foreign repeater hi guys welcome to food companies um as a rajini fan other time uh not as well not as an actor not as a master as a fan yeah foreign foreign foreign [Music] foreign foreign [Music] foreign ma'am this question is to you but not as an actor as a writer and a director now if you look at chandramukhi or the many versions of it there's probably very very few Indians was not seeing at least one version of it and not only is the first part itself viewed by pretty much the whole country
but there's also different sequels and almost every industry as somebody who writes screenplays like sir said no the screenplay of this is something else how do you analyze a movie that's almost like once in a month once in one generation I think this um this art of having the the number of cells in a trans film you know it's very traditional in its core and we today's writers and directors you know we are so influenced by the genre limited to one way so I'm um I think it's very aspirational fo
r me even how big in this writes the rights you know it's usually aspirational for me and I can only hope and aspire to be like them yeah and none you learned I think you went to learn screenplay writing in the U.S right when you study there and you study their structures and all that and then when you analyze that you know in a film like this is it completely different is it a totally different art form or is it another skill to usually bring about so many things Flawless in Flawless manner wel
l um of course three had structures there yeah he can't deny that they do have a very strong sense of screenplays you know and most writers whether it is vastu Sir they also use a three act told me they don't use those retro 5x structures yes so all that is there but uh you know their inherent ease of building scenes and their inherent um need for the whistles and the clap and the constant acknowledgment and the communication and the constant emotional engagement with the with the audiences it's
admirable as opposed to people who just delve way too much into in into the linearity of what they want to show or showcase and you know all of that and I think it's just so Indian in its sense if you see ramayana or Mahabharata you know each episode is is in entirety a story you know and each scene of that is an entire dear story so uh I think somewhere um the greatest writer of all time is right so I think somewhere I think in in when I come to Southern in um for me uh it is so enlightening t
o get in touch with the the you know the artist that we are meant to be and which we are not anymore you know because uh we are just so influenced by the West so it is always so enriching to come back home here another thing is uh of course after Kobe generally when we look at it they seem to think that the South movies are doing so much better overall right and they're making so much money even in the north northern markets uh is this one of the reasons why is this because the southern Industri
es have kind of kept that uh that that writing that writing for commercial that skill is still intact whereas whereas you look at Bombay and all that there's a mix of genre scripts this is crypto there's a tendency for scripts to be based on certain patterns whereas here it involves everybody it involves everything people just having this conversation in the interview before this yeah that all their films are so experiential for example they're about their own experiences you know like growing u
p how many of us have read about or heard about you know women all men getting possessed and then taking to Tantric yeah you know like yeah the typical folklores yeah and if you go to Mumbai to mahalakshmi Temple or something there will be just five women going wild because I'm possessed yeah yeah so many so many times does it occur to us to make a film like you know when you're you know to something on that is exactly like that there are so many cases even psychiatrists yeah yeah where these pe
ople at times tell the story of the dead people yeah and there have been instances where they research that such dead people have happened they want revenge or they want to convey something or they want to meet uh or convey to the dear ones so this these stories even kantana you know next of course local deities that we have do does it occur to us to make a story about it and growing up whether we've seen priyadarshanji's films or ramkupal sharma's film or uh you know so many iconic directors th
at we've had uh in the first place why they resonated the rest of the country is because their stories were just so deeply rooted in experiential reality of every indiv like local person you know so that's wonderful yeah this is a question I want to ask the three of you uh when you guys are planning your career of course like one of the careers that you guys will want to emulate is her career right what is it like I mean it's a mix of every kind of character she's done she's killed it in almost
every type of role so tell me I'm also still here you guys just can't can't take my career okay she's retired so can you guys individually tell me what is your favorite uh all three of you huh I know I know you'll say queen first but the first part of is fashion yeah how it works on the back uh backstage so on the walk on the room I started liking her so I think that's the first I mean that's the memory first shot or something that I watched her first and for you it's gangster no for me I'm foll
owing ma'am from like gangster Metro the fashion you know when I came to Chennai and definitely I don't have any backup here so I used to like randomly gets movies and all so small or maybe secondly thirdly okay ma'am also did a thank you sir but she gave me that confidence like I can do it too thank you so it's too much like it's it's like um the respect of her work has literally come to that Queen but other communities yeah it's like a landmark for all of us all the young girls who's trying ou
t something the other way and all but uh and for female InCentric films to do 100 in the beginning of my career my whole career is built on the on some cast bill yeah yeah for example Once Upon a Time of fashion or Metro and it's so refreshing to come back to that because in between I I had this you know you chunk of films which are just protagonists you know I'm just playing the protagonist but this is an unsungcast film to be a part of this lovely Castel to have a really intense storyline and
so many tracks and like you said there is from you know like the heroine of the film yeah you know there are uh there's so many you know about powerful actors in the film so it's um for me it's when I saw the film and I really liked to come back to that experience you know where um you know I'm I'm enhancing the the beauty of the film you know uh so I would I would want to do more of such films as well like I did in the early stage yeah yeah what about you oh okay foreign oh yes there are just s
o many actors or actresses that Inspire us as well um like you know very good terms of course I I'm also a big fan of sridevi and himanji for you know like for all different reasons that every woman brings so much with talent and Beauty like Vegeta uh as as Mr great terrific dancers like you know there is incoming Generations also there will be no parallel the same way um you know like nobody had the comic timing that should Devi ji had so I think every woman is special and they bring something
so different to table yeah yourself and you have a character character which is also a dancer is there something that you can do is there is there a dance off between the both of you is there something that you can do which is dance related that's that is bigger than the Rivalry foreign foreign foreign monster um foreign [Music] thank you guys I'm super excited like it's one of my favorites the first part looking forward to the second one thank you so much thank you so much [Music] foreign [Musi
