DMV students compete in national Regeneron science competition

inspiration thanks to some of our uh country's brightest young minds a group of them gathered here in DC last night so 40 high school students finalists in a science competition sponsored by biotech company regeneron and we have to congratulate them all they are such bright minds and here's a shout out to two local finalists there they are on stage arv barava and David cow now arv goes to the pic school that's in mlan he's developed a prosthetic socket for people who've undergone an arm UL mutat
ion it's 3D printable and size adjustable and it's super low cost according to him arv hopes to make prosthetic limbs more accessible especially for those uh in developing nations David Goes to Thomas Jefferson High School in Alexandria he's analyzed the likelihood that life on Earth can be traced to microorganisms that hits the ride here inside comets or asteroids I mean Brilliance Brilliance at such a young age right congrats to all of you but especially our two locals special shout outs yeah
