e they pay $150 per video and there are lots of brands that are looking for ugc creators and you can always check out generic freelance websites like upwork or Fiverr and you will find their daily job postings but often they will be at lower pay rates and then there are many platforms designed specifically to connect brands with ugc creators and I'll give you a few names here trend iio is a platform that connects ugc creators with Brands enabling creators to set their rates and choose their coll

ooks in this portfolio you will show some example videos and you can even add the text example video right on top of your videos the goal here is simple just show them some sample content that makes Brands think wow we need this person on our team I wanted to show you this ugc portfolio as a great example because she's an experienced Creator by now so she has many videos to Showcase but I just liked the overall look and the information that she added to her portfolio but don't stress if you have

that Niche it will be much easier for Brands to see why they should work with you versus another Creator don't worry about being limited by this Niche forever you can certainly add other niches later on but for now while you are just a beginner with no following and no real experience in ugc you want to focus on one niche just to make sure that your example videos speak to a certain list of Brands and to do this research the best place to start is by looking at the ads cabinet on Tik Tok don't w

orry you don't need to pay for any ads it's free to sign up for it and if you're not sure what page it is I will even give you a link to it in the description below this video and once you create an account you can go to the dashboard and then click on insights then make sure that you're looking at the ads in the right country because I've said this in my case to the United States and then you can also choose this filter to find ads in a particular Niche or category I will go with beauty and cos

metic products you will find that many of these ads are actually ugc so you can click on several popular videos to check their detailed stats to watch the video in full which will not take you much time because these videos are 60 seconds at Max and learn from other creators who are obviously already successful as their videos are not only published but also used as ads by Brands and they're probably going viral now let's talk about what types of ugc videos are most in demand try to really get i

nto ugc content that others create don't just zip through the content take your time to really get what makes the viral videos pop and point out in your notes to use the same strategies in your own videos and the easiest format to start with would be unboxing videos people enjoy picking Inside the Box before they commit to buying something so next time you receive any kind of package for yourself make sure that you use it as an opportunity to make an unboxing video with a product the beauty of t

his format is that you don't even have to show your face on camera so if you like your privacy you can start with this format and you can even use some aagen voice over because it's pretty common on short videos so most of the brands will be fine with it the next type of video is just plain product reviews there's been a study that shows 93% of Shoppers are checking out reviews before making a purchase so this type of ugc is definitely in high demand and you will get a lot of opportunities if yo

u add a few examples of these to your ugc portfolio then how to videos or maybe product demos are also a great idea that will however take your bit more time to create whether it's showing how to put on makeup or how to put together some furniture teaching people the best way to use something all of this is super useful now we will talk about how to Peach Brands I already mentioned earlier in the video that you can search for existing ugc requests from brands on many platforms but there is anoth

er way of doing this which not Everyone likes to zoom and that is why I kept it for the lat part of this video it's pitching Brands this is a good idea unless you are getting a ton of inbound requests anyway but if you're just starting out probably Brands won't reach out to you so it's best to be proactive and point out a list of potential collaborations in your Niche and before you start sending your emails or DMS brace yourself for the inevitable being ignored or outright rejected it's part of

the process don't take it personal remember a Brand's know often comes from their internal considerations and doesn't mean that they don't like you or your work the healthiest approach is to view rejections simply as steps toward the right Partnerships when writing your Peach make sure that you included your work samples or a link maybe to the canva portfolio website that we created in the previous step also explain why your pass passionate about their Niche or their product range a simple stat
