In this video we show you how to reconnect your SmartHome camera via WPS. Making changes to your Wi-Fi network's name, password or other situations like power outages may cause your SmartHome cameras to loose connectivity. Wi-Fi Protected Setup or WPS is a feature that allows compatible devices to connect to Wi-Fi without a password. If your modem, router or access point supports WPS, it can be used easily to reconnect your camera. Note the solid red LED indicating no network connection. Press a
nd hold the reset button on the back or underside of the camera until the light on the front begins to flash blue, then release it immediately. Next enable WPS pairing on your modem/router within two minutes. If two minutes elapse before pairing, simply try again from the beginning. Your camera is successfully connected when the LED changes to solid green. If solid red, pairing was unsuccessful. Wait a few minutes if the light is blinking red as the camera is connecting to a network. It's recomm
ended to connect via Access Point Mode if pairing using WPS mode is unsuccessful. Repeat these steps for each additional camera. After re-pairing your cameras, check the SmartHome app to confirm you have a live feed. For more support visit Bell.ca/support or connect with our community forum at Bell.ca/forum.
