In part three of our AI series We're discussing how nonprofits can benefit from AI and today we'll talk about hiring and recruitment. This week in our series we're going to discuss how hiring and recruitment can benefit from artificial intelligence. We all know that nonprofits need to ensure that once somebody is hired They stay with you
for the long haul but hiring somebody and training them is one of the biggest costs you'll have. So We all need little help with that There are several tools your organization can use to find the best candidates in a very efficient way. Some of them include SmartRecruiter, Jibe, JobScore and HigherMe. We actually use HigherMe here at funds2orgs in order to ensure we get the best candidates. For our team like most teams We want to streamline the whole recruitment process and make it as easy as p
ossible for our applicants and for us. So some of these websites what they do is they Make it very easy for the job applicant. They go online is search for what job They want based on a lot of different criteria. It also helps the applicant because they can actually ask any questions they have it any time of day and AI will actually answer for them. This frees up your HR department from answering questions at 3:00 in the morning and it also makes your applicant more excited about the job. Speaki
ng of freeing up time for our HR department I know our HR team really appreciates the scheduling function that HigherMe offers. Basically, you tell them your available time slots for when you want to schedule interviews and it automatically schedules your candidates in those time slots. And you don't have to do anything. You get an email and then you're like hey I got to interview somebody on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. Done. Looks like I gotta do an early lunch. At 3:00 p.m.? One of our favorite thi
ngs about this platform is it actually gives you a candidate score. It's based on how the candidate answers questions like when they're available for the job, what they're looking for exactly, what their skills are and it rates them based on your criteria. The higher the rating the more they match and the more you want them as an applicant. It's like match.com for people that are hiring stuff. Hey.
