what's up thanx athletes today I have a quick and super effective six-pack abs workout that you can do literally from anywhere even your office or your bedroom and it will only take 6 minutes to complete now 6 minutes may not sound that long but the reality of it is when you're working out in the gym you're only working out for a couple seconds at a time anyway this six-pack workout you're going to be working out consistently for 6 minutes straight creating a time under tension and a progressive
overload that's going to help you reach hypertrophy and build more muscle muscle definition and strength we're also going to be hitting every area of our abdominals with just six exercises from our upper and lower abdominals to our obliques and our erector spinet making this complete six-pack abs workout quick and potentially more effective than the Abs workout you've already been doing and doing this routine for three to four rounds would actually be a full solid workout and would still only t
ake 18 to 24 minutes total but because it's non-stop training you're going to be doing more than what people usually do in an hour so if you're ready to get this first round started all you have to do is download the thix app in the app store or Google Play store or just hit the link down in the video description below to properly follow along and get this workout as well as all of our workouts right on your phone I'm going to set a timer for my beginner and intermediate athletes to go for 45 se
conds with a 15sec break in between and my Advanced athletes I want you following along with me we're going to go for a full 60 seconds each exercise the first one we're going to start off with laying down on the ground that's going to be laying leg raises emphasizing on our lower abdominals head underneath you feet straight out locked out all the way up and all the way down here we go squeeze your core regulat your breathing and pace yourself if you're going for the challenge of no brakes defin
itely want to regulate your energy squeeze your core and give it a quality rep every single one your last rep should look just like your first one or at least try to almost there last 10 seconds next up we have side plank up and down three two and one all right we're going to go to one side first put your hands up like this or put your hands beside you 30 seconds on one side 30 seconds on the other [Music] side last 10 seconds five 4 3 2 and one switch sides after this side this is a great exerc
ise emphasizing now on our obliques side row abdominals almost there 10 more seconds 3 2 and one we're going to go into seated in and outs again emphasizing our abdominals from a different position you want to completely extend those legs paast yourself make sure to regulate your breathing next up we have bicycles should definitely be feeling it now hold it out full range of motion last 10 seconds 5 4 3 2 and one let's set down we're going to get right into our bicycles so you can go slow you ca
n even get your feet to touch the ground if you need to but don't stop whatever you do [Music] feel your abdominals on fire right now especially if you have not stopped you can always slow down the pace but don't stop whatever you do going to make this short and effective next up we have chair sit-ups last 10 seconds five 4 3 2 and one heels flat down reach for the sky my abdominals are on fire we just have one more exercise after this so we're going to give it all we got last one we're going to
go for crunch reach through my obliques are on fire from the last exercise bicycles as well as my upper and lower abdominals and my Rector [Music] spin all in just 6 minutes almost [Music] there last 10 seconds let's make this count three two and one one more all right now we're going to go for crunch reach through reach through each leg bring it up this is the last one Make It Count abdominals are on fire keep it strong keep going I have a couple more seconds to go here we go finish strong las

People sleep on Chris Heria until you put them onto his workouts. Following this stuff for maybe 20-40 minutes a day due to my job has gotten me more toned. It’s doable even for the “busiest” people.

Nice 👍🏻 one Chris! This is exactly what people need to get the abs fully worked out 💪🏻 in such a short time! I need to cut my own abs workouts down as they last 30 minutes of around 1000 reps non-stop for the entire abs! Of course my videos are based on shorter durations for abs as like yourself; I understand the importance of delivering effective and efficient short abs routines that work for most people.
