er had you have you fight I'm delicate I'm also a drunk and stoned oh well maybe not the right time then okay so what are we doing poaching directly into what into just boiling water and then while it's cooking we're going to prepare the garnish for this lots of ginger and then green chili red chili this is well chop chop this is the base for the butter blended lemon and then we're going to heat it up with some butter and we're going to add to this this which our marinated turnips turnips okay t
he black vinegar yeah black vinegar soy sauce sugar that's the breading station for the brains you got to be very gentle with the brain it's not something when you say brain you'll be disgusted it's very approachable the texture is somewhat of a chicken nugget but you know the ones from school the ones that had the weird in the middle it wasn't really chicken it's not a great way to explain it but it's uh [Music] we got some beautiful capers some butter some in green Thai chilies now I'm gonna a
dd some raw garlic just to get a little bit of flavor some herbs yeah I have an idea I'm gonna put the trout eggs and some lemon juice to take a little bit of the bite and then I'm gonna drain them for a second peanuts holy this became crazy the peanuts take the sour away from the capers this came out incredible whoa [Music] [Music] unbelievable I mean every time it gets me every time but this time created something that could be on a menu and Wow diners from here to Shanghai we're coming back h
