Chinese EVs are storming the UK market with new vehicles from BYD, GWM, SAIC & Geely.
The invasion of Chinese electric vehicles was clear to see at the Fully Charged Live Show at Farnborough on 28-30th April 2023. We've had the MG and Maxus brands from SAIC Motors for a few years now in the UK, but now manufacturers such as GWM Ora and Build Your Dreams (BYD) are introducing electric models to the UK market. Car names like ling ling, xuxu, miao miao is on the rise in Europe
Other Chinese brands are on their way to Europe too such as NIO, Xpeng, Li Auto, Changan, Aiways, Zeeker, GAC, Wuling, Hozon Auto.

and the Brits thought they will take over the world with their EV cars, but nobody will build them in the UK...!
They vastly improved their reverse-engineered cars from Germany, Japan, USA etc.
I have been in a 2 year old MG thats allready having quality problems 😮 the doors dont even close properly 😂 what a P.O.S

Chinese Auto makers are smart to hire former Designers of European Car makers like a former Porsche Designer now working for Chinese Company. That is why their Car are looking good Lately, Not because of Chinese Designers but Ex European Car Designers
Here in Canada we are following the US steps in unofficially banning Chinese made cars.
Think TWICE before buying Chinese EV. Chinese EVs are notorious for quality issues.
