HOW TO TIE A KARATE BELT

Take the center of the belt and place it over your abdomen. 3. Wrap around yourself and crisscross them as you pull the tails to the front. 4. With both tails in your hands make an X. 5. Take the top tail of the X and swoop it under the belt that’s against your abdomen. (This keeps the belt together) 6. Check to make sure your tails are even. 7. Grab one tail and fold it over the other to make a circle. 8. Pull the tail through the circle and pull left and right. How to tie a karate belt. First take two pieces of belt and you're going to bring it around your body making sure that the belt is even before you put it on you then you're gonna make the letter X take the top piece of the belt and you're going to swoop it under the strap that's up against your body. So now you have one piece going up and one piece going down from there you want to make sure they're about even and after you make that circle loop it straight through awesome and then you're going

to grab it with your two hands and pulling it left and right and that's how you tie your belt.
