SRINIVASA RAMANUJAN (Indian mathematician) In this video, we explain all about S Ramanujan and his works.Srinivasa Ramanujan was a great mathematician of British Indian.S Ramanujan belongs to a poor brahmin family. When Ramanujan was 15 years old, he obtained a copy of George Shoobridge Carr’s Synopsis of Elementary Results in Pure and Applied Mathematics, 2 vol. It is believed that the extraordinary mathematician inside Srinivasa Ramanujan was come out because of this book. In 1911 Ramanujan published the first of his papers in the Journal of the Indian Mathematical Society. Ramanujan genius slowly gained recognition, and in 1913 he began a correspondence with the British mathematician Godfrey H. Hardy that led to a special scholarship from the University of Madras and a grant from Trinity College, Cambridge. Ramanujan’s knowledge of mathematics (most of which he had worked out for himself) was startling. In England Ramanujan made further advances, especially in the partition of numbers (the number of ways that a positive integer can be expressed as the sum of positive integers; e.g., 4 can be expressed as 4, 3 + 1, 2 + 2, 2 + 1 + 1, and 1 + 1 + 1 + 1). In 1918, Ramanujan was elected to the Royal Society of London. Ramanujan left behind three notebooks and a sheaf of pages (also called the “lost notebook”) containing many unpublished results that mathematicians continued to verify long after his death. One interesting incident of S Ramanujan: In a famous anecdote, Hardy took a cab to visit Ramanujan. When he got there, he told Ramanujan that the cab’s number, 1729, was “rather a dull one.” Ramanujan said, “No, it is a very interesting number. It is the smallest number expressible as a sum of two cubes in two different ways. That is, 1729 = 1^3 + 12^3 = 9^3 + 10^3. This number is now called the Hardy-Ramanujan number, and the smallest numbers that can be expressed as the sum of two cubes in n different ways have been dubbed taxicab numbers. Salute for THE MAN WHO UNDERSTAND INFINITY ❣️
Dont expect such things from bollywood. Salute to ramanujan sir.
i became sad when i saw his movie.I really appreciate him.He was the man who made the people of subcontinent proud of him. love from Pakistan
The biopic of a legendary Mathematician does not deserve Bollywood, but Hollywood... ✊✊✊
RAMANUJAN WAS A GREAT GOD OF MATHEMATICS. SALUTE TO HIM.
Brother ... We Indians don't know how to serve such kind of great personality we at that time Ramanujan had been saved then think about it that what rank india could have currently...... But instead all of these....... Hats off to this Great Indian genius who was solving equations on his death bed also ......Hats off...
Ramanujan's book has hundreds of undecoded formulas only few of them have been decoded in decades and they are used for the calculations and research related to Black hole (In his era there was no concept of black hole and he knew formulas like that.... God knows what potential rest of the formulas have)..... Just imagine the amount of knowledge Shree Ramanujan had
One of the most important mathematician that God bring us! Thank you India for this gift! Regards from Brazil!
Ramanujan ko foreign me itna respect diya jata h kyuki waha education important h... Ar yha dharm, jaat, politics important h...
Sir, such a topic of a great mathematician and detail about him show your hardwork in this video😇😇
Imagine both of them working for..new THEORIES TOGETHER..gosh.. GOOSEBUMPS!!!
Salute THE MAN WHO KNEW INFINITY
There are no any compare between Ramanujan and Einstein. One is great mathematician and other is one of the great physists.
Sir Ramanujan actually defines universe As He defines INFINITY
This man desrve lot of respect
Ramanujanis a phenomenon that occurs once in a few million years!!
I Like maths and i like him and i proud that he was indian
