Harley-Davidson speedometer repair – odometer LCD display replacement

👨‍🔧 This tutorial shows how to repair the instrument clusters of Harley-Davidson Sportster, Softail, Dyna and Road King with not working odometer LCD screen (the display is “bleeding” or unreadable), replacing the latter with Minitools SEPDISP64 display. If Harley-Davidson odometer is not working, fix it with Minitools display. Harly-Davidson odometer repair using Minitools SEPDISP64 LCD ATTENTION Removing and re-assembling the front bezel of the gauge are complicated processes, recommended only to qualified staff. To simplify the video, we've shown only the steps following the removal. ATTENTION Take note of the cables arrangement. They will have to be reconnected the same way Use a 7 mm nut spinner Insert two gauge face protective discs Use a Phillips screwdriver Use a Phillips screwdriver New Minitools display SEPD
ISP64 Fit the new display with the highlighted detail positioned on the left Reconnect the cables as they were originally Position the needle on 0 with the Minitools shim.
