In a previous video we taught you how to do this  BUT we also had a lot of comments asking how to do this version too. So in the next 50 seconds  we're going to show you how! Firstly you start by holding a racket like this with your wrist  bent and your index finger underneath the shaft about halfway down with the tip of it on your  racket. Your thumb should be resting on the side with your other three fingers loosely wrapped  around the other side you then flick your wrist so that it's parallel
to your forearm and at  the same time you gently pull your thumb back and straighten your other three fingers fingers  so they're out of the way. A key tip is that you don't need to use your arm to keep the racket  spinning in fact you actually want to keep it still The initial wrist flick should be enough  to keep the racket spinning on the tip of your index finger for 5 to 10 seconds. A second tip is  that you might want to put a cushion underneath you! We're not liable for any damage to your
racket check out our channel for more badminton insight and obviously make sure you SMASH  the Subscribe button if you haven't already :-)
