not for your parents if they want to go into therapy they're not going to listen yeah they're very stubborn and the age where they feel oh you know they that age for especially boys with daddy issues we want to help but the advice is not taken it's not taken because you take your family for granted that's okay be will be [Music] so but
you just have to make peace with it and just make sure that going forward you don't do it to your children isues [Music] issues no don't do that don't make that mistake marriage should happen naturally like you meet someone things go well and then it should naturally come to you societ I came I became dad at 40 and then 42 everybody was telling me that I was getting late and I think I've got I have become parents at the right time because I am retired I have all the time to give to my children
now except my traveling obiously I'm working if I was playing I would to be over focused on my children at all same mind so it's yes you don't want to be dead at 50 because then you you want to be fit when your kids are growing you know but just take your time [Music] um BR serious conversations when I sat with my father he was cracking jokes and I'm like I'm trying to have a serious conversation make my father uh is uh so I feel my father has a mental issue and he just doesn't want to accept it
you know same but both of others have had success in their own lives huh but I feel that there is something he needs to address he doesn't accept it like I accept that I need therapy but he doesn't accept that this is literally the same thing I'm going through exactly pinpoint the same thing I'm going through yeah so it's just what it is but because I'm understanding okay in his 30s mind but obviously you're older now you'll understand understanding is better when you're from 15 to 25 you think
but once you get older you understand okay now this age my father had me mind but younger parents will obviously make more mistakes in parenting I feel don't you feel key once you've seen material success as a man after a point at least this is how I look at life your purpose is about spreading healing and love when your glass is full yeah after a certain stage in life when you made your money and you made you struggled and all that you want to be at peace that means that you need to have a lif
estyle which brings you peace simple if you help someone give food to someone get somebody a job give somebody money cuz for some people lifestyle is necessity for us is a lifestyle Lucky in that position so I just feel that you should help others what else is your purpose in life purpose just remember that enjoy the luxury enjoy your money of hard work spend it save it don't spend too much don't save too much enjoy it and remember this [Music] is Ghana beautiful song so everything think is goin
g to be here boss life is a learning experience is giving giving back speaking about helping others Cricket c i I've asked people International cricketers what changed in U after the cancer situation he became much more of a mentor he always was but he started mentoring a lot such a yeah of course I think uh all of these guys were young when I was 2930 and I was just trying to tell them that don't make the same mistakes I made but I've realized that generation don't make that same mistake they a
re going to make mistakes personal life mistakes yeah it's better to tell them that make mistakes but don't repeat them that's better to tell them mistake if you're not going to make mistakes how you going to learn Cricket life mistakes are mainly outside the cricket field n are mistakes you when you're m not mature you not you are going to make mistakes so yeah when you are when you become mature then you're like okay you know certain things I can do certain things I can't do so you just have t
o guide the Next Generation that yeah guys don't do this yeah like lot of our young guys they've been got into trouble and I bail them out of trouble because I have been in that position and nobody build me out so tomorrow some youngster will be in the position they will build him out cuz I did that for him paying it forward so yeah okay I think I think he was very young when I started talk to him but when I actually worked with him for two months that time he was he had already played for India
but he was he was preparing for Australia tour so I wanted him to feel the same [Music] environment not you tell the youngster that don't waste my time and I'm not wasting yours don't waste my time so I I think uh more than that the scenario of the bowling that they going to face what are you going to face over there you're going to face the opposition verbal attack but if you are solid on ground you'll take be able to take everything so I think he prepared really well I think he scored he scor
ed one 56 1 250s 130 and last scored 91 yeah so a guy at that age to score 91 in Australia in Australia while chasing 350 rishab also got 90 out 89 not out that test match I [Music] think but the guy was the guy had Authority on the tour mentally speaking he adapts very quickly quick learner quick learner like today if I tell him something tomorrow same thing will happen on the ground it's just [Laughter] amazing father was never satisfied or abish they get runs I'm very satisfied so as I say Te
rminator 4 but he's very quick to adapt things 2000 quick 11 I think that's the reason for his success at early age also just adap adaptability okay um 2011 World because I remember he had come out and he had you know very positive no I think my father was fine after 2011 World Cup because he always was competing with cap cap had a long career he didn't and Couple live had the 83 I think compliment I don't understand and I think after 28 years when I had the same trophy then he was fine thank yo
u very much do they interact let him live like a kid um like he was a coach my dad he was never a father to me so I want to be a father than a coach to my son okay exov horror movies possession possession how the actor acts 2011 I don't know I was um I think see us life which was also a problem for me but also an X Factor for me when I was out of form I was completely out of form but once I would get to form then I would score the whole tournament so I think same same thing happened in the World
Cup once I got into form I scored 50 against England and then after that I was on song okay I appreciate your time firstly uh almost podcast end this is the biggest day of my podcasting career to have you in front of me and I know you know this somewhere based on everything I've told no I don't know but I really appreciate your this is the biggest day of my career I have a mindset of being very detached from everything that happens on YouTube I'm very detached from my own journey I never think
of my past or my own struggling [Music] face so you don't know what a big deal this is for me to talk to you and I wish I could just be a bro to you and not make you feel awkward like this [Music] but genuinely thank you bro I'm not able to put into words right no I I hope you can do the same for somebody else thanks bro really appreciate it yeah if that's okay okay and uh on behal of TRS and Mountain Dew box sing it's a jacket this is for you in case you're feeling cold memory thank you so uh t

He is not Yuvraj -- He is an era of Cricket ❤

@aasutoshsoni956

Best podcast ever...🙌🙌🙌 I am not comparing but in this fan following era of Kohli and MSD, I am very proud to say that I am a fan of Yuvi (The Yuvraj Singh)❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

@wakeupsenzzz

I paused this video and went back to watch his iconic six sixes video, got goosebumps and teary eyes.. 💛 Hope one day we will meet Yuvi Paaji 🥺🫂

@iffatfatima2825

He was so honest, so candid and everything came from his heart. And yes I went back and watched the 6 sixes🎉

@rehaahuja216

As a Yuvi fan, I loved this podcast and my respect for Yuvi has increased. As a youth, I loved his aggressive vibe and the go-getter energy. And now I love this thinking reflective person he has matured into. His calmness and perspective now is equally motivating. Lots of love to him and wishing him more and more success and growth

@umeshshetty0605

My favorite all time batsman. As a teenager I saw Yuvi walkin as a 19 YO boy and thrash a top quality Aussie attack in a knockout game. How much did we miss this attitude in the final yesterday 😅😅 😮 Love you Yuvraj 😍

@akshaypathania

Yuvi The man who gave us 2007 t20 and 2011 World Cup thanks for the precious memories

@niladisifyyou2142

His temperament, Timing in batting, bat flow with power, decent bowling and excellent fielding. I never forget these.

@scoliodon1000

Yuvraj is sooooo real and honest. Absolutely no facade or efforts to come across a certain way. Huge respect for him!!!

@karthikgompa7860

I know the value of Meeting Yuvraj Singh all the way from AP to Chandigarh just to meet Yuvraj Singh and then fell sick after being there in Chandigarh and still couldn't meet him it's definitely a blessing, a gift,an achievement to meet Yuvraj Singh.. Proud of you bro..

@pujakumari-kz9bw

I mean I love Dhoni but how did we never get to watch his life journey is beyond words. He is a brave human that he went through so much and is still so composed emotionally and continues to inspire. He deserves his own biopic, not just youth but parents can learn from his life experiences.

@ironsightpubg6513

I remember when i was 10 i used to watch cricket just to watch Yuvraj hit those massive six was a crazy fan of him and still i can bet no one in today’s team can replace him. The personality the aura he had the aggression those massive hits he’s gem for indian cricket team.

@Vinay-bq5lv

This new gen cricket lover won't understand this Legend...what he did for India is unrepeatable...

@MrRanjitsamal

His entire demeanor, attitude, and the stern stance he adopts when confronted with various questions serve as a testament to the challenges he faced during his time representing the country. It reveals the depth of his animosity towards MSD, the clashes of ego between them, and more. The only factor that kept him in the game for such an extended period was his profound love for it. The pain he still carries is palpable, even today. Watching this unfold was genuinely difficult. You will always have my respect Yuvi!

@rajalaxmimohapatra8213

I can feel the emptiness when he talks about cricket, his simplicity is winning this podcast, he still misses cricket but he doesn't want to express it, hard but he is one of the most underrated cricketer ✨😢

@dhhavallala6184

I have been a great fan of Yuvraj Singh, and I feel after the great Tendulkar, he should be called a legend. I was watching your podcast & you asked Yuvi about his chemo treatment, see I have actually been following Yuvi through out his cancer treatment, and I posted it from the very beginning of his treatment on my Facebook page, whoever came to meet him during his phase. He is a legend.

@salmanrauf6681

I never saw him this stressed out in front of any other guest. There is no doubt that he is a fan of this legend, which I can see from his hand gestures and facial expressions.

@smitaawasthi4539

Yuvraj is so simple, vry natural .. जरा भी बनावटी नहीं है। Goodhuman being.

@shadabsiddiqui7777

This man literally born to make history in india ❤😊 Proud to be a indian 🥰🥰 Jay hind 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
