Before her death, she was a devoted follower of King Paimon. Annie loved her mother deeply, but she could never truly understand her, nor did she know anything about King Paimon. People who appeared to Charlie were actually followers of King Paimon. But why does this eventually happen? Because Charlie was possessed from childhood. The followers of King Paimon had summoned him, and for that, they needed a physical body. Now, you may wonder if she was already possessed, then what could be the reason behind Charlie's
death? The thing was that King Paimon could be summoned into anybody, but if he was summoned into a female host, it was certain that King Paimon would be extremely wrathful and seek revenge. She finds that drawings are spontaneously appearing on the notepad on each page. Annie believes that her daughter is doing this, whom she summoned through the ritual,.
Meanwhile, while Peter is asleep in bed, he sees Charlie in his dream, thinking that his mother is trying to harm him again. Annie throws Charlie's diary into the fire, but strangely enough, along with the diary, Annie starts burning as well. The next day, Peter leaves for school, and Annie reaches Joan's house. Upon seeing the doormat, Annie hesitates and decides to leave. Meanwhile, on the other side, Joan appears in front of Peter on a distant road and loudly proclaims, "I set you free." Whe

use. Alongside, she notices a symbol resembling a locket on the wall. In the classroom, Peter suddenly starts to have seizures, seemingly unable to control his body. Then, an unknown force slams his face twice onto the table, causing his nose to break and blood to start flowing. Steve receives a call from the school, and within moments, he reaches home after picking up Peter. Annie is already waiting outside the house. Together, Annie and Steve lay Peter down on the bed. Then Annie asks Steve to
check the storage room. Steve is shocked when he sees the lifeless body. Annie tries to explain the whole situation to him. She shows Steve the photo of Joan and her mother, pointing out the symbol from the book, and telling him, "There's something in this house that's after Peter." Annie believes that burning Charlie's drawing book will fix everything. She knows she will also burn, but she still urges Steve to do it.
