BIG Fire Emblem & New Monolith Soft Game Updates Soon...

This is a video that I've wanted to make for  quite some time now because honestly I feel like I'm going through some type of withdrawal  because there has been nothing when it comes to Fire Emblem and Xenoblade Chronicles or modeless  soft news there's just been dead ever since future redeemed came out that was pretty much the last  bit of it Nintendo is transitioning over to the next system so we're going to have to wait for  what's next when it comes to monolos soft and Fire Emblem SL intelli

gence systems or do we  at this point because I wanted to go over some up that we could be getting for monolos soft  and Fire Emblem intelligence systems games if you're like me then these are probably some  of your favorite developers out there and some of the games that they've made on the Nintendo  switch have been some of the best when it comes to RPG action and I really need to know what's  happening next so I wanted to do a little bit of digging and look into some sources that I had  to se

we're going to start off for those that are new and my  history with Fire Emblem kind of just setting up the stage to what we could be seeing soon and what  I've heard just a little bit so I love Fire Emblem three houses that's my favorite Fire Emblem game  of all time right there with Awakening both of those games were very influential when it comes  to just what I like about strategy RPGs and just me playing the game so I do love both of those  games I also love fire emble Warriors 3 hopes as

a spin-off it's pretty good and it's much  better than Fire Emblem Warriors that came out back in 2017 on the Nintendo switch not sure if  it's better than age of Calamity overall but it runs better so there's that at least next up is  Fire Emblem and engage I love that game so much Fire Emblem engage is easily the best combat when  it comes to Fire Emblem just if you take away a lot of the different specific mechanics that you  might like or not like children or things like that if you just lo

ok at the pure combat of Fire  Emblem gameplay I think Fire Emblem engage is by far the best it's a phenomenally crafted game  very interesting and easily the best graphics out of any Fire Emblem game now Fire Emblem games  have been on older Nintendo hardware and portable systems over over the last decades or so so  this is the first time that they actually built something I would say that wasn't hampered  necessarily by what they wanted to do with ambition firem 3 houses was just too big it go

t to  the point to where it got delayed multiple times and they needed K Techo of course to come in and  assist with many things and it was a little bit rough around the edges with the graphics but Fire  Emblem engage was a smaller more streamlined Fire Emblem experience where fans of the different  games can play it and enjoy all the different characters from the history of the series which  was really cool cool and I enjoyed the game quite a bit the ending was super good and fun for Fire  Embl

em fans I just enjoyed it as a really cool streamland Fire Emblem type of game with a lot  of depth and interesting things mechanics wise with the emblem Rings plus the DLC was kind of  msh a little bit above mid but hey at least they had it there and I put over 100 hours into fire  Mo engage and had a big review that I did on the game so make sure you check that out link will be  in the description of this video now what's next for fire emblem fire emblem for remake I think  that's something th

at people have been talking about it's been rumored know my good friend Nate  the hate has also talked about it as well himself so I wanted to check in with a couple different  sources that I have and it's not with Nate the hey not with anybody that I've talked about or  anything like that connected to what I do but just a source that I've had that talked about  this even before I heard other people discuss it and apparently Fire Emblem 4 remake is still  very much a thing this is the genealogy

of the holy war this is sigur's game I've talked about  it multiple times on this channel and I wanted to check back in because people have been asking  me yo OJ what's up with this what's happening with this game where's it at you talked about  it years ago at this point and very much like Fire Emblem engage when they first showed off  that how it was leaked well beforehand because maybe it was just sitting there for a while I'm  surprised nothing has leaked yet from the Fire Emblem 4 remake an

d I'll be even more surprised if  we don't get this game announced within the next couple months I think Nintendo will talk about  it we've got Princess Pete Showtime we've got a couple other games dated with Paper Mario the  Thousand-Year Door and Luigi's Mansion 2 HD both of those are already set nothing's going past June  so far so I do think that we could get a possible release date or some more information coming out  for Fire Emblem for remake and maybe it's a summer type of game summer fa

llish start of fall type of  game but yeah it seems like that remake is coming maybe they're running into some other situations  or deals as well or maybe it's just kind of packed with all the different Mario stuff that's been  happening in the first half of this year and maybe they're waiting for after that but yes fire emblem  for remake supposedly is still a thing and we'll see when they decide to announce it so let's hope  that it's potentially at a rumored Nintendo Direct now there's been i

nformation that's came out now  you can't take it with a 100% cuz we don't have Mr Pororo or other people talking about it quite  yet but an April Nintendo Direct now once again that could be false it could be later it could  be waiting for June it does seem like that could happen like we don't know when the next Nintendo  Direct will be but if we did get one in April or June I think that Fire Emblem 4 remake could  absolutely be there now it does seem based off of other rumors as well that Nint

endo is planning  switch 2 for 2025 kind of pushing it back a little bit further so if that's the case they're still  going to need a few Nintendo switch games here and there to get people excited about about it  Mr fukawa has also talked about how the Nintendo switch is their main driver of business for 2024  so I don't think their main driver of business for 2024 is not going to have any more games announced  for it when it comes to 2024 there's going to have to be games announced for the seco

nd half and  Nintendo is pretty much on like I said their back half their super super end back half of the  catalog you're not going to see any super major big games like the next big 3D Mario game or the  next big I would say you know Zelda game coming out for the Nintendo switch but you could see  some of these other things like remakes remasters smaller types of games come over and fire emblem  for a remake definitely fits into that category when it comes to remakes remasters it's probably  g

oing to be a remake though because the original game Super Nintendo so they're probably just  going to make it better at this point give it like actual 3D graphics and everything so it  should be better but I'm not expecting it to be like oh my gosh it's going to be mind-blowing  graphically or anything like that cuz that game's massive and that would take a lot of money in time  to make something like that and I'm not sure how much they gave to intelligent systems when it  comes down to it so w

e'll see what's happening hopefully Nintendo Direct kind of shows us a  little bit more about that now for those who don't know if you haven't seen some of my other  videos there are some rumored Metroid stuff that could potentially be happening in may as well so  for those who missed that look out for Metroid if you're looking forward to it but let's get into  Xenoblade Chronicles because I think monol soft's next game Xenoblade Chronicles there's a lot here  that people have been talking about

and so many people hit me up saying I'm finally getting into  Xenoblade Chronicles now that things have slowed down with the bigger games that have been coming  out on the Nintendo switch and maybe even getting fatigue from other systems as this generation when  it comes to Xbox and Playstation has been okay but it hasn't been as exciting to me at least so I've  had a lot of people say that they've picked up a Nintendo switch didn't have one and picked one up  or sold theirs and now got back in

to it and are getting into Xenoblade on my recommendation so you  guys know I'm a big Xenoblade guy but if you don't know if you're new I love Zeno Chronicles to me  it's the greatest story ever in an RPG franchise when it comes to multi- games and threading  them all together and just having the oh my gosh moments zenite Chronicles absolutely has those  it's phenomenal in that sense the remaster of the original Nintendo Wii game Zen Chronicles future  connected which the small campaign story th

at's part of the definitive edition on the Nintendo  switch Zen Chronicles 2 Zen Chronicles 2 torn to the Golden Country which is the DLC for Zen  Chronicles 2 that's a pre prequel set 500 years before Zen Chronicles 2's events Zen Chronicles  3 and then Zen Chronicles future redeem which is once again set before the events very very well  done I love these two and if there's any reason or any motivation for you to play Zen Chronicles  is to eventually get to Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and future re

deemed after you know what's happened in  Xenoblade Chronicles 1 and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 so I think that that's where the huge payoff  I know it's a big time investment but that's where the payoff is and that's why I love this  series so much so let's talk about what we could see next and what's going down with monolos soft  and Xeno Chronicles and potentially a new eyepiece now we did get botson kitos 1 and2 HD remaster  on the Nintendo switch now it was not ported by model soft but that is

a modelist soft game now  I'm not sure how well that collection did it was kind of crusty they've released a patch or two b  n Amco did a patch or two but they absolutely did not spend Top Dollar on porting this over to the  Nintendo switch but people who are fans definitely played it thought it was okay I played it myself  thought it was okay there's some knife quality of life features in there but there's definitely  missing the dub there was no actual dub when it comes to the English so that'

s not good overall  and a few other things but overall I felt that it was okay now I would not rule out zenos Saga  remasters remakes whatever the case is I would not rule that out and I'm not going to say why because  of other games that I've played and certain things that have happened but zenos Saga should not be  ruled out even though they did say that it wasn't financially feasible a number of years ago things  have changed since then at this point Xenoblade is far more popular so I do thin

k since we got Bots  and kitos I do think that zenos Saga is absolutely possible for the Nintendo switch in the future  now Zeno Chronicles X that is still a possibility people always talk to me and I've made multiple  videos pretty much every single year since like 2020 talking about Zeno Chronicles X so will that  ever come over well the problem that we've seen so so far is that with Xeno Chronicles X that is  a game that kind of Falls outside of the Xeno Chronicles Arc of games story-wise and

yes you  could fit it in some way shape or how I get that kind of Falls outside of that story-wise and  on top of that it's a very unique game built specifically for the Wii U and certain system  features and functions if Nintendo were to bring that game back it's not going to be a quick Port  button type of game easy quick Port you're going to absolutely have to take some time and effort  and team size and with Z Chronicles X's sales on the Wii U I mean is that something that they  actually wa

nted to invest in heavily obviously a lot of games that were on the Wii U have sold  considerably better on the Nintendo switch because the install base is way better the marketing is  way better the gimmick is way better everything's way better with the Nintendo switch over the Wii  U but that game was specifically built for the Wii U when it comes to its system specs in addition  to some of the features as well so it would be a little bit of a challenge to bring it over it's  not going to be s

omething they can just do very easily but I still feel that it's possible if not  on the Nintendo switch definitely on a switch 2 and they could really upgrade it if they decide  to go with the switch 2 or like the rumors have stated with the Nintendo switch 2 you're going to  be able to take Nintendo switch games and they'll get upscaled potentially get frame rate boost  or even patches to make them run better on the Nintendo switch 2 so I could see something like  that happening for Xenoblade

Chronicles X now modelist soft did go on record saying that that  they're not done with Zen Chronicles I've seen people say oh well they're done now with future  redeemed we're done let's see what they do next monosof simply said this is a stop Gap when it  comes to Xeno Chronicles 3 and future redeem so stop Gap means that yeah for right now but they're  going to come back to it when it comes down to it so I absolutely could see switch 2 at a Nintendo  Direct one more thing it's a monol soft Xe

noblade Chronicles game in a number of years I don't see  that soon but I see that in a number of years for the Nintendo switch 2 so the most logical next  step for modela soft is going to be a brand new IP for the next Nintendo system that will probably  be revealed before the switch 2 launches and it's going to be at a next major Nintendo event  I'm guessing that Nintendo is going to be very similar to what they did with the Nintendo  switch they're going to show a concept video at some point

maybe this year and then they're going  to have a big presentation or something next year early and then maybe we get that launch in early  2025 but monolos saof presentation will be a part of both of those events if they do happen or  at least one of those events we've seen it so many times over the years with monol soft games  multiple times they've been the one more thing even Zen Chronicles Definitive Edition was a one  more thing for a Nintendo Direct I think back in September of 2019 and t

hen the game launched  in the first half of 2020 so Nintendo always wants to show off the modelist soft games we saw  that back in 2013 when the Wii U was struggling after Christmas and they decided to show Xeno  Chronicles X way too early at that point but they wanted to show people hey look we've got big  games impressive titles and that's what monolith soft games are they're usually a showpiece because  they get the most out of the system and the specs and everything games always look very ve

ry good we  saw what Zen Chronicles 2 that was at the Nintendo presentation 2017 before the Nintendo switch even  launched back in January 2017 and monel soft Zeno Chronicles 2 looked absolutely incredible and got  people excited plus it even launched that year in 2017 December they made it that year probably  should have been delayed to the following year to get everything set but they still made it in  2017 so I do think that it's very much possible that Nintendo monus soft they're going to be

  gearing up and getting ready to show off that new IP you need fresh new faces you need new  gameplay ideas you need new different things for this next system the Nintendo switch had that  with a variety of different games that they showed off at that presentation I think that this game  is going to be one of those big first party games that really push what Nintendo wants to do in the  tone and attitude for their next system so I think this is going to be fantastic I can't wait to see  what mo

nel soft has next for us so essentially it seems like Fire Emblem is more likely that we'll  see that first for those that are suffering from the same withdrawal as me Fire Emblem is probably  likely first maybe sometime this year we will see the next Fire Emblem game Fire Emblem Echo  whatever they're going to call it for the Fire Emblem 4 game from the Super Nintendo and then  we'll have to probably wait at least till like bare minimum would be the end of 2024 if Nintendo  follows the plan tha

t I said to see monol soft's next title and they might not even name it there  right they might not give any new names just like they did back in October of 2016 they did not give  any names for any of the games at the Nintendo First Look trailer nothing was given and then in  January 2017 the following year that said hey here are the games here are the names of them so we  could see that first look at some type of crazy new IP but we don't know what it is and they don't  talk about who the deve

loper is then we find out more about it in 2025 or they could just forego  that maybe that's not it at all they don't show anything and they just have one big presentation  and the system launches maybe a few months later and the next model of soft game is there or maybe  wait for a Nintendo director sometime afterwards but I do feel that's going to be the trajectory  for Fire Emblem and Xenoblade and what Nintendo wants to do so what do you guys think about  this overall what are you more excit
