I'm someone who purchased Acer Swift 5 two years back Has been a very terrible choice The built quality of the laptop is really bad . Back panel of the laptop started corroding and when I enquired about the warranty with the service centre their response was that the damage was accidental and it won't be covered under warranty. A lot of people have been facing the same issue on this specific model. 2 months back I got my back panel changed paying the full amount and after 3 weeks it started corroding again. The service centre numbers that are on the website are useless they never respond to calls. Even if we go directly to the service personnel the service I got after paying a premium for the product is terrible. Acer might make some good products no doubt in that but as a user I had a terrible experience in service And the quality of the particular product (Swift 5)
