Quite impressive way the Philippines takes on strong earthquakes and nothing seems to happen, The response is always very accurate and the buildings move but hardly ever fall . Other developing countries should take their example to prevent grave tragedies like in Turkey , Syria , Morroco and Afghanistan , all ravaged by weaker earthquakes this year that left millions affected.
update: right after 3rd aftershock here in misamis oriental. in my area, no casualties / injuries or any damaged buildings. praying for everyone
Yes as a person who live in the philippines and from cagayan de oro which is in the philippines it was very strong and my family and i struggled because we live in a condo at the 6th floor personally i feel bad for the people that stay on the 16th floor because we had to use the stairs. God please help us, amen! And we are not ready for the tsunami. Thank you!

With that big of an earthquake, it is surprising to know that only minimal damage was done by this earthquake. In a lot of places around the world, a 6.0 magnitude earthquake can already flatten buildings. This one is 7.6!
